Sydney self-driving to the last stop along the way to Melbourne. At 10 o'clock in the evening, when the door was locked, the door was locked. The front desk was contacted by Ctrip. The front desk service was very thoughtful and smoothly checked in. Hotel cost-effective, facilities and environmental sanitation are good, there is free underground parking, the most valuable is actually there are wireless chargers, how many five-star hotels are not equipped here, there is actually, in this era of rapid development of technology to keep up with the trend Great! The breakfast downstairs is a little expensive.

Hi, Was going to write you a note and give it to you when I check out. Could not find a pen or paper to write on, you could add these items in your room. Room pleasent  Comfortable bed and pillows Good supply tea coffee ect ,maybe also offer a quality green tea as most have moved on from the standard English breakfast.   Drinks in fridge were great, wine and beer. Bathroom amenities were good. Manager very pleasant and helpful. Need attention Curtains stained and don't close properly ,bloody light outside all night on like trying to sleep in daylight !!! Carpet stains A strong musty smell suspect its the carpet.  No Foxtel available and is highlighted as available  No microwave.. no good if you want take away dining. Shower recess dirty, needs bleaching and cleaning around the doors and floors desperately.  Hotel inspector value 3 star $85  Get Outlook for Android

This hotel was the worst we stayed at during our 2 week holiday in Victoria. We stayed in room 6. It was run down and dated. The bed in the room sagged in the middle, the tv was faulty with a loose connection and there was no Foxtel despite advertising Foxtel in the rooms. Tony was pleasant and accomodating and the room was clean, but because everything is old, it makes for an uncomfortable stay. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this hotel had the worst bed I have ever slept on. We think the mattress was old and the springs and framework had collapsed.

The hotel's bedding was beyond my expectations and let me spend a deep sleep night... The hotel is ideally located just 5 minutes drive from the town centre. The boss is an Australian Chinese, warm and courteous. If you go to Warragul in the future, you will choose to live here.
