Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 pour 2 nuits. La chambre est propre, jolie, et très bien conçue avec ses 2 lits 1 place en mezzanine. La salle de bain est correcte et pratique. Petit bémol : pas de savonnette pour les mains et pas de sèche cheveux mais l'accueil en prête gracieusement sur demande. La lterie est confortable même si les draps pourraient être un peu plus larges. Gros point fort : très clame, on entend ni la route ni les voisins. Le personnel est très agréable, courtois, bienveillant, souriant et très accessible. Le petit déj est vraiment imbattable pour le prix : viennoiseries, pains divers, biscottes, cérales, croissant, pain au chocolat, madeleine, oeufs bruillés, bacaon et saucisses, yaourts aux fruits et nature, fromage, pomme ....... Tout plein de confitures, miel, pate à tartiner, caramel beurre salé etc..... Et les produits sont qualitatifs Malo pour les yaourts et confitures st georgelin. Et bien sur divers cafés, thés, infusions, chocolats, cappuccinos ......... Bref franchement on ne peut rien exiger de plus à ce prix. Merci au personnel pour sa gentillesse et son investissement.

Lorsque je lis les avis , je suis étonnée de certains commentaires .Nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans deux studios différents de 22m2 orientés sur la verdure et le cours d’eau : très au calme . Mis à part les voisins nous enfumant cigarette sur cigarette sur le balcon attenant à notre studio et au personnel pléthorique et globalement peu renseigné et donc peu efficace ou peu concerné, je dirais que notre séjour était agréable : studio , lits , propres et confortables , petit déjeuner varié : nous y reviendrons . Ce qui est agréable aussi pour les maîtres de chiens , c’est qu’il y a des allées aménagées dans la verdure tout autour ; notre golden a apprécié après les longs trajets .

Air conditioning does not work, no electric take, limit cleanliness, bathroom/toilet does not work, prices are too high for what it is, no doubt standards. The hair and hair remain in the shower and vent box, without counting the nausea smell that doesn't leave the places even air all day and cleaned. The only strong point of the hotel would be its location, near the station but absolutely inviable to more than 2, if you look near the St Nazaire station take the B&B hotel even better located and a high quality. I'm not recommending that I have already sleeped in first class hotels but then this is the worst, FOYE TO ALL PRICE!!!!

Avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Très bon accueil. Hôtel vraiment très propre. Le logement se compose d'un petit coin cuisine salon avec TV, frigo ...une salle de bain avec serviettes. Une chambre avec une excellente literie. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées, nous avons très bien dormi. Un balcon de taille raisonnable avec une petite table et 2 chaises. Le parking extérieur coûte 3€ le parking souterrain 5€. Des places sont aussi disponibles dans la rue. Personnellement nous avons opté pour le parking extérieur à 3€. Le petit déjeuner coûte 12€/personne, c'est un peu cher à notre goût. Une piscine à l'extérieur est minuscule mais elle a le mérite d'être là. Nous ne l'avons pas testé car déjà 5 personnes dedans du coup 3 personnes de plus on se serait cru dans un jacuzzi donc non merci. Également présence d'une petite salle de sport la non plus non testée par manque de temps. Donc, pour récapituler hôtel propre, calme avec une bonne literie

The hotel is located in front of the WW II Underseas bunkers. Near the center but with enough (sometimes free) parking space. But there is also a (paid) garage under the hotel. The reasonably new hotel has the typical HIE facilities. Except the bathroom, which is compact but can be used by the sensible door in 2 ways. Is there privacy on the toilet or/and bathroom. We find this a very pleasant solution for the often too small toilets in hotel rooms! Prima design! A spacious sorted breakfast. The whole hotel super clean! The staff very helpful! Where necessary in perfect English. The hotel is very thick and I don't give it quickly! Furthermore, the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach. The Office du Tourisme is shallow in front of the hotel. With perfect English-speaking staff. The undersea bunkers from the t****e WW are to visit. Like the museums, all on walking distance. Furthermore, you can rent a bike or take your own bike and drive a nice bike in the surrounding area. We will certainly come back here again!

My email to the hotel management which was ignored: Dear Madame I am writing to you regarding the situation that happened this morning at the Best Western hotel La Plage. We were staying in the hotel and eating in the restaurant for 2 nights. This morning (30.12) we wanted to sleep a bit longer as we had a long drive ahead. At 8:30 in the morning the sewage machine arrived outside of our windows and started to make unbearable noise and smell went into the room, as windows were open during the night. It wasn’t possible to sleep or stay in the room with this conditions. We reported this to the women at the reception (she refused to tell us her name and we had to take a photo of her to identify in case if goes further). She replied that this is the restaurant and it’s not her problem. We asked to call the hotel managed - answer was no, she informed us that manager will come by 11:00. We asked to call restaurant manager and the answer was no. Then she informed us that hotel manager will not come at all. This situation is totally unacceptable - I have an agreement with the hotel to provide accommodation and it was unusable this morning. The attitude of the person was below every hospitality standards. As a proof, I have a video of the truck with the sound outside of the hotel entrance. I would be happy to share it with you. In this circumstances I refuse to pay the full cost of the accommodation and will wait for the reimbursement from your side. In addition, I am informing *********** and Best Western HQ about this situation. We are very sorry that this situation is coming to this. We tried to find the reasonable solution with the receptionist, but it wasn’t possible to get any adequate response/ support from her. In addition to this note - there were two hotel staff smoking outside of the back entrance without the masks which made it impossible to use the alternative entrance to the facility. We stayed in the budget part of the Styles/Budget Ibis, no complaints whatsoever! Room was spotless, comfy, roomy and quiet, more than adequate for a few nights. The bar/reception/lounge area was clean and the decor excellent, was a really nice place to sit and relax with a drink. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Underground parking for our motorcycles was a bonus. Highly recommend this hotel if in St Nazaire. Oh year, a bargain price too! Accor - is this the future of Ibis? Hope so!

I was here with colleagues fir a few days. It's a simple, nice and clean hotel. The hotel is on the border of St. Nazaire, within walking distance of a shopping area and mall, the beach and other places. The room was clean, but small, which didn't really matter to me. They only serve breakfast, hence it is it is a B&B, with a lot of choice with food and drinks.. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

A somewhat mixed opinion... Upon my arrival I was informed that I would have been better off booking directly rather than through Booking.com THE LESSERS : - Room on the third floor without elevator - Breathtaking view of the parking lot - Musty smell in the room (resolved by opening the windows) - Random TV connection (no problem I don't watch TV much) - Although I had put up the “Please clean the room” sign, I found my room as I had left it in the morning - Slightly outdated setting - Woke up by fire alarms when I had planned to get some sleep MOST : - Lovely welcome - Attentive breakfast staff For a little more than €260 for two nights (for one person) I think I'll find better next time

Ayant séjourné dans cet établissement le 06 juin 2023, je tiens à dire que j’en suis très satisfait. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et efficace. Le personnel est très disponible et à l’écoute. La propreté, les équipements et l’espace sont irréprochables. J’ai apprécié la présence d’une salle de fitness. L’établissement est bien situé avec un parking sécurisé et des espaces verts.
