The hotel is conveniently located under the Calgary Tower in the center of the city. The hotel is very new, the rooms are large, the facilities are complete, the shower facilities are very good, all the hotel staff are warm and thoughtful. The shortage is that there is no kettle and no free drinking water, and breakfast is relatively simple.

Did not eat breakfast, but the lunch on the first floor restaurant was ok, the room was large, the double room seemed to allow four people, because the four of us opened two rooms, the front desk started to make a mistake and thought we were one Room, and then gave us four room cards, did not say nothing wrong, and later learned that it is two rooms. There is a small swimming pool on the first floor, and the environment is ok. The double beds in the double room are large, with a balcony, a coffee machine, and hygiene. You can see Calgary Tower when you go out. It takes about five or six minutes to walk.

I feel that I don’t have to return the deposit. Why don’t you have to come back? Why is it that the flow of the deposit has disappeared, but the credit card limit has not increased. Anyway, it is useless to call the hotel or the bank. In the end, I can only recognize it because we don’t have the exact information. The evidence says that he didn’t refund if he used cash as a deposit. Others are top-notch, the hotel is very good and new, the location is super good at the dt, the front desk service is very good, and they all help with taxis or something

Best hotel for this trip to Canada. The location is very good, next to the Music Centre and the Calgary Library, a few hundred meters from the Calgary Tower. About one kilometer from Chinatown. The hotel is new and well equipped. Valet parking costs CAD 30 on the first day and CAD 25 on the second day. There is a large open-air parking lot across the road from 6pm to 6am. At 6am during the day, it will start at $ 2.25 / half hour, and during the day, it will cost $ 13.5. So I still choose to stay at the hotel Valet Parking, so I can get up at 6 in the morning to pay for the parking lot opposite. The hotel room is large, the bed is a king bed of 2 meters * 2 meters, very comfortable. The room rate of more than 600 yuan also includes breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, it is enough. The only unsatisfactory shower, the cold water sprayed out when I opened it. This seems to be the case with showers in the United States and Canada. In addition to the shower head in some hotels, there will also be low-level faucets so that cold water will not drip on the body. But overall it is pretty good and worth recommending.

As Westin, the lobby and the rooms are a bit miserable. The breakfast buffet is very, very typical. It is really a typical Continental. There is no extra choice. It is included in the price, so it is, but it is good. Convenient, but there are actually several hotels with more convenient locations, the prices are similar, the first time I went to the city, there is no experience. However, the city of Calgary is not very big, but it is very special.

For breakfast, there is milk cereal on the second floor, homemade waffles, yogurt and fruit-boiled egg bread snacks, and cold coffee. The best thing is the hot cereal! The bed in room 118 is two 1.5 beds, which is quite wide. There are 81 tram stops at the door of the hotel, and 15-20 minutes walk north to the largest mall in the south. There is also a small restaurant in front of the hotel. It is a motel so parking is possible.

The hotel is a bit far from the airport, but there is an airport shuttle bus. After getting off the plane, call the front desk to inform, and then wait at platform 16 for about 20 minutes. The overall environment is clean and relatively quiet, and the room size is OK. The next day I took the shuttle bus to the airport to pick up the car. Live this hotel back and forth, nice!

Convenient transportation, free parking for guests, convenient for charging the room. From 7 am to 9 am, there are hot porridge, pancake, bread and cake milk, and fruit, hot coffee and hot tea. It is very comfortable to eat. The room was quiet and there was an elevator. The only drawback is that thick curtains can't cover all the windows, light leakage affects sleep, and I don't understand why this design. The overall price is good this season.

Hotel location is good, next to a large supermarket, restaurant, walking to the park of the Cowboy Festival will be less than 20 minutes, by the way, you can also stroll around 17 Street, breakfast is a general Western breakfast, eggs have sausage, you can make homemade Bread cake. The room is large, clean, no smell, the bed in the twin room is wide enough, there is a mini kitchen, a little parking fee, contact Ctrip is very quick to solve.

Stayed one night. Had to call Alberta health and safety the day after I checked out as when I checked in sheets were dirty and all 3 towels in the bathroom were dirty with makeup, food and even one with BLOOD. They were (obviously!) horrified and began investigation... Bed was made and towels were folded nicely so cleaning lady wants to 'seem' like she is cleaning the rooms...but is not. YIKES if it was normal times but APPALLING during Covid times! When I approached manager, she explained, "Well, our cleaning lady is just very absent minded." !!!!! She offered minimal apology and actually then blamed it on me for not reporting it sooner, and offered no other excuse and entire staff made it clear that they were angry that I brought this to there attention. Also, on ground level, your window does not lock. So someone could cut screen while you are out and steal all your belongings. Horrifying (and illegal!) cleanliness standards and equally horrifying customer service. Trust me, Do NOT stay here under any circumstances. What good are masks and hand sanitizer if rooms are not being cleaned...at all? If you are that low on $ go to a shelter...it will be cleaner, safer and you will be treated much, much better!

Very good value for money hotel, the room is very clean and spacious, very close to the airport, the shuttle to the airport is free, 20 minutes or 30 minutes. If you need to pick up the phone, you should call the hotel and wait for the column at the airport exit designated number (like 37). At the time, the experience was not so good. I waited for a 30-minute shuttle bus in the heavy snow of -2 degrees, because we walked forward and stood on the 38th pillar. The shuttle driver could not see the person and left... very cold......... The restaurant and bar in the building are also good. We only took the shuttle bus back and found the driver to help the kitchen. The staff is really not enough. Breakfast is simple and delicious. There is a complete gym, treadmill elliptical barbells, etc., all very new, basically no one to go! There is no indoor parking lot, only outdoor, just in case of heavy snow at night, afraid that the car will be frozen tomorrow, so we returned the car in advance. .

The overall environment of the room is clean, the space is large, and there is a microwave oven. It is very close to the airport to take an Uber for about $20. There are also several supermarkets, banks, and McDonald's near the hotel. It is very convenient to walk there. In addition, the epidemic-related breakfast is self-service and brought back to the room to eat. Although the meal is relatively monotonous, it is full! Cp value is high, push push!

One of the least satisfying hotels I've been to lately. We stood in the lobby for more than 5 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in (there was no bell or anything). The staff was very quiet and meek while checking us in. The room was decent - it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool wasn't very warm, and the hot tub was anything but. I couldn't even get warmed up. The towels had to be requested at the front desk, and it wasn't even open until 9 am, which makes getting a swim in before leaving difficult. The breakfast was ok, but being an airport hotel, it was very busy. Having only 2 waffle makers made for long waits. I think the pancake machine would be better suited for the location. Overall the hotel was pretty dingy, and I will be skipping over it when coming through Calgary.

For the price of this hotel, I was very impressed, because I've stayed at 5-star hotels that don't come close to this hotel's cleanliness standards or service! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and whenever I'm back in Calgary this will be the place I return to, hands down :) It's not new but it's extremely clean, the staff are very courteous and efficient, and the location is great since it's just a few steps to various food options plus a LRT train that will take you through most of Calgary. Highly highly highly recommend and will be telling others that I know, if they ever plan to visit Calgary to stay at the Riviera! I understand why this hotel always seems to be 100% booked :)

We chose this hotel for a stay with our family over New Years, as it has suites to accommodate our 4 kids, has a waterslide, & boasts “Kids Eat Free” in the restaurant. To start with, the location is super sketchy. There’s a tower of discarded tires in the parking lot across the street, very noticeable when you pull in to the hotel. There are semi truck cabs parked up & down the street. A guest told me while waiting in the foyer, that he’s had a vehicle stolen from the Hotel parking lot TWICE! A member of the front desk staff only wore their masks underneath her nose. The hotel was not clean. Floor in the hallways looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a good long time. Pool had a noticeable layer of filth around the pool surround. Our room had a cigarette lighter left on a top shelf, and when we were packing to leave, we saw prior guests had written all over the interior of the windows, making it clear the windows had not been windexed between stays. We booked our room for 6 guests, but arrived to 1 roll of toilet paper. When I called down for more toilet paper, I was told I’d have to come down to the front desk to get more. When we arrived at the hotel, there were posters posted all over communicating that the restaurant was not in fact open on New Years Day “so the staff could spend time with their families”, but take-out bags would be available. The next morning, that portion of the poster was crossed-out & only coffee & tea was offered. I work retail & understand the desire to let staff “off” on holidays, yet I had to work all through Christmas at my job and this was MY holiday, which we paid for. We expected the holiday to accommodate guests on the holiday, not have services shut down. The staff all seemed to be related, giving the hotel the feel of a hodge-podge, unprofessional affair. The guy who stocked the towels in the pool would walk in wearing jeans & a hoodie as if he’d just come in off the street. At one visit to the pool, he called out to us and practically threw towels at us from a bin that we hoped had just come from the dryer. We were very hesitant to venture out over New Years with Covid #’s rising in Calgary, & this experience has made us regret our decision.

I like it very much! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, decorated in a new and modern style. The city view is great, the travel is convenient, and the stay is very enjoyable. The kitchen utensils are complete. Breakfast is a self-collected lunch box, like airplane meals, with yogurt and bottled juice, and a breakfast cake. The only problem is the parking fee, which is about 30 Canadian dollars a day. Or you can use the hourly toll machine yourself, and the price varies according to the time of day.

More than 10 minutes drive from the airport, I immediately called the hotel shuttlebus when I got off the plane. After waiting for more than an hour, I still couldn't see the trace and finally I could only call the hotel to the hotel for 17 Canadian dollars. Call the hotel three times during the period, the answer is not waiting for a while they are going to check with the driver. When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, I said that the driver had been waiting there. I firmly answered the impossible. I have never seen the car coming. Later, I said that the car had a problem and eventually compensated for a breakfast coupon. It’s ridiculous to let the guest wait an hour on such a cold day and lie. Although the hotel is new and the interior space is large, I will not book it again next time. The next day I booked the shuttlebus, but I was late, and I was disappointed.

The hotel is in a good location, near Datonghua and surrounded by shopping areas. However, as a four-star hotel, the facilities are older and there are no toilets or exhaust fans in the vanity mirrors. When I checked in on the first day, all four pillows were full of hair and dust ... there was no underground garage, only a hot car every day ... Ctrip did not include breakfast, the front desk said that it included ... for three days only I ate it once ... so good ... just scrambled eggs, bread, oatmeal, milk, waffles, fruits ... I recommend living opposite the element ... I feel a lot newer ... Anyway, the prices are all similar for Marriott

The room is small and has a microwave. Because I only stayed for one night and went to Banff the next day, I chose to go to the side of Banff. The hotel is easier to find. But when I asked about the tourist map at the airport, I asked the local service consultant and asked her to circle the hotel for me. As a result, I was told that the place was not very safe, so I did n’t go out after arriving at the hotel at night. Fainted. However, the surrounding area of the hotel was really deserted. I didn't see the hotel supermarket. Fortunately, we went to the supermarket to buy a bunch directly after renting a car. Dinner and breakfast were all solved.
