You are a fantastic team who have accommodated all my plan changes, even when it was at a short notice due to flight cancellations etc. The place is spotless and much better than any hotel in Central Zurich. I don't even think about looking for any other place in the city. I always feel very welcome when I arrive even when it was late at night. The suites are modern, clean, specious and very comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs so no worries if you wanna settle on your meals nearby. They gave us cute Lindt lady bugs chocolates for our honeymoon trip , really appreciate their gestures! Breakfast was really simple tho. Other than that everything’s fine for this hotel👍🏻

|0.92km from city centerElegant, older, well maintained, albeit a bit dated, the hotel is located directly across the street from the Zurich main train station and trolleys. If, as we did, you want to be within easy walking distance of the train station this is a great location. If you want to be in a very quiet location on or close to the lake, this is not where you want to stay. There is a small grocery store in the underground passageway to the train station. The hotel common areas are well-maintained, and it has a small bakery and bar that serves a very good dinner. There is a separate restaurant space on the second floor that only serves breakfast, and the food and the staff are excellent and it’s fairly priced. However, the hotel does not have a conventional restaurant. The lobby and rooms are small by american standards, but very quiet and well-appointed, have a good bed and the bathroom has a bath/shower combo with very good water pressure (and air conditioning). The small electric refrigerator in the room was set up as a mini-bar, but it was ok to remove the bottles. It does not get very cold. We were upgraded to a small suite with a sitting room, so I don’t know what a standard room would be like. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There did not appear to be a concierge. The hotel allowed us to check-out 2 hours later, which we appreciated. All in all, a very good hotel for the price. However, if you’re looking for a very high-end american-style hotel, this may not be for you, but you should expect to pay two to three times more for those hotels

The Hotel is quite good .Admittedly we waited a while to check-in, a lot of guests just arrived , but after that everything was fine, great service at the reception , we were by car ,the lady from the front desk showed us how to get to the parking lot. The room was small but pleasant and clean, breakfast good, staff very good. If Im ever in Zurych definitely come there back.

 But we are self-driving tours. There is no paid large public parking lot. The so-called parking lots shown on the mobile phone map are private or supermarkets. In short, he will not give you parking as soon as the supermarket closes. Payment is not paid or paid. But there is also a way to find the  white ground line  meter ． on the street can be parked for free until 9 am, and then continue for two hours . In short, if you drive over, don't look like we stormed  looking for a public parking lot in this area, you can't find it, put it on the street.
 There is no picky place to live. There is also a cute small terrace that is to study how to open the iron curtains for a while. It turned out that the switch was on the back of a wooden frame, not on the window.
The cleanliness is high, the space is large, the cabinet is very beautiful, and it is also equipped with a dishwasher, which is very convenient. This is our dinner.  Everything is good. If you want to be picky, the two cooking pots are not very useful. I hope to finish these small things. It will be perfect. Next time I come to Zurich, I will live in this room, because the check-in is simple, he will give you a password and press the password key at the door and fall off, and there is a lock at the gate, the whole seat is safer, there is also an elevator Don't worry about luggage . But on the last day, I have to leave  and open this apartment and move to the hotel, because he has no luggage storage

|1.78km from city centerI stayed for around 3 months as in international visitor during COVID lockdown in 2020 in one of the large rooms. The staff were all lovely, and the room was fantastic with a big, comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom with large bathtub, and separate living area with a large desk which enabled me to easily work / study while there. The location is great, close to the lively Langstrasse but far enough away to be very quiet! Very good for business travellers - just note that there are no kitchen facilities / fridge in the room (this is made clear in the room descriptions)! Overall this was a memorable and peaceful stay at a tumultuous time, I hope I can stay in the future!

It is a 15-minute walk from the central railway station, and can also take 2 light rail stations. Close to Bahnhofstrasse, the service staff is very welcoming, in a hotel like Switzerland it is considered to be large, the room is still floor and very warm. Staying in the hotel has a touch of history.

The rooms are very beautiful and above all very clean what I was very worth drawing. The staff really very nice and open what gave all that I gave to. At the end of them, the room is extremely small, though very clean. We appreciated the small sink and refrigerator, as well as the free coffee on offer in the store. The worst thing about our experience was tremendous noise from some machine in the street at 2 in the morning — louder than anything I’ve ever heard in an urban setting before. Still, in the world’s most expensive city, the price felt like a bargain, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by Nadine,so friendly and welcoming we felt at home straight away. We were given a fabulous room on the top floor overlooking the courtyard and city. Beautiful sunsets and the sound of the bells. Chris on reception was so lovely and friendly. We loved our chats, he gave us helpful tips on where to go and attractions. Just short walk into Zurich or down the Polybahn. We ate in the vegan cafe on the corner next to the hotel and the Italian nearby. Great spots. So much to do in the city and you couldn't ask for better hosts. The bedroom was spotless and a massive comfortable bed. Recommend this hotel highly and we will be back Thank you.

Front desk staff Sam was extremely helpful and very polite, spoke English very well. Very clean hotel completely updated and this location is AAA for restaurants and bars, and is also quiet for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was ample to start our day. Coffee was great and a good selection of meats, cheeses, cereal and juice. The chocolate fondue machine at the entrance was really neat!

Train station and tour busses a 30-minute walk Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. WiFi didn't work but got a passcode for the business WiFi instead. Television also had some issues (kept rebooting). But, we chalk that up to a new place. Everything else was great!

|1.31km from city centerWe stayed in both the main hotel and in the guesthouse across the alley and were quite satisfied if both facilities knowing they been renovated within the last year. The main hotel is right around the corner from Zürich HB the rooms feature a nice private bath (new, big & clean) and nice modern styling. The guesthouse as new and stylish as hotels go, but the modular bath/shower unit with its semi-transparent blue glass leaves a lot to be desired when everyone in the room knows what your doing on toilet (very little privacy). We luckily are prepared and carry large binder clips and clipped a bath towel across the glass during our stay. The staff are amazing and extremely cordial. Free coffee/tea is offered 24/7 in the main hotel and on each floor. Guest house residents must go back across the alley to the main lobby. Day tour buses are right across the street for easy access. We would stay again definitely.

The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is tasty, personally served and more than sufficient. It is, as the name says, close to the station, but you all benefit from that, not a disadvantage, because the neighborhood is completely okay. You are in a few walking minutes in the restaurants and cafes area of Zurich. Great to visit the city if you want to keep it affordable.

|0.58km from city centerThis is a hard review to write. 2 nights here. The hotel itself is fine. Tastefully refurbished, with a dose of quirkiness. We had two linked rooms, with a small sitting room and balcony (with a total non-view). Check in was polite and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, with high quality buffet and eggs cooked to order in front of you. Kept running out of fruit juice, however. Replenishment could be better. We were in the mid European heatwave, reaching 37C in the afternoons. When we first entered the rooms, the ”aircon” was on at full and incredibly noisy blast, yet the rooms felt very warm. I assumed they've just turned it on prior to our arrival. After a very hot evening out, I was relishing a cool bedroom to sleep in (having left the ”aircon” on whilst out). Arriving back, I was dismayed to find my room was 28C. I went down to reception, but the night staff were completely uninterested and unsympathetic. He said ”we don't have air conditioning, we have air movement”. I said it was utterly useless, and he said that the Swiss government had banned air conditioning. There was nothing he could do. I returned to my room and sweated the night away with no sleep whatsoever. I felt truly terrible in the morning. The morning staff were far more understanding and offered to put fans in the room, which did help but only slightly. This place is not remotely cheap (even for Zurich, where everything is at least 50% more than you would pay anywhere else), and especially the rooms we had. Tripadvisor shows aircon as an amenity for the hotel, and for this price I would simply take it for granted. To say aircon is ”banned” is patent rubbish, as we went into dozens of shops, bars, restaurants that were crisply cool. I checked the hotel's main competitors and all have full aircon. I did some research, and it seems the government are indeed making it difficult to put aircon into new builds and refurbs. Seidenhof needs to get lobbying, as these weather events are going to become much more frequent and nobody is going to pay its prices to stay in a hotel with no aircon. This ruined our stay in Zurich. If the Swiss government are serious about the environment, they should tax out of existence the nose-to-tail supercars that clutter Zurich's roads instead of targeting the one thing that makes living with climate change tolerable. Whilst they're at it, they should also ban plastic drinking straws (as in the UK), which do such terrible damage to marine wildlife.

Compact room but very modern with cool amenities. Loved the big and soft towels. Found the hidden hair dryer in a cute pouch. Water pressure in the shower was just right. They also stored our luggage for an extra day. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.

There was no air conditioning in the room and it was a bit stuffy to close the window. Opposite a very large COOP supermarket, it is convenient to buy 啥. Breakfast is 9.9 Swiss francs, children are free, full is OK. Mainly this price is really not available in Switzerland. The overall is still worth recommending.

Adler is centrally located in the historic heart of the city, but the double glazed windows block out any outside noise. I’m a super light sleeper, and we stayed on a Friday night, but didn’t hear a peep. That said: The room itself was tiny, but the view overlooking the square was charming. Very much a “what more do you need?” kind of vibe. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were very soft. For me, this is the opposite of my preference, but that’s personal, and I won’t fault the hotel. Elevator went out of order the morning of our departure, but they offered to carry our luggage down the stairs. This was definitely appreciated, as we were on the fourth floor. Also, I left my wedding ring on the nightstand, and upon realizing this, I called them: They offered to check, and called me back promptly to let me know they found it. No need to follow up, chase them down, bug them, etc. This was a great way to close the out transaction, and it left a very positive impression. I’d definitely stay again, thanks to the attitude of the staff.
