I have stayed at Hotel Villa Esperia two times, for two years in a row and I plan to go again next summer. The hotel is clean, very well located, 5 mins walking from the beautiful sandy beach and wonderful sea of Mondello. The hotel is actually an art déco villa that has been transformed into a hotel, so the rooms are high. It is situated in an area is with beautiful art déco villas with beautiful gardens. I love to swim in a beautiful and warm sea and I stay on the beach all day long, so the hotel is for sleeping and taking a shower. The bus stop for Palermo is just outside the hotel and it takes approx. 15 mins by bus (line 806) to the very center of Palermo. Good breakfast. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Place was incredible and the host was awesome! The daily breakfasts were out of this world! Fresh pastries each morning with coffee! Great location too, super close to the beach! Wife and I celebrated our anniversary there and would do it again. Very clean and cozy, highly recommend.

I still have an ear worm from the continuous whining of beach sellers. IT'S sandy, all the way from promenade to the warm aquamarine sea. It is littered with bits of plastic, cigarette ends and the occasional discarded beer bottle. You wont be left alone to relax, somebody will stand next to you evrey 10 minutes asking you to buy trinkets, drinks, very nice double bed sized' throws' or a massage (the only happy ending available is when the sun goes and so do they) There is a great place to round off your days tanning, The 'Touring Café Beach' on Viale Regina Elena Excellent food Nicely Priced and enhanced by pleasant service. Get a Bus Or

I think it is one of the best b&bs of the world, large spacious bathroom shower top new with a terrace of relevance, good breakfast. They also had shadows for the beach available to customers. Near the sea of Mondello 10 minutes walk we had a 4-year-old baby we had no problem. A great bread cooking all along the road that leads to the sea, stands obliged to a monkey to taste everything, good cannola. We had dinner by Poldo 2 excellent in the evening. Around 20 minutes and you get to the palermo in the car. You always find parking outside the baby free. In 15 minutes walk you get to the pedestrian area of the monello. If I go back to the monello I will go back to this B&B.

New and comfortable structure, a few minutes walk from the beach of Mondello. Maximum availability and especially gentleness of owners who are not present in 24h/24h have met all our needs. The hotel is very clean and fully suited to the anti-covid protocol. The self-service breakfast is served in the garden and feels at home. Experience absolutely positive. All very available and friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable staff. Nevertheless, all my 5 Stars ”Nothing to Remove to Others” go to the very adorable Piero ”Caposala” for professionalism, gentleness, sympathy and how to take care of each individual client. It was a great pleasure to know him and to stay in this building.

Breakfast is relatively rich, the standard of domestic 3 star or economic hotel. 10 kilometers from the city center, the surrounding is relatively quiet, not as chaotic as the city, parking is free, you can see the sea, in the city to the airport halfway, very convenient. I will continue to choose here next time. Need to drive.

You don't really get much for your money - rooms outdated, very simple furniture. Cleaning is done only on the surface. Staff work hard but under great stress. Sea view rooms are the only option, because with ”garden” view you will only get parking and backyard view. The pool ist nice, but it is hard to get sunbeds and umbrellas since some guests go down early in the morning to put their towels there and then don't show up until noon. Staff not really helpful in this respect. Access to the sea not recommendable for people with light handicap. Fine breakfast with good variety of pastry, fresh fruit. For lunch better go around the corner to the stabilimento (under same management as the hotel) for simple but authentic food at a good price. Dinner at the hotel expensive (100 Euro for two). Waiter told us to better come in September, August is really crowded, no late check-out possible if your flight is in the evening.

Amazing place to stay! We had wonderful ocean view room! The room is beautuifully appointed with modern amenities and nice blackout electronic shades. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also went upstairs for nice view of Mondello and have an aperitivo and enjoyed sunset. The location is perfect as it is close to the water but not in busiest part of Mondello. They also offer parking within the location so that is a plus. We definitely recommend this place and will come back! We also were pleasantly surprised to find a cat family in adjacent front vegetation/plants. We could see them from the top level. It was a beautiful family of a mother cat and her two kittens. So Sweet! (It seems as staff wasnt aware of them as when we inquired they didnt seem to know what we were talking about) Hopefully someone takes care of them or takes them in as they were so beautiful and innocent.

Al Baglio is a true gem. Situated close to the sea and the best restaurants in the piazza. It is clean, friendly and reasonably priced. It is family run and the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommdating to all requests. They arranged transport at reasonable prices to Palermo Centrale station and provided a magnificent breakfast each day. They even provided a laundry service free of charge.The rooms are large and comfotable as are the bathrooms. The aircon is quiet and efficient. We could not be happier.
