It`s a great experience to stay in Lucknow central . Surely this is one of the fine place in this area . The Guest room is with full of basic amenities . The Bed quality and sheets are very clean . But in COVID time I used my own Sheets on bed. Hot water available properly. In room too much space for luggage. The area is sanitised and clean . Proper maintain all protection , Mask etc. The food preparation is very delicious and good. The room service is good and waiters are proper trained . The hotel rooms are maintained very nicely and looked very hygienic. The coffee shop and breakfast had great menus and service was pretty speedy. Thankfully, we visited when the rooftop swimming pool was open. It was maintained quite nicely and had seating arrangement around it as well. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!! A special mention for Ms Aradhana and Mr Gufran at the front desk who fulfilled all our requests and always greeted us with a wonderful smile at all times!!
