Hotel share female colleagues engagement photos on social media but THIS HOTEL DOESN'T ACTUALLY DOES. When we checked in, the reception guy was confused of check in. He looked like a robot rather then a friendly person. He never explained me my room inclusions, no smile,and never acknowledge the lady *****. This huge hotel will never ever escort the guest until you are celebrity. Zero on escorting, no room orientation and off course you become isolated to a new place. After seeing dull faces, zero response team, procedures failure like wake up call miss, no acknowledge of repeat guest, no assistance.they do whatever they want. No courtesy call. Room service is slow, staff are engaged checking LinkedIn profiles of guest, they are on there own trip. Staff is engaged with self plans of the evening. This is probably the worst IHG BRAND. I felt familiar to Corona virus standards in this hotel. Would never recommend or advice to stay, untill unless you want yourself to be framed. I did dicussed my issues with Ashish and Sumit duty ***ager but they failed. Nobody is bothered to make guest happy. Front line staff recommended poorest packed breakfast. Only and only Joel is the one who to be given an applause. This hotel service standards are low as anything. They failed in LQA AUDIT,scoring 3/32

0.46km from downtownOn 29 June I arrived from Singapore. So I'll start from basic. While entering hotel property my bags were sanitized. Strict no touch rule was followed i.e my keys and form was already on the table till the time I reached hotel which was around 12 in the night. Staff were very considerate as they arranged food for us at that point of time especially Ashish. They stay here was quite pleasant for me. Proper PPE was donned by hotel staff at all point of time. Overall the experience of my stay here during this time was wonderful all due to efforts of staff here. Thanks for arranging the butter chicken guys.🤗

0.65km from downtownStayed here while I was transitioning into a new job at Gurugram. To put it simply, the stay was awesome. The property has been designed beautifully and quite picturesque! Also, rarely have i come across such consistency in service, especially when it is available at such good quality and at such a reasonable price point. Whether it was the upkeep of the room or the food (I used to typically have their breakfast and dinner), the consistency was top class. The rooms are just right-sized and have the convenience of running hot and cold water and climate agnostic air conditioning. The staff was extremely courteous and ensured that everything was in order at all times. Even though I spent a good few months here, there was the same level of quality house keeping every single day. While I stayed there on my own most of the days, my family did join me for a few days intermittently. Suffice to say, they went back thoroughly impressed.

After food ginger tea is must made by Ankit. And service staff ankur ajit sanjeev tushar the made us very comfortable feel like family.

0.72km from downtownI need a quick place to stay in Gurgaon for three nights so I choose thise hotel. The third party travel website said thaat this was 5 star but it kind of gave like a 4 star feel. The service was fine and so was the breakfast spread but I felt that the cold meat section of the breakfast wasn't really fresh. Otherwise good breakfast and effort by the staff. They were courteous and had a smile on their face and the hotel was value for money. I also had dinner at their restaurant during my stay which was a decent meal and I order one of the my meals to my room. I noticed that due to the Covid-19 pandemic the hotel administration does not allow Swiggy or Zomato food. The food was delicious but the hotel staff should consider adding some more items on their menu. Otherwise great 3 night stay and I would suggest others should consider staying at the Plazzio for its location, service and overall value for money.

Special Kudos to Mayank the owner and Mehboob, the ***ager. Both were always available at hand to provide anything that was required. Exceptional hospitality, homely staff, and a Never Say No Attitude makes this place worthy of a 7 Star rating. Rooms were comfortable and absolutely clean. Great ambience. Not a single complaint by our guests over a period of 03 days. The food quality was fantastic and served with pleasure. This place is real Value for money and MORE. Three cheers to Mayank and his team.

It takes a bit of an effort to find this hotel and it is a bit away from all the action but once you are there you will feel like you checked into a Holiday Inn Express anywhere in the world. The consistency they maintain is amazing !! There is a mall right next to the hotel so you don't have to spend too much time looking for dining options. Rooms are on the smaller side but who cares when you are traveling for business.

Property was very nice and had all practical needs covered. It was an Oasis in the chaos of India. Staff was proactive to cover all our needs. Restaurant went out of their way to accommodate my wife's food allergies. The best thing about the property was the reasonably priced car service (with Wifi) and specificaly the driver Subash. We spent 4 full days with him and he took us everywhere incuding the Taj Mahall! I was amazed at his driving skill on the roads in India. He was not only our driver, but was also a very knowledge tour guide. Anytime we had a request he made it happen. I travel most of the year and wish I could have someone like him in every city! When he finally took us to the airport on the last day I felt like I was leaving a friend! If you stay here I hope you are lucky enough to have him as a driver!
Hi.. I just wanted to post this review on the house keeping in this long stay of mine... It's been almost 2 weeks stay away from home for my office work... The house keeping staff is very supportive proactive and very quick in all the help. They are keeping my room clean and also listens to my concerns about my needs and follow the same. They respect the customers a lot too. Hameer was serving my room from day 1 and he is very supportive too and talks nicely with me. As I am staying here alone for long all the staff members are talking close to me if I need anything or if I am missing anything to get it some... Thanks a lot to all the house keeping members to keep my room clean everyday and attend to my requirements... I am loving my stay here and looking forward to the same in the next 2 to 2.5 of months of my long stay.... Regards Ravi
It was a REAL NIGHTMARE visiting this place. Amidst such Widespread Virus Infection and scare we thought HU***ITY WOULD COME FORWARD TO EXTEND HELPING HANDS TOWARDS EACH OTHER. But we were wrong in thinking so! The staff at this Hotel is even more scary and deadly than the CORONAVIRUS. And I will HIGHLIGHT their names so that more people can become Aware and Cautious of coming here. DUTY ***AGER: AJEETH ***AGER: RANDHIR RESTAURANT ***AGER: JATIN PURI GENERAL ***AGER: KANIKA HASRAT RESERVATION ***AGER: RISHI OPERATIONS ***AGER: Naved COURTESY and SERVICE are the WATCHWORDS of hospitality but they are live example of people who fail miserably in both of these sectors. We had an issue of Late check out because of security and health safety reasons but they rudely declined everything. Not only this they harassed my little brother, me and my sister as badly as they could. The General ***ager being a LADY herself was Pathetic in delivering her duties and was lazy enough to have no follow up on the issue. Again we had to do everything on our own! There was no APOLOGY for the delay,harassment and inadequate services they rendered to us. We had to just Fight and Fight and Fight all the time since we entered the hotel. My brother had to cancel his appointments, I had to cry because of their behaviour and my sister had to keep fighting with them since they were unwilling to do anything! The language of the hotel staff was very insulting and that of a roadside vendor! They were abusive at every step. I want to remind them of a saying from BIBLE: “ THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH”. Whatsoever a *** SOWETH, that shall he also reap. I sincerely believe that this hotel has employed such staff who only sow the seed of service which is inadequate both in quality and quantity. Nearly every one was engaged in the pastime of trying to GET WITHOUT GIVING. There was no HARMONIOUS CONDUCT anywhere rather the atmosphere of the hotel was so much stressful that the only relief we had was once we Checked-out from the hotel. Seriously THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE TO COME HERE! IT’s my Urge that “Such People” who only work for their Salary and have no Concern or Empathy for their Hotel Guest, “Such People” should be LAID OFF and a more Courteous, Warm and Polite Staff should be employed so that each and every guest should leave the Hotel with a Smile instead of TEARS after all a hotel is FOR THE PEOPLE AND BY THE PEOPLE.
At Hyatt Place Udyog Vihar Gurugram, I experienced the best hospitality of this year. Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic the safety norms were dutifully followed here and rooms were sanitised. About the rooms I haven’t found such spacious rooms and bathrooms in all my hotel stays in the past 2 years. There’s ample sunlight and the ambience is radiant. I’d like to mention the hotel’s restaurant and its staff. They were the most diligent and polite and the food was delicious though I must say the menu seemed a little limited. That notwithstanding every item I ordered in the menu was made to perfection. I have to make a special mention of Mr Devender Thakur, Food & Beverage Service ***ager for his impressive hospitality. He was very polite and helpful with the food. Mr Nikhil was also a nice host and Chef Rick and his team cooked up a delectable food storm during all my meals (check photos of each dish ordered) . Last bust not the least the music in the restaurant was simply uplifting and whosoever chose it please accept my virtual handshake. The entire hotel staff deserves a mention and I passionately recommend this hotel for a cheerful weekend getaway. All the best Hyatt Place and keep up the good work.
