The hotel is luxurious and simple, the service is warm and thoughtful, the waiters can only speak English or Cambodian, there are singers singing in the evening, you can give tips and order songs, the restaurant next to it has a good environment, and the taste of the dishes is also good!

I travel frequently to Kampot province for my trip. After trying several hotels, I confirm that Prek Kdat Resort is the best place where to stay. Food is great, and is a nice view, rooms are cleans and wide, atmosphere is cool and personnel always kind and at disposal very much recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Nataya Round House this week. It's quiet, right on the water, and the service is so wonderful. Many thanks to Min Pai, who made our stay so nice. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. He even found out it was our wedding anniversary and arranged a romantic dinner on the waterfront for us. He is a great manager, and his staff is well trained. The facilities are well maintained and clean, including the cute bungalows, which afforded privacy and comfort. It's a great place to escape for a few days. Just a couple of notes to make everything clear. First, there is no beach with ocean swimming at this hotel. There is a sandy area and a fabulous swimming pool, but you cannot go in the ocean. The salt water pool is currently closed. Secondly, Nataya is about 40 minutes by tuk-tuk out of Kompot, so it's kind of secluded. That was great, as we were looking for a little retreat to relax. But it means the only meal choice is the restaurant, which we found to be quite yummy and reasonably priced. This is a fantastic place for families to play together or couples/singles to find a retreat. If I lived in Cambodia, it would be my ”go to” place for a long weekend.

This is a new luxury resort about 15 minutes from Kampot. The rooms are stunning and photos do not really do them justice. Bathrooms are a great size and detailed beautifully. On the water front rooms you have private doc and can walk down and swim directly in the river Staff are all very capable and extremely friendly Food is excellent and priced fairly for a hotel Some minor works continue to be completed but nothing that will impact your stay the resort and amazing swimming pool and activities such a as mini golf pool table etc The only downside is across the river is Dante’s resort a sort of water park by the river that currently pumps loud music from 10 am to 10 pm. I’m sure this is worse on weekends and holidays. We were there on Sunday and Monday and Monday seemed to finish early However when you look at those magic serene looking pics by the water be aware it might be sadly interrupted by a noisy inconsiderate neighbour. Staff do their best to accomodate around this but I would recommend checking if the issue has been resolved before booking I would highly recommend as Overall it’s an amazing resort and if noise is not a deal breaker for you! However be aware and when you booking check with the hotel the current situation

We ended up staying 3 months at this place with a pool side view. We enjoy the jaccuzzi every after work. We played table tennis and billiards every afternoon. This place is perfect. You can meet locals and expats beacuse they have events almost every night. You will enjoy the sense of community here enjoying movie nights. The best part of this place is the swimming pool, a must visit / try. The room is very decent we had the fan room, because of the very good ventilation and a lot of trees around the place is cool in temperature, AC is not needed. The bathroom is big, a bit old but decent. They have cleaning service its up to you wanted to pay extra or clean the room by your self. We always eneded up cleaning again perhaps our standard of cleanliness is different. The old lady(cleaner) seems like she just change linens but not throughly clean the entire room, younger lady (cleaner) cleans our room perfectly we are always happy when she does our room. She cleans the fan, sweep everthing and the room always smells good. This is place approx. 6.5 km from Kampot centre but it was totally OK. Motorbike rent was just $50 a month renting it from the centre. Lisa, Salim, Toy and Skelly are very helpful and friendly, you will enjoy staying at this place. 100% recommended. The restuarant sells Kambucha which is the best in town and the food here is great with a very reasonable price. The wifi is good too, you can have a decent zoom meeting with the wifi connection. The the staff listens to your concerns and suggestions, the manager is awesome and friendly. We will definitely come back here.
