Les Halles

I received a remodeled room, but it smelled like paint, and construction began on another room at 8 a.m., so I could never stay in the room. And it's cold. It was nice to be able to use the microwave. I drank hot chocolate every day on the 0th floor. The water purifier on the 0th floor is also good. You can use the washing machine on the first floor for 5 euros and the dryer for 4 euros, so it's great for doing laundry in between trips. However, the washing machine is too small to fit a few clothes. On the last morning, I asked the reception staff if it was possible for 2 adults and 1 child in the deluxe room because there were no 3 people in the morning. They said it was possible, so I paid through the public website, but when I entered the accommodation at 10 pm, another staff member said that the room was only for 2 people, so 1 person could not stay. I was completely taken aback when they said it was impossible. Where are you going in the middle of the night? In the end, I had to pay an additional fee of 200,000 won to stay in a triple room, which was not available in the morning. The price for a 3-person room was also the previous day. It was an increase of 200,000 won compared to the previous day. I couldn't understand it, but it was late at night so I had no choice. It seems that information is not shared among employees. If the three of us had said no from the beginning, we would have moved to another hotel. Aside from the good location, it is not a good hotel for the price.

I chose this location online, and it was right. The location is excellent, restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation are very convenient, and there are many attractions nearby, which is suitable for self-guided tours. The landlord is warm and friendly, and responds promptly. Although the room is an old apar**ent, it is clean, tidy and sanitary. For a Paris hotel, the space is large and the price-performance ratio is relatively good (the bathroom is a little cramped). The washing machine does not dry, which is a pity for us who are used to it. In short, it is worth recommending, especially drinking a cup of coffee in front of the window and enjoying the sunshine in Paris, just like feeling at home.

I travelled with my family at the end of August. The hotel is nice, very clean. It is situated in a great location- metro station just around the corner and many of the tourist attractions within walking distance (20 minutes to the Louver, Notre Dame, Le Mare). Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. But for me the best part of the stay was the staff. They were great, always patient and ready to help or advise. Both Audrey, Fernando, and Jasmin made our stay a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay there again.

On this trip to Paris, I was very worried about where to stay near the Eiffel Tower, but I really liked staying at the Novotel Real at Châtelet Station. First of all, the staff are very friendly, the hotel accommodations and bedding are all clean, and the rooms are cleaned every day! First of all, the accommodation itself was very nice. Also, there is an elevator that goes down to Châtelet Station right in front of the hotel, so you can go anywhere by going down, and it was really convenient to go to the airport all at once. Additionally, there were Korean restaurants, K-Mart, Five Guys, McDonald's, and Burger King all nearby the bakery in front, so it was really very convenient. Even when going to the Eiffel Tower, it's okay because you can take the bus or train within 10-15 minutes. I will stay here again when I go to Paris!

Rooms were snug but nice; we didn’t spend any time in our room except to sleep so this worked well for us. Great facilities including nespresso machine, mini fridge and microwave + tv. Shower was luxurious and had great pressure. Cleaned the room and gave fresh towels each day. Staff are kind, offered us restaurants to try etc. Can request breakfast to be delivered to your room at a time that suits you but we didn’t do this and went out instead. Location felt very safe. Didn’t really enjoy the buzzing in and having to ask for keys each time you arrive and leave but that’s all and would be my only improvement!

I've just got back from spending 3 nights at The Dandy. I chose the hotel for the location - within walking distance to attractions but near the train for ease of getting to/from the airport and Disneyland. I booked the hotel months ago so was really sad to see a negative review left on TripAdvisor regarding the location of the hotel, describing the area as loud and sketchy. The review made me nervous to the point of wanting to change hotel but after searching around and seeing many positive reviews elsewhere I decided to stick with it. I am so glad I did because honestly, the hotel was perfect! My partner and I stayed in the smallest room offered (classic double) on the 3rd floor, the room was snug but spacious enough for 2, the bed was huge and it looked exactly like the photos! We stayed Monday - Thursday and had no issues with sound whatsoever, we didn't hear any other guests and there was no noise from the street. The person who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff were also very polite. The breakfast wasn't worth the money for us as we just had a crossiant each morning. We had to pay extra for coffee. The pastries and coffee were really nice, just for the amount we ate it would have been much cheaper else where. If we had of wanted a full continental breakfast each morning it might have been worth it. We ate dinner in the hotel one evening and the food was amazing, actually my favourite meal of our trip. We found the location to be absolutely fine, perfect for what we needed. You could walk to The Louvre/Notre Dame within 15 minutes. We walked to the Eiffel Tower in about 45 minutes. The train station is less than a 5 minute walk with direct access to the airport (€10/each) and Disneyland (€5). We didn't find the area to be sketchy or loud at all, the hotel is near the train station, a big shopping centre and near the high street. There was a ton of restaurants around which meant that it was busy and well-lit. Being near the hotel was actually where I felt safest around Paris as some other parts we went to were very dark and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay at The Dandy again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Stayed for Fri and Sat night and slept so well in the comfy bed. There was not a sound to be heard in room 501 though the hotel is based in the busy Le Marais area. Free coffee and water available in the lobby and lovely seats are available outside to sit and watch the world go by. There is a great young guy working there and he seemed to work a 24 hour shift-give the guy a raise☺️Room 501 is small but hey, this is Paris. Gorgeous bathroom and shower and tea/coffee making facilities available in the room. Overall, we were very happy with the Snob.

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside

Very cute hotel. I stayed in the single for one night (200euro, ouch! but it's Paris!). Very clean and very comfortable. Nice bed and nice sheets. The room is very small, like most hotel rooms in Paris; with my suitcase open, I had to jump on the bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom is new and clean, but tiny. Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

Excellent strategic location with a metro station and a shopping center at your doorstep. I was lucky to get a studio at the top floor with a nice view of the main attractions over the roofs. The studio was somewhat smaller than expected, just enough for one person though. Strangely, you have got a small equipped kitchen to cook, but no proper table to sit and eat. Also, the noise isolation from the street is somewhat poor: do not expect to sleep long while the magnificent city gets busy every morning.

Stayed here before returning home, and stayed here in France for the first time. I booked it from different platforms. There is an elevator. You can help keep your luggage when you arrive early or check out. The front desk can speak good English. Toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself. The space is not big, one person and two luggage can not be opened at the same time, but comfortable. This time I stayed on the six floors and the lighting was very good. I forgot to live on the second or third floor before, and the daylighting will be blocked. It's okay to stay for one night. The location is very close to Lyon Railway Station, very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants (going right and turning left) and sushi restaurants nearby (continue to go along the direction of the Chinese restaurant, diagonally opposite the road), it is quite delicious, not particularly expensive, a meal is ten euros up and down, in that location this price should be OK. The difference is that there is a supermarket name on the street probably monop's(monoprix) orange red black match store, you can buy frozen food for fast food, Paris prices are OK.

Where to begin. The positives. We received a warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist when we arrived on the Friday evening. He was very polite and chatty and pointed us in the direction of where we might find a good place to eat. The location is quite good, the road it is on was very busy all the time but that could in part be due to the fact that the Metro was closed due to strike action. There are some nice shops and restaurants down a few of the side streets and the walk to the Louvre was about 30 minutes. The Moulin Rouge is also close by but the walk there from the hotel is through what is best described as a very seedy area. There is also a Metro station a short walk from the hotel which would have been great apart from the strike action! The hotel has 2 very small lifts not for the claustrophobic; the one near the breakfast area had a really annoying creaky door which would not be out of place in a Hammer House of Horror movie but nothing a bit of oil would not cure The negatives. The two rooms we had on the first floor did not really resemble any of the pictures of rooms we had seen when booking. They were both small but we expected that and whilst they looked clean but had a grubby feel. The sliding door into the bathroom in one room had clearly not slid for a longtime it was off the runner at the bottom and closer inspection it had pulled off the hangers at the top the only way to close it was to physically pick it up by the edges and move it. The hairdryer in one room blew really gently for a few minutes then cut out for a few then started again. The air conditioning units, although not used were filthy and there was paper peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The shower cubicles were also very small. Breakfast was continental and was okay. The lady serving the first 2 mornings was a little surly and short with us and not too responsive when asked for some gluten free bread she disappeared for 20 minutes or so; the bread however was delicious. Similarly the next day when the orange juice ran out it took 20 minutes to get it refilled. The other people on reception over the long weekend we were there were also not great, one was either talking on his mobile phone all the time or watching Tik Tok videos on it, The other was less than helpful when we tried to book a taxi to the airport the night before we were due to leave ; she tried on the hotel system but because of the strikes she said she was unable to book one when we asked what the alternatives we had she just gave us a shrug of the shoulders and said we could try Uber or a train but they probably weren't running - and that was that. It took me 10 minutes to find and book a taxi on my own - not a great customer experience Ibis Sacre Coeur!! Overall the hotel is very dated, run down and in need of quite a bit of TLC maybe we were unlucky with our 2 rooms we had but still the whole experience was not great.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

I am close to 2 meters tall and fit nicely, which is unfortunately something I don’t see in many other hotels. I appreciated the small details of the room. For example, the curtain is super long and close enough to the window in order to prevent any sunlight from coming in. The temperature is nicely regulated and I never found the room to be too hot or too cold. The staff as well were very welcoming and helpful. I dropped my credit card from my wallet by accident when taking out my room key and the staff were kind enough to inform me that they found it and leave it in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and staff.

It’s a new Boutique Hotel with very stylish deco, Clean !! The staffs are very polite and helpful !!! I can say you feel safe when you staying in this hotel. Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station. It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !! If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘ I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!! I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!

Would highly recommend this Hostel. Location is right next to a metro but also a good walking to distance from many other metros and place de la nation which is great for restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hostel so can’t comment on that but the buffet breakfast did look good & all guests get 10% off food and their own beer during the stay. I found all the facilities to be clean, the bathrooms are out with the bedrooms which I find to be good as you don’t have to be dead silent. Could be doing with a door to the urinal and some hooks on the toilet doors and not just the shower door. Rooms are decent sized the only downside was the positioning of the main room lights & switch. if left on overnight was annoying and very bright. Each bed has a light though which is good when the main light is off. Hairdryer also available which can be taken to the bathroom. Friendly staff and large reception/bar area where there is something on most nights with lots of people in attendance. I was a solo traveller this occasion and would recommend to others.

The rating is between average and poor. It's mediocre. The rooms are small (nothing unexpected) the bathroom smaller.. I had to repair the flush toilet as it did not work. Bring ironed shirts because there's no iron board and the suggested ”use the table in the room” does not work. The WiFi offering is really terrible. The network connection drops all the time if ever one manages to connect. In the basement restaurant there's no coverage at all. The breakfast offering is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. That saved the day for this hotel.
