The bedding is comfortable and the sofa bed is moderately soft and hard. The receptionist on the day shift was particularly enthusiastic and recommended popular attractions and restaurants. It was past six o'clock on the day of check-in, and there was no one on duty, so I didn't receive the access code email. Fortunately, I called the local escort and found the girl on duty before I could get in.

|1.16km from city centerWe stayed in a standard studio for 5 nights. The apartment was fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A lovely touch was having oranges and pastries supplied for breakfast for the first morning. The styling is contemporary with some original features such as exposed brickwork. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The pool area on the food is lovely for relaxing and has great views. I would 100% recommended the apartment anyone visiting Seville. It’s location is great for visiting the main attractions Seville has to offer and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for a great stay.

Spacious room with AC working perfectly, tv, sink, comfortable bed. Spotless, clean, cozy. Friendly and kind Staff. Weak wi-fi signal (maybe just at the second floor). A little noisy at night if your room is facing the street - but then again, considering how great the place is, that is a non-issue. Value for money simply outstanding. A GREAT choice for staying in Siviglia. Definitely recommended. Can't wait to come back, I'm in love!

Everything was great - location was perfect, tons of restaurants, shops and bars within a 5 min walk and very central. Rooms were clean and a very good size Shower was fantastic - the shower pressure was amazing Service was great - staff was extremely responsive via WhatsApp at any time of day, extremely friendly and helpful They don’t have any of the extra amenities (like a breakfast room or gym) but honestly for the price and location I didn’t mind at all. I think their sister location (less than 2 min walk away) has breakfast that they can offer but there’s so many great bakeries and restaurants right next door that I preferred eating out anyways. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

|2.09km from city centerThe hotel is located in the Triana district, 1 min from all the restaurants/bars. Right next to it there is a supermarket and a cafe, ideal for breakfast. The hotel has been completely renovated recently so I think that the bad comments on the establishment were written before the renovation. The rooms are small but clean, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need for a good night's sleep and we had a small balcony, room 104. The shower is small but has very good water power. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms as well. The blinds of the window are automatic and hide the day very well. There was a bit of street noise at night but it didn't bother us. The hotel has a nice roof terrace with tables and chairs. To come from the airport or from Santa Justa station, nothing could be easier than taking the EA bus towards Placa Armas, to the Placa Armas terminus. The bus costs 4 euros and the bus stop is located 13 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is very instagrammable with a neat decoration. I highly recommend this hotel

|1.51km from city centerAn exceptional boutique hotel! Beautifully decorated and furnished. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff. In a perfect position to explore Seville on foot! Nice breakfast of juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, choice of hot cooked food and a small bakery selection. Room well equipped with a proper hair dryer, well stocked mini bar, safe, toiletries and lovely cotton linens and towels. No robe or slippers though. Mattress a bit too firm for me but not a problem really. Easy to find and an underground car park is easy to navigate and only about 3 or 4 minutes walk away (we paid €60 for 3 days which is reasonable I think?) Would highly recommend and one of our ‘children’ has already booked for July!

|1.65km from city centerI would firstly lkke to thank the gentleman on reception on new years eve who despite there being no kitchen open and with many restauents closed due to new years eve prepared us some hot food.The was really appreciated and most kind. So a huge thank you. We stayed in room 205 and on arrival we were a little disappointed with room which was due for an upgarde. The othe rooms lookex like they had been redecorated andd had new flooring. We pointed out the mold around the bath and the ceiling tiles which looked rather ropey. Both were attended to within the day. We were also offered an alternative room. This is a good location for exploring the old town of Seville with a very good tapas bar at thend of the street opposite the art gallery. Due to way Seville is with narrow cobbled streets despite double glazing it was quite a noisy location. This was especially they when people with trolley cases and cars went by. Something to consider if a light sleeper.

|1.23km from city centerThe location and value of this hotel was notably better than many competitive properties in Sevilla. Perhaps the most impressive was the service at reception. The gentlemen on the front desk really were gentlemen and did everything to ensure a smooth check-in. It was all very professional and in a beautiful reception area that was light, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. A 4* lobby for sure. They had managed to accommodate our wishes to be on or above the 3rd floor along with our friends' room close by. However, we did feel that the room was a little dated although large and comfortable. We actually were attending a photo shoot the next day so light was an issue for us and the room had only a small window and 'cold' LED bulbs in the light fittings - 'warm' LED lights would have been much cosier. For us, we really needed natural light and so requested that we move to another room. The hotel was full but the lovely reception staff accommodated us in a beautiful room from the next morning, where we were far more comfortable and able to prepare for our day. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the room was clean and ready from early morning. We were very grateful and on that basis, we will definitely stay here again as we travel to Sevilla a lot. Special thanks go to Dario, Alajambro and David - and I think at the last minute, I may have met another front desk gentleman but I didn't get his name! All - in all, a quiet, reserved, comfortable hotel in a super location. Thank you Pasaela Hotel - we will be back!

We stayed in one of their new modern rooms in the building across from the main hotel. Great choice at breakfast although they appeared overwhelmed and in need of more staff and space to cater for all of their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Seville!

There are staff available if needed but all information we needed was provided and we didn't have any issues that required help. The room was spacious and clean. Little by way of natural daylight though. Walls are very thin, so if you have inconsiderate noisy neighbours then it can be annoying. Loads of good bars/cafes/shops nearby, all packed with locals till late so you feel perfectly safe.

|1.21km from city centerI stayed in the Hotel Virgen de los Reyes for one night while visiting for a football match taking place at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan. For this trip the hotel was perfect, I got a bus from the airport to the Santa Justa Train station which was about a five minute walk from the hotel. It was also literally a few minutes walking distance to the stadium which was ideal. The room itself was better than I expected for the price, everything was well maintained with TV, fridge and great air-conditioning, although the floor did seem a little dirty. I didn't see much of the hotels facilities as I literally popped in and out a few times, but the reception was welcoming and a nice place to be whilst waiting for the rain to clear. The hotel staff were very accommodating, even giving a umbrella when I was leave due to the torrential rain. For the price and location of the hotel, I doubt there is much better for what I needed. Will definitely consider if I return for another match.

|1.65km from city centerI wrote my very first review on TA as I had found a great little hotel in Spain and knew that, had I had the choice, I would never have dreamt of choosing a one star hotel. We English speakers just feel it's either going to be a filthy hovel or a place renting all the other rooms by the hour. But the Spanish star system takes into account if there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, a pool, a full service restaurant etc. So a great little hotel can get just one star. This hotel has none of the aforementioned by the way. But it is well located, good value for money, staffed by friendly people, serves breakfast and has a clean white modern theme throughout. It's not the Ritz, but it is a great place for people on a budget. I could only find one negative: the bedspreads looked a little shabby, they could probably do with a good dry clean. But they are just decorative, the sheets and blankets underneath are spotless.

|1.06km from city centerWe stayed overnight en route to Portugal, parking was easy (€16 per night). Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:30ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes in reception. They mentioned a ‘free welcome drink’ to compensate but it never transpired. The interior decor of the communal areas was beautifully done, and there were nice touches for the kids like toys and a giant connect 4. Room was clean, apart from a hair in the bath, it appeared that a few more members of cleaning staff wouldn’t go far amiss. Beds comfy, although lots of noise from the corridors from passing guests. Breakfast was good, they kept insisting that it was better to arrive earlier, which we did, but it wasn’t massively packed during the 9-10am timeslot which came with a ‘red warning’ according to the posters in the lifts (the lift wait was a little long in peak times incidentally). I feel that the emphasis should be placed on ensuring correct staffing for high traffic times, rather than trying to manipulate the guests to suit. We didn’t go into the centre this time, but would probably look for a cheaper option for a stopover next time, as it wasn’t worth the price tag.

From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.

|5km from city centerWe recently stayed at this hotel. We had a very comfortable stay, the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed using the pool everyday and enjoyed the facilities. The only problem is that the walls are very very thin. This is not the staff/ hotel’s fault but on our final night, the guests next door and above were extremely loud. You could hear their conversations, they were banging their suitcases around until 1am and walking up and down in heels. The receptionist was very helpful and asked them to keep it down, but it is important to remember that this is a business hotel, so other guests are up late and awake early to prepare for work so we were woken up at 6am each day by other guests outside our room. I would highly recommend asking for a top floor room or bringing ear plugs!! It is quite far from the centre and the bus gets quite busy - but overall it is not difficult to get into town.

|1.12km from city centerWe absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, the rooms looked lovely and it was mostly quiet. The breakfast was awesome. There was a lot to choose from no matter if you are looking for pastries, cereal or fresh fruit. The location was also perfect to us. Everything was within walking distance but there was also the option of using the tram stations that's just opposite the street. You can use the tram station to reach popular destinations like the Plaza de Espana or the Cathedral easily and cheap. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. They were always available for questions and helped us book taxis. Unfortunately our flight home got canceled. Even though there was a festival going on and hotel rooms were fully booked they showed concern for us and managed to make a room for the extended stay for us. We additionally received a bottle of water and some snacks for our extended stay. We appreciated the nice gesture. We would definitely stay again at this hotel and will choose another Barcelo hotel if they are available in another cities.

The hotel rooms, beds, kitchens were great and provided good sleep, laundry and a nice way to enjoy a few days in town. You have to be pretty self sufficient for their use as it is all done via app communication and an app you download to get in and out of the room/building. The only negative comment I’d have was the room got very warm and it took a bit of work on our part to convince the team the problem with the temperature was not US, but the thermostat was not working properly. Finally, a person came to our room and was able to figure out what was wrong after we had to jump various hoops to try to resolve the issue. In her defense, when it was fixed, she was very apologetic about the matter. Also, they did provide a breakfast for us which was a box dropped outside the room door. The food was good, however, the first day we didn’t realize the system and we let it sit outside too long.

The so-called parking is not parking at the hotel, but parking to a parking garage that is 10 minutes away from the hotel and walks about 1 km away. And you still have to pay for it, as long as you spend 19 euros overnight. Nothing about this hotel!
In addition, the hotel is located in the old city, the road to the hotel entrance is narrow to the driver who opened the road for the first time, the wheel hub will be kicked if not careful, and will get lost.
We spent a lot of energy to find the hotel for half an hour, but was told to go to the parking garage again, very frustrating.
For the first time here, friends who are unfamiliar with the situation should pay attention.

I was really surprised by the size of the room: broad and huge! The staff was very attentive at all hours. I was there during New Year’s Eve and there were always key personnel present As strange as this may sound, if I were the hotel owner I would improve the portfolio of photographers on booking.
