1. The location is not in the city center, it is on the south side. The building is 10 stories high and there are no other high-rise buildings in the surrounding area. It is very suitable for overlooking the sky and the evening glow. 2. The facilities and facilities are quite satisfactory, and the height of the bed is high. This is the standard configuration of North American hotels, and the hardness is moderate, not hard or soft. 3. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, 4404 restaurant is recommended, and there is also a bar service at night. The draft beer inside is local craft beer, which is very authentic. 4, across the wide driveway in front of the hotel, is a shopping and living area, there are North American supermarket Wal-Mart, Chinese supermarket Datonghua, Korean supermarket HMart, as well as Western food, gourmet fast food, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, etc. about 10 restaurants It is quite rich. 5. With free WIFI, you can use it freely, there is no limited speed limit, and there is no problem in watching movies 6. When I went to live at the end of 2019, no one felt like it, and I didn't see a Chinese move in. The front desk staff are all foreigners, all are English-speaking and no Chinese-speaking 7. One flaw is that the faucet from the washbasin has a small water outlet, but the water from the bathtub faucet is very hot.

Breakfast is good, not self-help, no one has a breakfast roll, you can go to the downstairs restaurant for a single breakfast for one person, there are about seven or eight kinds to choose from, the location is good, walk to the Chinese supermarket Tuanhua 15 minutes about.

I stayed here cause my boyfriend booked it and said it was cheap and I didn’t think much. It looked a bit worn down by age and the stairs were icy and not salted. But my main part of the night was when 5 adult males came knocking at our door and asked for drugs, we said no and told them the look else where and shut the door on them due to them acting weird but crawled back into bed... A few minutes later we hear the neighbours calling for help and yelling smashing and the same guys broken through and starting attacking the couple next to us! We were so scared we stayed up most the night and I’m not sure if I would recommend this place.

Our room was right next to the area where poeple smoked outside. we requested to change the room and they gave us a 2 queen room instead of 2 double room. The ref in the room was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. the air-conditioning/heater was very loud as well.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a big supermarket superstore, McDonald's with a playground next to it, Chongqing hot pot in two or three minutes' drive, and Prince Edward Cantonese restaurant on the other side of the road. Drive to the south park center for shopping, Tatung Wah is there, as well as Cantonese flavor, 825 Hong Kong tea restaurant and so on. Easy parking, breakfast, swimming pool. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the front desk is relatively simple, and the quality of breakfast is average: oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, bread, cakes, yogurt, circles, hot drinks, juice But at the end, there was not even hot water. There is no thermos in the room and the restaurant does not provide 24-hour hot drinks. Since you are carrying a child and need hot water, you can only use a coffee machine to boil hot water, or use a microwave to heat the water. No coin laundry. The swimming pool is small. There was a strange noise in the elevator, which vibrated several times each time. There is a car market nearby, and infrastructure is still under construction, but no noise is heard. Affordable but not very comfortable.

Spent 2 nights here as it’s pet friendly - they even provide mess bags in case you’ve forgotten. Beds were comfy, room was clean, Ac/heat worked well, shower had good pressure, pillows left something to be desired though. Provided continental breakfast was good. More than I expected was available. Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was a decent size and water slide was fun. Good spot for a weekend visit to the city or overnighter if you’ve got pets.

The front is beautiful and the room is large and beautiful. There is a big supermarket nearby, so it is convenient. A hotel that stops the Sky Shuttle to Edmonton Airport.

I'm currently staying here and will be at least another night - here are my thoughts. 1. The room - so it seems like they're maybe in the middle of renovations because the bathroom looks like ones I've seen in 4 star hotels and but the rest of the room is kind of outdated. The bathroom is clean, bright and gorgeous, the shower / bath combo is clean and works well. The toilet is definitely great for the environment - low water but powerful flush - which means this hotel cares about their environmental impact. The couch & arm chair combo is a little dingy and the kitchenette has to be 50 years old - but for the price - it's not a concern. One of the knobs on the stove has "doesn't work" written in sharpie above it lol. The carpet seems very new and clean - still got my birkenstocks on though... just in case. 2. The electronics - okay BEST HOTEL WIFI EVER. Hands down - I'm shocked it's almost as good as my wifi at home. Seems like each room has a router - and I brought my xbox and I'm watching netflix with ZERO delay. It's perfect. The TV is at best a 20 inch - like I'll need glasses trying to watch it from the bed. But - with how good the wifi is - honestly - I'm unbothered by the shoe box tv. The lamps all seem to have different types of bulbs in them so I'm getting some trippy while and yellow lighting - not a complaint - it's just a little weird. 3. The bed - the sheets are SOOO bleachy it's like burning my nose and I smell like bleach just from laying in here. My dog is with me and she's stinking of bleach too - you don't smell too much else in the whole room but the wild amount of bleach. But - At the very least it means the sheets are clean lol. The pillows are very thin - if you have neck issues - bring your own pillow if possible. The mattress is pretty firm but also has some soft/ more worn areas and would benefit from maybe a foam topper because you can feel each of the springs - maybe the mattresses will be updated in the reno? 4. The breakfast - I saw some other reviews with complaints about the breakfast - I don't agree. It was good for a free breakfast and a hotel with a very economic price. Two flavours of costco muffins - white bread, whole wheat bread and cinnamon raisin, pb & j- coffee, orange juice, apple juice - fruit loops, cheerios, granola - all in all, for a free breakfast you couldn't ask for more. It's totally reasonable, FRESH and you can get your fill before you leave for the day. 5. The staff - I don't know what's in the water - but all of these people are SO nice. I've interacted with 3 of their receptionists and they are all very nice, polite, professional and accommodating and the cleaning staff is no different. They all deserve a raise - 10/10 for the staff - they're really awesome. All in all - for hotels I've stayed at all over Canada and the States in the same price range, I'd have to say this hotel is one of the top contenders. Honestly - you get a great experience and bang for your buck. I

My husband and I stayed for just one night coming from out of town. We had a spacious room on the 6th floor with king bed and large bathroom. Pillowtop mattress was awesome and we slept well. The top floor was quiet, we did not hear anyone, even though the hotel was busy. Hence, we had to park a little ways off the main entrance which was not ideal, but found a side door that provided access closer to the car. Our stay included a hot breakfast (for $95.00/night- great value) and the buffet had plenty to choose from including fresh fruit, cereals, various breads and hot breakfast foods. The staff was very courteous and helpful making sure we had everything we needed during breakfast.

This budget motel meets all the requirements, it's very clean and mostly quiet with comfortable beds. The rooms are recently renovated. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Although it can be a little tricky to find your way into the motel it is still right on Calgary Trail S so you can expect heavy traffic noise. There is no available coffee which while sad there is a Tim Hortons just down the street. Ice is available but seems to be a very limited but no ice buckets or anything to put it in. There are also several different restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Although this little motel seems to be fairly busy the staff is happy to make you as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is great if your flying out. But if you want to be close to stores and restaurants then you would need a vehicle. The selection is very limited. The room was fantastic and clean. Great staff that were willing to get us extra blankets and coffee. I would highly recommend!

I have paid $140.61 total for one night (Thursday to Friday). Pros: - Helpful front desk worker: asking for quiet and clean room she switched the initial room assigned to me with a quieter one on third floor. - Fast and smooth check in process - New or new renovated building with modern interiors - Clean bathroom and good quality soft soap, shampoo etc. (Neutrogena) - Functional and good quality tv set - Good Wi-fi (good speed, easy to connect and sign in) - Clean linen and beds - Big parking lot with a lot of vacant spots. - Breakfast included in price Cons: - The breakfast is included in room price; even the hotel website says under breakfast link that I can choose “over 400 combinations of food”, they offered us only wafers (because apparently was wafers day ????) sweet yogurt, some fruits and average quality coffee.

You can’t be the service and accommodation at this hotel. From our phone call to make reservations, Jesse went to the extra effort to be kind and compassionate to our needs and remained the same during what ended up being 30 days. All of the front desk staff, the cleaning ladies, the maintenance man, the waitresses all ensured that our needs were tended to without hesitation, not to mention the manager who took the time to talk to us and help us out. They all helped us through a very difficult time and we will never forget any of them.
