The hotel is very quiet because it is about 3km away from the centre of the ayvalık and is in a slightly high position with the front sea view. The location will not be a problem for your vehicle. The hotel is very quiet because it is not seasonal. The cleaning can be called enough. There is a wide variety of, but low-quality table at breakfast and there is only tea. I can say this as an old employee of an international hotel chain at the top of Turkey. Hotel is to satisfy the guest. The guest here is aware of the amount he has paid and is already waiting for spa, lounge, fitness center, etc., but even the minimum is waiting for maximum service. -There are only carton glasses in the room. The guest who enters the room doesn't drink any hot drinks. No water heating. That's very simple but not. We asked for tea service one evening and came but 2.akam reception answered 'service closed'. From the hotel location, the hotel is in a quiet position. The pandemic is very boring for children and families over 65 years old because the hotel is service closed. You can't even drink or sit down on the river or the river. Even though the pictures show children like toys around the river, we received the 'out use' answer. Probably because of the season. Price/performance? I don't think. It may be below the average price, but there is a lot of disadvantage compared to the average hotels. I don't prefer the second time.

The Pansion is in the most beautiful place of Ayvalik. The cafes and the beach are very close. The room has a very good cool air conditioning and the bed is very comfortable. The room and the room are clean. There is also Wi-Fi and free. They have a deal with a beach of up to 7 minutes. There is a 10 TL per person who leaves this pension. The owner of the pension, Mustafa Bey and Irfan Bey, has been very interested in making us feel at home. We thank him very much for all his support and help. I absolutely recommend...

You see interest in every company during the summer period, but we saw the same interest when we came here in winter. The company's owner, Nimet Lady, is the angel Lady and the Symge Lady of their teammates, who do more than they can in order to provide you with a beautiful accommodation. They don't give breakfast in the winter season, but when we arrived in the season we received a perfect breakfast table. All the products presented were selected from local products and all were delicious. Thank you for making us feel like we are at our home on our trips in Cunda.

The staff is the best you can imagine to have, always ready to help, smiling and the best example of Turkish hospitality. I am not going to share her name but Mrs N. at reception treated us like she is hosting us at home. We had to stay in low season in this hotel as my father was hospitalized in Ayvalik for two weeks. We knew nobody in the city and the stuff comforted us with extra treats of tea/ coffee, checking on us everyday, smiling and offering their help all the time. I cannot express my gratitute enough to Carpe Diem Hotel owner and her stuff. I hope many more visitors will book their trip there to see such a “feel like home” experience.

Ne yazık ki resepsiyonist Beyza hanımın kaba tavırları yüzünden bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim ve tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir otel oldu. 2.gün Odanın temizlenmediğini belirttiğimde odaya elinde çarşaflarla gelip ''çok rahatsız olduysanız kendiniz değiştirin'' cümlesi kuran bir resepsiyonist. Konaklamam boyunca kaba davranışlarına defalarca maruz kaldım. Kahvaltıdayken temizlik rica etmiştim. Daha öncesinde aynı saatte yapılan bu iş için o gün Beyza hanım, çıkış saati olan 12yi bekleyip çıkan odaların temizliğinden sonra temizlik alabileceğimi söyledi. Lobiye inip bir şey soruyorum dönüp misafire bakmıyor bile. Neden böyle davrandığını sorduğumda'' hanfendii açıkçası sizi muhatap almak istemedim'' cümlesiyle karşılaşıyorum. Beyza hanımın göz devirmeleri de cabası. Bu davranışları üzerine ön büro müdürü Aslan bey ile görüşme sağladım. Müdür olarak çalışanın yapmış olduğu bu uygunsuz hareketler sebebiyle benimle oldukça nazik konuştu ve telafi etmeye çalıştı. Çalışanıyla da görüşme yapmıştır diye düşünüyorum ancak Beyza hanımın davranışlarında değişen hiçbir şey yoktu. Aksine daha da kabalaşmıştı. Lobiye gelen misafirini bir selam vermeden, nasıl yardımcı olabilirim demeden, ''eveet?'' diyerek karşılayan birisiydi kendisi. Tatile gidip dinlenmek isterken tam aksi bir konaklama deneyimi yaşatıldı. Gerçekten bu davranışlara maruz bırakıldığım için çok üzüldüm. Diğer resepsiyonistler Güngör bey ve Mert bey işlerinde ve saygı konusunda çok iyiler kendilerinden çok memnun kaldık. Restaurant ekibi yine çok iyi. Kahvaltıları oldukça temiz, özenli ve lezzetliydi. Genel olarak güzel bir servis ve tutum olsa da sepetteki çürük elma bütün sepete zarar veriyor. Otel yönetimi bu yorumu dikkate alırsa, Beyza hanımın misafirlerine davranışlarını, nasıl karşılayıp uğurladığını da ne kadar güler yüzlü olduğunu da fark eder kameralardan izler.

It is a medium sized Family oriented hotel with several different room options such as singles, doubles, triples and apartments that come with a kitchenette and living space. The hotel spaces are clean and comfortable and the staff is attentive and friendly. We never sat long at the pool or the lobby for someone to stop by ask us how we are doing and if there is anything we need. The hotel has several pools, some equipped with slides for children and adults. Next to the pool there was plenty of seating and lounge area and the pool side bar had cool drinks and small meals that were available throughout the day. The hotel buffet offers a wide variety of local and international dishes that are both delicious and visually pleasing. The hotel owner speaks German, English and Turkish and is a wealth of information regarding history, local events and places to visit and Tips for overall visit to Turkey. They can assist in Transfers to and from the airport, local tours, flight information and money exchange. The hotel is located within 2 hours of several historical sites and UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the ancient city of Troy, Pergamon and Ephesus. The hotel is happy to assist in booking tours for you. The hotel has handicap friendly rooms and pool accessories and is very accommodating to families with children. They offer high- chairs, cribs, toddler pool, small water slide, children’s beach toys and a playground on premises. They also have a game room with board games, fuss ball table and pool table. The hotel beach is located on 7 km of sand beach and has an attendant that will bring you a lounge chair and ask you if there is anything you need as soon as you arrive. He also cleans the area several times a day to make sure no garbage is left on the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to relax at the Aegean Sea-

Kahvaltıda abartılı çok çeşit yerine doğal,lezzetli şeyleri sunuyorlar👍👍👍 Otelle ilgili daha iyi olabilirdi diyebileceğim tek konu banyonun biraz küçük olmasıydı ama sanırım yapacak birşey yok 😊 NOT: Ayvalık’tan dönerken sadece peynir&zeytin ürünleri değil sakızlı kurabiye de almanızı tavsiye ederim.

|3.84km from city centerI apologize to the manager and staff for the following review because they were friendly and helpful. However I wish someone had written such review before because this is easily the worst hotel I've stayed at. When we reserved a room at Mulka hotel, we didn't expect luxury at this price point and given the average rating of 7.5 (good). However we expected that at least the most basic things would be in order, which was not the case. The biggest issue was the bathroom: 1. The water pressure in the shower changes randomly, which also changes the temperature and you can either get burned or frozen as you shower. This also happens frequently - about every 30 seconds or so, which makes taking a shower a nightmare. The only positive is that this is preceeded by a loud hissing noise which at least gives a warning. 2. The shower cabin's only purpose is to make the shower space narrow and uncomfortable, since the bottom isn't sealed to the floor and the whole bathroom gets wet anyway. 3. The toilet cistern wasn't functioning. The maintenance guy fixed it but it broke again the very next day and kept breaking for the rest of our stay but l learned to fix it myself so l see that as a positive. 4. There were no hangers whatsoever, safe for two rusty faucets sticking out the wall for some reason. Although the rest was kinda ok, there are several other downsides: 1. There were two beds in the room - a big one and a small one. The room is about 3.5m wide. One can probably imagine how narrow the room was and not only that but the big bed is pushed up against the wall which doesn't make for a great sleeping experience. 2. Some false advertisement - there isn't actually a dedicated parking at the hotel. The guests have to park in the street in front. The hotel also isn't ”brachfront”. It does have its dedicated ***** on the beach but ”beachfront” indicates it's pretty much on beach while you do have to walk about 5 minutes to get there. This isn't such a big issue but it's worth noting. 3. The pool is filled by a garden hose that is stretched on the floor- the first time I've seen such a thing. 4. The breakfast was very scarce - just the most basic things. 5. The only options for lunch and dinner are french fries and toast. 6. There is nowhere to hang wet clotheris or towels to dry. The ONLY good thing was that the staff was very kind and responded quickly to all our requests but those were way more than they should be even at this price point. I have pictures and videos to prove all this.

The hotel was built in 1880 and is also the aunt Hasan, whose aunt Zehra is a real business, and the grandmother of Uncle Mehmet. Their childhood passed in the house where we hosted the hotel. 1-) Location : The hotel is in the garden of the Rahmi Koç Museum and one of the intersection streets in the centre. Because of the narrow streets and the visitors of the museum, you may not park on the street. But 25-30 metres away there is a parking. You can walk down to Cunda's centre after parking your vehicle. 2-)Design: The hotel has a structure that will lead you to the past. 3-)Rooms: The room was quite clean. The towels we used were clearly new to wash, my nephreema, etc. The room was also available for you, such as TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, hair dryer. There were also an antiquity towel, bergers, clothing box, etc. I don't know whether every room has it. 4-) Breakfast: Breakfast was not open but it was enough. Observation, cooking and omelet were served with breakfast table. 5-) Staff: At first you feel like a guest, not a client of the hotel. There are only enough people who work because it is a family business. Hasan's brother and Uncle Mehmet were concerned. Gamze lady served our breakfast. We felt like we were going to our neighbor's breakfast.

But there is a lot of lack in the hotel. You can't let the children free as nothing for their own. The breakfast was very weak. He has made the cats to the owner whom we wanted to be in a single man, because we were crowded. He sits on the press with his chair while you put breakfast in your cabin, which has made us very disturbed. When we say Cay's coffee, there is no staff in the middle. Forget to go with Carsita baby car we made the first night that mistake. After the dark night, you're getting a little nervous if you don't have a man with you. Furthermore, we have been wrongly due to a 2-fold pessimum in making our hotel reservation. Two weeks later, we noticed that they were not controlled by voice, and I think when we reported it was made to us on the hotel, the water day this day. The owner of the hotel was on the trip. It wasn't very difficult to say that the return was made in 5 minutes when we were last upset. Meanwhile, he doesn't buy animals and he has a owner of the animal enemy. You're taking us to the fucking person because our friends staying in the other hotel are coming with a copegi. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional and outstanding service. There was a slight mixup regarding our room which was immediately rectified by the general Manager, M. Cem Celebi with courteousness and Professionalism.. He continued to check on us over the course of our stay, and we felt pampered and well attended to. The same level of service is provided by all of the staff. The grounds of the hotel are stunningly beautiful both with a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. The food service at the restaurant is 5 star. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and one can take a long walk along the boardwalk which is within easy distance to other restaurants on the water. The hotel has a private beach on a nearby island that is accessed by the Hotel’s private yacht. I highly recommend this hotel. It was one of our best stays in Turkey.

Let's come to the most attractive point with the perfect breakfast, the perfect bacon, the swallows, the reels, etc. A extra beautiful breakfast. The workers are very laughing and you can transmit your wishes without tiring. They have agreements with the beach and they are directing there if you want. Although we went outside the season, the company owner and employees were very interested. Also his breakfast was very successful. The only disabled was that the bathroom/washroom was very small (nothing to do) and had the parts to be taken over. They have produced a solution to the odour problem that can be caused by external factors (we haven't lived) from time to time, but these solutions can cause a sound problem. |5.2km from city centerIt was a hotel we found by coincidence on the way we decided and left in the morning. We are lucky to stay here in one of the most crowded periods of Cunda. In a small, quiet and peaceful environment, the following routes of Cunda were certainly the point for us. The owners of Sema Lady and Enver, who were clear of whatever they were doing, loved their jobs, were incredibly kind, very helpful in everything. And we have never seen the content of their breakfasts before, and they are making breakfast with the supper made by Sema Lady, with grapes, olives and various kinds of breakfasts in a wonderful view and taste. There are also very beautiful stone ovens in the gardens, we haven't been equal to wind-weather, but I hope those who go get the chance to eat pizza here. The rooms, bathrooms are quite clean and large enough. We stayed in a room in the basement because we planed the last minute but it was quite fun. You can walk down the olive trees on the market in 2 minutes in a close location. We have made a place to be passed in Cunda with this beautiful coincidence, and we also thank the Shuha Lord, who is again very helpful to us in the accommodation process.

The beds are in the middle hard but the boots are a little hard. You can call your own bed. The beds, bathrooms and floors are clean. The 5-star hotel comfort has cleaning materials in the bathroom. The rooms are very hot, because outside is cold. The central heating calories are already available. The air conditioning is ready for use. We tested the room active and working. Breakfast is wonderful. It is specially prepared for you. We didn't eat without breathing the kitchen, cigarette board, swallow, eggs with water. I don't even count the others served alongside them. Health in your hands. We are very grateful for the interest of the gentleman Gürkan here. If our path falls to Cunda, we will be preferred again.

I can't sing the praises of this team enough. The hotel itself is neat and tidy and has a warm family feel. The location is great: set peacefully aside from the main drag of Cunda (easy parking!), and only a 2 min walk from the waterfront and town. The best blend of great access to everything you want in Cunda while having some peace and privacy with a homey feel.
