The facilities, sanitation, environment, and services are all good. I will come again. I just don’t know when, where, and under what circumstances, how much I like others when we meet 🤷♂️, Castle Tower! Shinjuku Kabuki has such a strong cast, is it not easy for you to do that? The castle tower... The curator of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the student organization jointly organized a series of the most influential works on weddings... Location is at its best. Near dontonburi yet quietly tuck in alley. Room are small and tight, as its common in Japan. Nearest exit is 25. Exit 24 with escalator which makes moving luggage easier. Hotel can help to receive luggage transfers before you arrive. The Lawson beside the hotel is awesome. Near mc donald outlet and breakfast is simple but delicious.

Very nice & new hotel. Stay here for two nights. The hotel allowed checked in early at 12pm for JPY 1,000 per hour which was great as we landed Kansai airport early in the morning. Convenient location, nice public bath, friendly staff. Like that we can open the window in the hotel to get some fresh air. Will definitely stay here again.

I spent 1 night in a single room at the Dotonbori hotel for which I paid just 7150 Yen. The room was tiny even by Japanese standards (the only place I could fully open out my suitcase was on the bed). The ”pod” bathroom (a bit like a ferry cabin or some Ibis chain hotel bathrooms) was a little tired, and I suspect the carpets may have been fitted when the hotel was built), but the range of included services and snacks, and helpful staff made up for it. Slightly odd nightwear in the room - not a proper yukata, a sort of odd cross between a nightshirt and overgrown baseball shirt with buttons down the front, as well as (of course) slippers! The usual range of toiletries, toothbrush etc in the bathroom. Having done an evening Osaka tour, I arrived too late for the free ice cream and beer, but claimed one of the last free ramen pots in reception in the evening. The lounge area felt more like a convivial hostel lounge than a ”just sit here until my taxi arrives” posh hotel lounge - no bad thing! Tea was also available. I'd completely forgotten my room rate included breakfast, and was very pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of food the following morning. While there were cakes, pastries and western-ish hot food (scrambled eggs, some sort of sausage, even a pasta dish) I went for the Japanese breakfast options including grilled fish, rice, miso and 2 helpings of the delicious asparagus in sesame sauce. There were pickles, noodles, even sushi if you wanted. The next morning after checking out I was able to leave my suitcase with the reception staff while sightseeing in Osaka, rather than having to pay for a locker at the station, and picked it up before heading to the station. A budget hotel providing better services than many more upmarket options, in buzzing Dotonbori.

The environment is ok, and hygiene is not good. When I checked in, the bed was gray, and the table lamp was clear. Ordered two breakfasts and it was not delicious. Service is ok, free drinks and toiletries in the lobby are self-service.

Staff is very friendly. They understand basic English and you’ll be able to communicate with them no problem and they are always trying to help. Location is great. Very convenient. Right down the street is the busy area with the sign of the running man. Close to Namba station, less than 10min walking. It’s close to the busy area but the street itself is not too busy, which is good so there’s not much noise from the crowd. The room as in most Japanese hotels is very small. But overall I found the bed pretty comfortable. Cleanliness can be better but it’s not terrible. Overall, it’s a good place to stay to explore Osaka!

Horrible! I stayed at the floor 2F and the room was smelly, looks like it has been cleaned for ages. Look my pictures and see the floor next to my bed. There is no security for your luggage no room no place where you can leave your stuff, is à at your own risk and the staff seem to doesn’t care at all. The shower is bad, bed unformcortable, they would do nothing for feeling like home. I jut came from Japan countryside and hostel were amazing. I can’t believe to find a such garbbage in middle of Osaka.Give 1 is really kind. This place deserves a 0. If I would work for Japanese government I would arrest straight away the owner for giving a bad image of Japanese hostel. About the room « with view », it’s a bad view, you won’t see anything of Dotonburi.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel from 2 to 8 March. We booked the corner annex twin room. The room was very spacious and it could accommodate a 3-1/2 seater sofa in the room. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Lots of space to open up your luggages and hooks to hang your clothes. This is a small boutique hotel. It hasn’t got any facilities like gym, public bath, restaurant, but it compensated customers with their good and friendly services. Yui Adachi, Xu Youhui, Nagoya Koro (manager) and Mr Horie were very nice. They assisted us with directions and also arranged for a free shuttle car transfer from the hotel to the OCAT Bus Station which was much appreciated. This saves us dragging our luggages which is probably a good 15 mins walk to the Station. There are 4 massage chairs to soothe your muscles after a day of tiring walk. Also there is a vibrating platform for those who wish to shed off some extras after all the irresistible food Osaka has to offer. Just behind the hotel, 2 mins walk is Gyozaoh which serves delicious gyoza and karage chicken. Lots of eateries close to the hotel, not to mention the string of restaurants and eateries in nearby Dotonburi. The only downside about this hotel is that there are lots of steps in the room. Step up from entrance to bathroom and toilet area. Then step down to bedroom. Probably not so suitable for people on wheelchairs. Apart from this, all is excellent. There is a coin laundry open 24 hrs. 300 yens for washing and 100 yen for 30 mins drying. While waiting for the laundry, you could probably relax in the massage chair. We will certainly stay in this hotel again when we return to Osaka next.

It was such a lovely experience. The room was pretty huge, enough space to put our luggage and unpack and repack our things. The level of cleanliness was also very good. The staff were very helpful and nice. They even have luggage storage which was pretty safe and secure since we came earlier than our check-in time and we still wanted to explore around Osaka after our check-out so the luggage storage was very useful! The location was amazing - right at the heart of Dotonbori and really near the Glico sign! We will definitely come back again.

It is suitable for people who dare not sleep in a strange place and do not want to rest. The place is too small. It is like the configuration of the K book center. There is a rest area chat area. The dining area is the dining area. The bath is in the large bathhouse. There are many brands to choose from. The hair dryer is Panasonic. There are also sassoon curlers. There is a straight hair dryer to blow the hair completely. There is no problem in the room. You can't talk to the phone. You have to use headphones to watch TV. In addition to the outside sound, it is basically very quiet. The width of the room is similar to the width of the general Japanese room. It is no problem to open the large luggage. You have to swipe the card. The entrance and exit of the girl are separated. The door is a sliding door. Although it cannot be locked, the magnetic buckle is quite tight. There is a lockable drawer under the bed. You can put valuables. The lighting in the room is sufficient. There is a small humidifier. It is a bit noisy. There will be a sound like boiling water. Comfortable, in addition to the noise of coming back in the middle of the night, there is also the sound of leaving early in the morning. It is recommended to wear earplugs when sleeping. Add LINE to change to free breakfast.

I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. The room is very clean, there is a kitchen for cooking, and there is a supermarket opposite for shopping. Japanese food is salty, so it is perfect for cooking for children. Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station. There is also the Hanshin Line to Kobe, and it is also very convenient to go to Umeda from Osaka Subway Namba Station. The landlord is a very enthusiastic Chinese who has been in Japan for many years and is a fellow countryman. I will stay here again next time I go to Osaka.

The bedside outlet has fallen into the bedboard and cannot be used, and it is a pity that there are 4 USB ports. No amenities except toothbrush. I saw it hidden in the front desk, but there was no explanation. There are cups, but no tea or coffee. It's outside the love hotel, so women seem to care. The chair is tattered as if it had been picked up from some oversized garbage dump.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

Great aesthetics, which drawn me to book my stay and it is 100% accurate on the exterior to the interiors, lobby and room included. Bonus: in-house onsen! Best to do it in the morning before start of the day or after a long day exploring the city. The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

It only takes about 3 minutes to reach Dotonbori from the hotel. It is really close. Turn right and you will see Rosen Supermarket. Then turn right at the crossroads and turn left onto the bridge to reach Dotonbori. Outside the hotel entrance is a small promenade with tables and chairs. Don't worry about the room size. Japanese hotels are all the same, unless you go to a five-star hotel.
