There is a supermarket downstairs. On the third day, I went back and went back halfway, and the staff was cleaning. My mother, I need three people to clean together, one bathroom, one bedroom, one living room and kitchen.

|5.92km from city centerPro : location, price, delicious food, staff Cons : facilities, cleanliness Me and my friends arrived before the checkin time but the staff tell me to checkin at 13.00 because they still cleaning up the room (in the booking i requested for an early checkin and it already granted by the properties) The staff try to accomodate us, after we wait a little bit the staff give me a key for 1 room because the other room that we booked still in the cleaning process. Thanks for that. The rooms is quite clean, quite big too but the bathroom is too small. Found some stain on the floor but that’s not a problem for me. Nice and tasty breakfast 👍🏾 Great staff who tried to find us a room at least 1 room to put all of our stuff before we can get the other rooms. Very strategic location also, near from hospital, couple malls and a convenience store right next to it

|5.93km from city center1. It was located in the middle of the citizen’s residential area, near Jl. HR. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn’t quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & washbasin were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and washbasin got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn’t sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel’s guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn’t sure whether I would have another night there again.

Compared to other hotels with high floor concept that are business friendly and somehow lack of family support (tried some in Japan though), Langham Jakarta is very family friendly while still also friendly for business issues. We had staycation here for our anniversary (and plus an infant now). So much thank you to the team (Ms. Yuca, Ms. Haniffa, Ms. Lulu) helped me preparing the surprise for my wife. The decoration and cake are simple but very pretty. Oh, and its very nice to have your romantic event here. Either dining at Tom's or making it in room dining, views are supporting your wish for the night. The breakfast also great! Haven't taste a good breakfast in Jakarta besides 1 other hotel near it. So far, I can rank breakfast at Tom's at 1st.

After informing the front desk of the scent, housekeeping placed a deodoriser along the corridor. Unfortunately, the smell was still lingering along the corridor and our unit. It is very disappointing that a well-known international brand still offers smoking rooms, ruining an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope the hotel management will look into this matter, as smoking in air-conditioned rooms is harmful to health.

|1.59km from city centerPlus side: In the lobby, they have artistic art gallery. Then I know that they will hold art exhibition. If this situation happened in early pandemic, I trully understand. But these situation happened after ppkm loosened up, means occupation rate also rised up. When I checked in... There was two ministry held the event there. I asked the occupancy with one situation, they said full booked for that day and tomorrow. So forgive me that I can't tolerate these things: -When I checked in, the key machine was broke. So the concierge assist me to open the door manually. The machine finally can be operated view hours later. -The tv wasn't working. Needed to call engineering first. Then the exhaust in front of the door was loud. Already fix but still loud. The engineering said when the temperature gows slow it became like this. -They only provide 1 mineral bottle at first. Need to ask for abother one. -Water keetle was leak. The water I poured soak into the tray. -They only provide one towel. I found the hotel provided 1 toothbrush set, but not towel. And the towel...wow...is it 4 stars hotel? When I ask another towel, they gave me the proper kne. Ah.. They also didn't provide toilet mat. I had to request it and it also didn't come. -Their idea to put shampoo and soap in the vanities completely blow my mind. So when we shower, we need to go out to pump the shampoo and soap? What are you trying to do? Dear Grandkemang, Imho, I think there won't be a problem if you focus on the goverment who will spend their annual budget, moreover on their year end budget. Their need to spend it, so maybe they won't complain like me for the service and situation. But for people like me... Apologies for being hars, but this situation make me never want to stay in here again... Except the goverment pay me for that.

|6.8km from city centerStayed for 3 nights here and it was a wonderful experience. All staffs were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Room was spacious and kitchen was sufficiently equipped. We also had a private elevator and there’s Indomaret at the GroundFloor that makes it easy to get any daily necessities if you forgotten to bring it. Highlight was definitely the swimming pool. I love active vacation so this pool was more than enough to meet my expectation. The gym was quite nice as well, despite being rather old and some equipment already worn-out.
It is also very close to Setiabudhi Astra MRT station, so no need to worry about odd/even car’s plate to go to Bundaran HI (Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia shopping mall), or even to go to Senayan area.
Very recommended if you’re looking for place to stay in SCBD area!

The hotel facilities are complete, the only drawback is the trash can in a small unit, while I bring my children and grandchildren who snack a lot. As a result, food waste does not accumulate enough in the kitchen trash can. In addition, the bathroom seems to need rejuvenation, because the toilet and bathtub are in an outdated condition. But other facilities are good.

|5.29km from city centerWhile I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.

The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers due to its proximity to the business district, but it's also well-suited for leisure travelers looking to explore Jakarta. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, offering convenience and a taste of the city's vibrant culture.
If I were to offer one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally experienced minor disruptions during my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I would stay here again: it was good value for money and had a great location close to embassies and many other facilities. With the gorgeous pool and the quiet neighbourhood, it felt like an oasis away from the chaos of Jakarta. As a single woman, I felt very safe here with the 24-hour security guards and the high gates guarding the entrance to the property. My room was comfortable and always cleaned to a very high standard. Joseph was very approachable and any issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. My only issues were a) my mattress was quite firm; b) the laundry service was quite slow and items would sometimes be returned 5 days later; c) the WiFi was a bit finicky and disconnected quite often (but would always reconnect quickly). But those are really minor gripes considering my otherwise good experience and the exceptional value for money this place represents.

|5.42km from city centerGot a room in 1007 with a swimming pool view. It's just that this swimming pool belongs to the Crowne Plaza Hotel so we are not allowed to swim in this pool. Even though this pool is the main picture of the hotel description. We were only allowed to use the semi indoor pool where the water was cold enough. For the lift it is quite unique because the buttons are only B, G and 0 - 9 so if you want to go to the 10th floor you have to press the 1 + 0 button to the car park as well as B + 1. For the ba*****t parking area, it is quite confusing the first time it comes because the hotel residence entrance is located in the corner to the right and there is no clue. The quality of the rooms is very good, like the layout setting, only the view from the room shows a big puddle on the roof of the regent building which is quite disturbing. Maybe this hotel is for business people so the facilities for children are limited.

|7.01km from city centerThe only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!
