|7.43km from city centerNot what I've come to expect from HIE - would never stay here again! Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a line of people. The first person in the line stated he'd been waiting for 15 minutes and no one was available. All the lights in the sitting area off the lobby were turned off, and there were several groups of flies circling the lobby area right where everyone was waiting... definitely NOT an inviting welcome. When the front desk worker finally arrived back to the desk, there was no apology or even a ”welcome, thanks for waiting.” The room wasn't any better. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (and likely elsewhere given how terrible my allergies were), and a broken lock on our door. To top it all off, the stairwell was filled with bags of garbage. It was so awful I cancelled the second night (it was too late to move my 3 yr old) and we moved on to a better hotel elsewhere.

|5.09km from city centerThe hotel is in a good location, 14 minutes drive from the Grand Falls. There are also many restaurants nearby, no need to drive, there are many things to eat in 10 to 15 minutes, and there is a supermarket next to it.

|3.63km from city centerThe hotel environment is very good, breakfast is also quite good, 10 minutes drive from the Great Falls, quite convenient, the price near the waterfall is very high, it feels unnecessary. It was the self-driving car that went wrong and almost went to Canada.

|2.21km from city centerVery nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

|2.35km from city centerThe hotel is very close to the scenic spot, a five-minute walk. The check-in aunt came up and deducted nearly 700 US dollars. I said that I had already paid online. She blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Later, I asked Ctrip, and it was indeed canceled by mistake 😑. The parking lot is charged, which is quite large. Overall not bad.

The room was nice and had no problems at all, the pool was bigger then other pools I have seen in other hotels and it was nice. Breakfast area was nice and big. Front desk was very nice and so were the other people that worked there. There was not complaints from us at all. I would stay there again.

|4.58km from city centerTook a quick family trip to Niagara Falls. During my pre-trip research, I came across this hotel and was impressed by the fact that they had a ”family room,” which had 3 beds (2 queen, 1 twin). I checked the price, which was very reasonable, considering how close it is to the falls. I couldn't have been happier with it! Located just one block from I90, it sits on a corner lot and is quiet and cozy. The room size was great! Even with 3 beds and a desk, plus a mini fridge, there was still plenty of room to move around! If I had to find any fault, it would be that there was no complimentary breakfast, as advertised, because of covid; as well, I saw a few small ants in the bathroom. If you're looking for a pool, don't stay here. Overall, I was pleased. I would stay there again, as well as recommend it! If you're taking your kids, ask for a family room.

|2.13km from city centerLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!

|1.9km from city centerFirst, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. Unfortunately, most of the hotels in this city are way overpriced for the value received.

|1.88km from city centerWe arrived on 19th September after 3 days in times Square. Long journey by amtrak train (8 hours) but very comfortable and didn't seem that long. The seneca is a massive hotel with very little in it. The ****** is very expensive even if you are like us just wanted a little flutter. None of the restaurants were open, bar one, which meant long queues. Our room was huge and was very nice with electric curtains and a hot tub in the room. My daughter and her husband had the same room but on the floor above, but nothing worked in their room sadly. It is well located, but if you are expecting a view of the falls you want get it. We booked a tour using our city passes and met Dan who took us all over and to a bakery...which is a must. It was called niagra falls illuminations. Would I choose it again, for location yes. No for restaurants. No for staff they were not very accommodating. I personally would stay on the train to the Canadian side, that was amazing.

|2.33km from city centerThe hotel is in downtown. Check in was a nightmare took almost an hour to get in and then they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet had to go back down stairs and get another room. rooms are ok not nothing exciting found blood on the top blanket and there was blood on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet. The person that checked us in was very nice that is why I gave it a 2 star. For the price it is not worth it. The next problem was parking they have maybe 20 or 30 spots on site then you have to go 2 or 3 blocks away to park and you have to pay then you have to wait in line again to get them to validate it. so ridiculous since we have a handicap person with us. It is way to much trouble. then when we went to get our showers in the morning there was no hot water, so that was not a good experience either. so all in all it is not worth $200.

|4.4km from city centerGreat place with comfortable beds and a shuttle to the ******. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool as well. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Including the Wagon Wheel with friendly people, good cheap food and beer. They give you passes to ride the shuttle bus which will take you to Niagara Falls and other places such as the ******. The passes are good for one full day. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

|3.93km from city centerThis is a value-for-your-money budget hotel, very conveniently located. We spent one night there. All the rooms were occupied... mostly families, but the place was very quiet. We felt very safe here. The owner was welcoming & friendly and shared information on things we could do there. The room was clean and had a breakfast basket waiting - muffins, banana, fruit juice & water. Some reviewers have complained about the breakfast, but i think, for the money we have paid to stay here, this is decent breakfast... enough to fill you up & get you going. The bed was very comfortable, too. The bathroom needs a facelift, but apart from that, we really liked this low- budget place & will definitely stay here again.

|2.08km from city centerThe location was great and was within walking distance of the shuttle and an easy drive to the park. The complimentary breakfast was great and there was a variety in the menu so one did not have to eat the same thing every morning. We were on the fourth floor. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was difficult to rinse off the soap and get the shampoo out. We would stay there again but would like better water pressure. :>)

|0.24km from city centerThis property differs from a traditional bed and breakfast, and if you book online you will be surprised with an extra $15 ”cleaning fee” which the proprietor did not include in his online listing. How does it differ from a traditional bed and breakfast? The owner is not on site. You are not provided a fully cooked breakfast You need to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen after you eat breakfast You are provided a selection of food you can make for your own breakfast, but if another guest beats you to the punch you may not get what you like. And when you are done making your breakfast you are expected to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen. In other words this is more like an Air B&B rather than a bed and breakfast. If that's what you are looking for then this place will fit the bill for you. If you want a true bed and breakfast then look elsewhere.

|2.45km from city center1, the first floor restaurant breakfast is good, traditional authentic American style, there are more than a dozen to choose; per capita about 20 dollars; 2, we chose Newcastle room, two double beds, each bed is very spacious should be able to sleep 2 people. The hotel room is very spacious, the food in the refrigerator is free and the children are very happy. 3. The hotel is the closest hotel to the Great Falls. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the American section of the Great Falls, and across the road is the bridge to Goat Island. Look at the people in the middle of the sun and come back to rest and play again. 4, must go to the Maid of the Mist, feel the close contact with the gusts of the Great Falls, very good 5, the hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic, is one of the best in the United States, to help us print the cruise ticket, the rain boots forgot to take it, still good for our custody, passionate introduction of attractions information, etc.

|6.62km from city centerI stayed here for 2 nights, this motel sits along a boulevard with many motels on either side. I stayed here to be close to Wheatfield, I would not recommend staying here to be close to the falls as you would need a car for that. The fact that it's a motel (i.e. direct access to the rooms from outside) on a busy main road means that it can get quite noisy, even at night. Despite this being a chain motel it seems to be run by a couple, meaning that reception is not staffed 24 hrs. The room was average, I've stayed in worse and I've also stayed in a lot better. It was clean and not too dated, the décor was very typical of the area. The bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom was clean, there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The toilet didn't flush properly unfortunately, someone did come and look at it but it was still dodgy afterwards. The wifi was free but extremely slow. This was late June and it was hot, there was AC which did cool down very well but it was extremely noisy. Overall it was a very average stay, it's a little pricy but most motels in the same area are the same. It's what you get for staying near a major tourist attraction in the summer.

|3.44km from city centerBreakfast is only bread and juice, not even eggs, the room is large, the air conditioner and the refrigerator sound very noisy, the air conditioner is dirty, other aspects of sanitation are OK, there is a bus to the Great Falls opposite the hotel, but the number of shifts is small because Time is tight, so I still drive by myself. If the time is not tight, I can park my car at the hotel to make a bus trip.
