|1.94km from city centerGreat hotel, recently refurbished with very comfortable beds, and unbeatable views of the beach and bay. A great swimming pool area, ideal for sunbathing but right next to the promenade and beach. We were half board. Best breakfast in Roses and the food had consistently good quality ingredients for breakfast and dinner. Watch out for the slow-cooked Argentinian beef, you'll be going back for more! It appears to be in a transition period with zero drinks or snacks available between 10am and 3 pm (there is no lunch service) The bar stays closed and there is not even a vending machine for hot or cold drinks. This doesn't badly affect your stay, there are cafes around - go to the Roses III next door. But it is strange not to be able to get a coffee.... Recommended, our new favourite in Roses

This time I drove to Spain on my own trip, I chose this 14th century hotel when I went to Cadaques, which is actually a winery! Driving from Basel Airport about 2H5, you will pass Roses! About ten minutes from the hotel to Cadaques

The hotel is on a hill. It is recommended to use Google map+ for navigation. There is a small intersection that says Se Perafita, just go along the mountain road! The exterior of the building is very original, the rooms are very cozy, and the toilets are very clean! Hot water and daily necessities are all complete! The owner is also very nice and patient ~ free parking

The view of the whole hill is really good! Many people who stay in will bring their pets to stay for a few days, and you can see the sunset through the big glass windows from the bed! The most beautiful moment is 8-9pm every night~

The breakfast is rich, as shown in the picture. The croissant bread, ham slices, cheese, coffee juice, are all made by the boss himself for the guests! It’s only available at 9 o’clock every day~

Although the hotel is good, I still have to give you some suggestions
▪️It is not recommended to book if there is no car! Because it is really on the mountain, it is extremely difficult to take a taxi!
▪️ Come back before sunset! Whether coming back from roses or cadaques is a mountain road, coming back at night will be more dangerous!
▪️If you can't find the way, you must find a place to stop! It's really easy for Miss to drop the road here, and the navigation is not very good, we guided it three times before it was right! Because the whole road is mountain road, it is not easy to park. So if you are unsure of the direction, you must stop and figure out the direction is open.

It has a pool - and the poolside area is spotlessly clean - as, indeed, is the whole hotel Rooms are comfortable, and all of them have a balcony, and at least a partial view of the sea. Our room was the cheapest available, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfasts are excellent, catering for all tastes. The hotel is reasonably priced, and for a quick trip away, it was good value for money. Car parking at the hotel itself is highly restricted, but there are 'drop off' places for you to drop off your bags. There are two car parks within a minutes walk (over the road in front of the hotel, and over the road to the side) that are free to use.

|0.96km from city centerThe hotel needs some TLC desperately. Not sure what the refurb involved but it is very tired and dated . It is clean though and has a fab location. Food is very average. One thing which is really annoying is that they charge 10 euro for the sun beds by the beach whilst the pool(small and by a busy road) sun beds are free. No beach towels only at the pool and you can’t use these at the beach! Small things like this really annoy and the sun beds were not used at all so no income from these just creating annoyance. So easy and at little cost I would have given this hotel a better review so is it really worth it ? And parking is 17 euro a day! There is free parking nearby. So with a few changes and a little love , this hotel would get a fab review

Chambres climatisée spacieuse et très propre avec cette vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Rosas, seul bémol l'insonorisation (bruits du couloir et chambres voisines). Nourriture copieuse et bonne. Belle piscine avec transats à disposition. Les plus : le bar et terrasse panoramique du restaurant. Tout le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons passé 2 semaines fabuleuses. The location is unbeatable, just in front of the sea, with astonishing views over the Gulf of Roses. You have a small beach just in front of the Hotel, which you can use, and also a Direct access to the ‘camí de ronda’, from where you can easily walk to the ‘Canyelles Petites’ beach and also to the ‘Almadrava’ beach, which is said to be the best beach in Roses. Their breakfast is lovely, you can fully enjoy not only the excellent food but also the breathtaking views. They have four restaurants. During our stay we enjoyed three of them, and all of them were high quality ones, first quality ingredients with an excellent Cooking. We came there by car, and their parking service is just amazing, fast and very convenient. In that area parking is always a problem, and the hotel solves it very well. What was more surprising for us was the high level of the service, without excepcion. They are all extremely kind, they really want to satisfy your needs, in an honest, warm and efficient manner. The Human Resources policy of this hotel is just best in class. Bedrooms are very comfortable. That’s a boutique hotel, with a Limited amount of rooms ( 34 we Guess). They offer an amazing experience.

Ensuite la porte ne ferme pas de l'extérieur, il faut la claquer.
