0.36km from Family SRLWe stayed at the hotel Pierre Milano in January 28-30, 2020. The staff was very welcoming and they even upgraded us for free in executive room as it was my boyfriend's birthday. The guys at the reception were super kind and even offered us coffee as we were doing the check in. I was a bit skeptical before my arrival as I had read some reviews that said that the staff was rude, but this could not be more untrue. The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was super nice and comfortable, large bathroom and the breakfast was bountiful, savory and sweet and Prosseco as well if you'd like. I would definitely go back to Hotel Pierre when I return to Milano.

0.5km from Family SRLI have issues with this hotel & whoever is hiring the rude staff members (there were 2 staff members who were nice and sweet but other 2 who were not) also keep in mind in the past 5 years I’ve stayed in approximately 28 different hotels in Italy. Every time I’m in Milan I like to explore up to 3 different hotels. 1. My first night I got in late (single female traveler) and I waited for about 2-3 minutes at midnight outside hotel bc lobby was unattended (bunch of seedy types out in the square near McDonalds) and after ringing a few times finally came down with a phone in his ear and let’s me in. He’s chatting with a friend and gossiping and said “I have to call you back”... he then checked me in and then went back to calling his friend back. Meanwhile there is 4 steps to the elevator and I have 2 heavy-*ss suitcases as I was traveling in Europe for a month for work and the guy ignores me as I try to Carry it to the elevator. 2. Room is spacious and has a great amenity kit, but it took forever for my room to cool. 3. I was forced to pay for breakfast along with my hotel but I never woke up in time for breakfast and wish this was a separate option. 4. Not sure if any of their bathrooms have bath tubs so if you want a tub you need to call in advance. 5. The next morning the female front desk worker was nice and lovely and so was the guy working the following night (different from the first guy). 6 HOWEVER... the following morning on second night there was another different front desk guy. And he was very cold and working on his computer. I asked if he could help with my 2 large suitcases. And he says “just a second” and he is sighing really loud so I can hear he is disgruntled and upset I asked for his help. (hello dude. Are you getting paid to be rude to guests?) then finally I go “um I’m sorry but are you not going to help me?” And he yells “just a moment!” And he types furiously on his keyboard hoping I will just take the bags down myself. Finally I said “I will just wait here til you help” and then he got up and he moved one of my suitcases while I moved the other and marched back to his desk. 7. Then I asked if I was checked out and he said yes. And then I go “oh but I should pay the city tax” and he said “oh yes” so I gave him my credit card. He looked at it with anger grabbed a random plaque that said “city taxes need to be paid in cash” (btw that is untrue... this is the 8th hotel in Italy and 4th in Milan I stayed in the past year and every hotel is allowed to accept tax on credit card) anyway he literally flung it to my face and yelled at me “you can’t read?” And I explained to him “yesterday I paid it in credit card and the woman was very to me” and he yelled “I don’t care about any woman and what she did wrong. She was wrong!” And I tried to produce the receipt and he basically told me that he didn’t want to see it and that I need to produce cash or else. I was so scared this man was going to attack me. I quickly hurried out
0.53km from Family SRLWe absolutely loved our stay at this unique gem. The decor throughout the lobby and bar areas was so unique, fun, and comfortable. The hotel is well located in a lovely neighborhood and breakfast was delicious. That said, the hotel staff were really what made this a 5/5 star stay. Every person we interacted with (the wonderful woman at the front desk, bartender, and other staff members) was absolutely phenomenal. Attentive, upbeat, helpful, and so welcoming. I highly recommend The Yard!
0.57km from Family SRLLocation is a little tricky to find as you have to go beside the street almost as if you’re about to go in a parking garage track. But we were able to find it thanks to a kind man around the premises. It is also very close to the Missori metro stop. And also a walking distance to Duomo. There are shops, grocery store and restaurants around so there are a lot of options where to grab a bite to eat. We also had dinner delivered with no trouble. The staff are all very kind, helpful and friendly. We stayed in their junior suite it’s very beautiful too! We have a big window facing trees and vegetation, that also gives a lot of light in the room. Bed is comfortable. There’s a mini fridge with water and snacks included in the room’s charge, fresh clean towels, wi-fi works well, there’s a satellite TV about 3 channels we saw in english the rest is in Italian, air conditioning works well too, shower has good water pressure and hot water comes out right away. There are mini bottles of soap, shampoo, hair cap etc. and a hair-drier.

0.59km from Family SRLVery clean rooms, good location. Many restaurants and street food available nearby. Duomo and Milan Center is not very far from this place. The place is worth it’s price. The canals in Navigli are very lively at night!

Hotels Near Family Srl In Milan Review
I stayed here for one night in December and I was pleasantly surprised by this hostel: it's modern and quite high tech, with automatic check-in and code-activated doors for extra security. I stayed in the more private pod, which locks with a proper door and not just a curtain: it was comfortable and with a nice mattress, and came with a touchscreen monitor for enhanced connectivity. There is one bathroom per room (so roughly per 8 people if the entire room is full), which is modernly designed and comes with everything you need. Breakfast was included in my rate and it was actually pretty nice, with croissants, fruit, juices, bread, Nutella, cheese and ham: the quality was surely higher-than-average for a hostel. Staff is polite and helpful. With such a lower price, it is probably one of the best affordable options in expensive Milan.

If you are very concerned about breakfast during your trip, Hilton Milan Hotel is worth a stay. Rich and warm service. The croissant is very delicious. Raw ham is very delicious and coffee is very delicious. However, the porridge for East Asians is not delicious, but one heart is better than nothing. There are egg fried rice and fried spring rolls.
The rooms are not small and fully equipped. They have a kettle, disposable slippers, no plastic slippers, and the bathroom is dry and wet. The room was quiet and suitable for those who had just taken a long-haul plane.
It's very close to Milan Central Station, walk straight for 300 meters. The airport bus stops next to Milan train station.
Tucao front desk, cold attitude at check-in, I feel very unfriendly to people with poor English. OK when checking out, although the smile exaggerated a little bit, it is a smile, luggage storage service is good.
It was beautiful and the location was good. It was easy but it was delicious with breakfast. However, I was surprised because the staff came before the checkout time and started cleaning the room (^^;) By the way, it was a female-only room, but it was a male staff.
A family hotel chosen by Italian colleagues, which is chosen by Italian colleagues.
The hotel on a business trip is not bad. There is an Italian restaurant opened by the Chinese. Walk to the pavilion for 10 minutes and walk to Citylife for about 20 minutes. The hotel lobby has a Chinese style, with water and sweets in mind. Breakfast is 19 euros, and the discount is 15 euros, so it is expensive. Check out to 5 euros one person's city tax, the payment still has to pay, a good choice for a special period.
We arrived at Hotel Ideale after a long hot walk from the train station. Loredana welcomed us, gave us cold water (much needed and appreciated) shared that our room would be available in an hour (2 hours before normal check-in time!), stored our bags in a nook in the tiny lobby adjacent to the front desk and sent us to an affordable family-run restaurant named Amo Pizza around the corner from the hotel. After eating Amo's tasty pizza and partaking in a glass of wine, we returned to the hotel cooled off and ready for check-in. The room was an average sized hotel room (for a European boutique hotel) consisting of a queen sized bed, a closet with several hangers, shelves to fit any foldable items, one luggage rack and long and narrow bathroom with a pedestal sink, a toilet and a shower. What the room did not have was air conditioning. We were a bit confused as Expedia listed AC as one of the room's amenities but didn't complain or seek any explanation at the time as the room had a fan and was already a pleasant temperature. Pro-Tip: Book your room directly with the hotel. Apparently, because Expedia charges the hotel a fee per booking, those cheap rooms you see on the site are in fact the ones that do not have AC. (We booked the least expensive option as we were only staying in Milan for one night) Loredana told us that booking directly with the hotel will be comparable in price and will ensure you get AC on those hot Summer days. Loredana also recommended an area by the Naviglio Grande which was filled with restaurants, vendors, and a nice mix of locals and tourists. While I forget the name of the area it was a lovely scene and a great place to have some lunch and do some people watching. My husband has visited Milan many times and had never heard of this place. It was a great way to experience something new in Milan together. (Thanks Loredana!) Overall, our stay at Hotel Ideale was very pleasant!
A small hotel, the rooms are relatively small, the front desk service is good, and a courtyard environment is also possible. The worst thing is that the hot water in the bathroom is suddenly cold and hot, and it is difficult to adjust. It is 8 to 10 minutes away from the train station.
The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive.
Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. There will be two Chinese restaurants, one is pizza, the boss is a young guy and parents, very enthusiastic, the bulk wine in it is very delicious, and the other is Chinese In the restaurant, the boss spoke a little discriminatory to the Chinese. Although he was Chinese, he asked the boss to recommend red wine. The boss had a lot of guts: "Of course, the most expensive wine is the best." People with guns and sticks, they met for the first time, and they were businessmen.
1. It is more than 2 kilometers from Milan Cathedral, you can walk to see the street view all the way. 7,800 meters from the nearest subway station, more than 1 km from the car rental point, there is a supermarket nearby, about 200 meters, in short the hotel location is OK, outside the ZTL traffic restricted area
2. There is a parking space at the door, which can be temporarily parked to unload luggage;
3. Breakfast is average, Italian standard;
Insufficient: The room was small.
Generally speaking, the first day of the trip to Italy landed in Milan. If you want to live comfortably, we don't recommend this.
Booked this to be close to most things including Milano Central. About 1km give or take. Easy walking even with large luggage. Rooms were very clean bar some black fungus in the shower wall joints, which can be expected in older motels. Pesky stuff won't go easily. Rest of room was very clean. Floors, walks, furniture and window sills very very clean. Older style accommodation. Breakfast was ok. Some staff were friendly others didn't seem to be fussed. About 4-5 km from most attractions including Duomo di Milano and shopping strip. No coffee or tea making facilities in room. Can get a coffee or tea downstairs at the posted prices. Bar fridge in room with stock of drinks. Plenty of nearby food places. Ok for the price and location. Beds firm. Fresh towels each day and good size bath towels. Beds made each day. Generally very happy with the room.
Milan City Centre
It can be seen that the old four-star hotel is very particular in all aspects, ten minutes walk from the cathedral. The service attitude is very good, especially the bar brother, who wants to drink some cigarettes at night, although he has already arrived at work, still insist on serving me. For many hotels that discriminate against Chinese people, this is very satisfying to me.
The staff were polite and attentive at all times. Overall the room had the essential amenities and was clean. Complimentary There was a lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room; the shower seal black with mould. Sheets were clean, however the towels were not fluffly, in fact these were very thin. The room is on the compact size, and it is clear in the photos. I accept that this a hotel of the 'budget' kind. The air conditioning did not function. The average outside high temperate on the forecast was 28-30 degrees Centigrade over the four to five days. We did not make a complaint about this as lacked the confidence. The location of the hotel means that it is in close proximity to Piola Metro Station on M2 . There are a number of supermarkets, including Pam Panorama a few meters away. I did not get a good night sleep on any of the five nights. The sirens and noises from the ambulances are a regular occurrence. The traffic noise, car horns are also a regular occurrence as drivers do not often 'go' on the green signal... and the Milanese are known for their impatience. My written request on the booking for a top floor room and an explanation about suffering from Migraine was ultimately not accommodated. My partner explained that the bed was great; firm and very comfortable. I have stayed many times on many years in Milano, but it is sad to say that we did not enjoy this trip. I therefore cannot recommend a stay in this hotel.
Milan Stazione Centrale
Hotel location is good, very close to the Milan Central Railway Station, but the hotel is relatively old, the soundproofing is very poor, knocking on the door opposite to knocking on the door, was awakened in the middle of the night. Travel is more suitable, travel is convenient, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, it tastes good
The hotel is outside the ZTL restricted area, but close to the subway, convenient to travel, the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants are very close, in fact, there is time to walk slowly to the Finzi Museum, Milan Cathedral, all the way to see the sights, but also feel For a local life, there is free parking and it is suitable for self-driving travel.
It is suitable for one person. The hotel environment and service are good. There are not so many such hotels in Italy. The recommended price is also very good. Ctrip is cheaper than other websites.
I stayed here for one night ;) it was fab Staff is very caring and helping 😊. Especially the man working on reception during night is extremely nice he can clear your all the doubts regarding which place you must visit and whatever . I would love to come back here again as soon as possible 🇮🇹 . . . . Love from 🇮🇳
The exterior of the hotel is very unique, in fact, it is very similar to the propaganda photo. Through the gate of the classical building on the downtown street, you walk into the promenade. On both sides are portraits about history. The rooms and restaurants are also equipped with retro portraits. , Whether it is the elderly or the younger men and women staff, serious and kind, just right. In addition to the small bathroom, the room is ok and relatively clean. The design with a terrace is well-received, and the street view is very special, reminiscent of the last season of "Sex and the City", Kelly opened the window of the Paris hotel and found a surprise to see the tower, although this is Milan ... there is nothing to browse around, The subway exit is really close, you can go to many places such as domo directly. This is the case for Milan except buying and buying. It is recommended to go to Lake Como for a day trip.
Super friendly and attentive staff!!! 10/10
Greeted upon arrival, speedy check in process and was escorted directly to my suite and briefly given a tour of all features in the room. Very modern and clean, a superior luxury hotel with all high quality amenities. Breakfast in the first floor lounge/bar area with ceiling to floor panoramic glass view of the century old garden. The entire hotel is the perfect combination of modern and antique interior with rich woodwork and a grand entrance marble staircase and pillars throughout the foyer. Great central location walking distance to the duomo cathedral and main shopping area.
Milan City Centre
Nice hostel and nice service is very good for the experience of the Youth Hostel, convenient transportation, there are also hypermarkets nearby
It's a 15-20 minute walk from Milan Cathedral, right near the city center. The location is convenient. One thing that's so amazing about it is that when I saw the cleaners also wiped directly from the coffee cup to the washstand while cleaning. It happened that I was in the room and a mirror reflected the cleaning of the bathroom. In the mood of not wanting to cause trouble, he didn't say anything. So I think the world ’s hotels are as dark, not just domestic hotels.
BeHome is a beautiful, super clean apartment in a great location. The train station is only 200 metres away and 3 stops away from Duomo station where Piazza Duomo is located. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood with many excellent restaurants close by. BeHome is tastefully decorated. My room was very clean, with good mattress, fluffy pillows which make for a good night's sleep. There is complimentary mineral water, tea, coffee, biscuits in the kitchen. This is a chance to experience an Italian neighbourhood and admire the famed marble flooring of a Milanese home. Gloria replies promptly and is most helpful with directions, where to eat etc. Grazia! Highly recommended.
We booked this apartment last minute. And if you didn’t read that you can only check in between 3-8, that’s no ones fault but your own! The emails back and forth were prompt and friendly. We checked in separately as two halves of our family- and it was without a hitch. Friendly. The apartment is HUGE! It is stylishly decorated- and spotless. Bonus of a washing machine and a dishwasher. Rooms and bathroom enormous. We have been in a caravan for a few days at LakeGarda, so we brought all our washing and did that! Rules about quiet are 10pm-7am are just courtesy- why would that be an issue? It’s a European apartment block- with families. I can hear people upstairs but no hassle. Bathroom had stacks of fluffy towels and little toiletries. We are only here for one night- but I will sleep well! Bed and furnishings are lovely. Things cost the same here as a in a youth hostel- I know what I would rather do! Large fridge and feeezer- well equipped kitchen and Carrefour about 5 mins walk away. If you can read and you want tonnes of space- get involved!
My daughter and I visited Hotel Oro Blu for the first time last October. Since then we have been back three times. We chose this hotel because it is located right at the metro station to go downtown to the city center/Duomo and has parking in the building attached to the hotel. The first time we stayed at a hotel closer to the center but it is a nightmare to drive in the center and it is forbidden to drive on some of the streets. So for us it is better to have easy access to parking and the metro and not have to deal with the crazy driving in the center. Hotel Oro Blu also has larger than average rooms for hotels in Milan so there is plenty of room for luggage, The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is cute bar next door. But the main reason we keep returning is the staff at Hotel Oro Blu. Everyone from the front desk managers to the maids have been kind and helpful. Especially one front desk manager Matteo who makes us feel welcome every time we arrive welcoming us back and helping us with our luggage. They really make an extra effort to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example, one time the ice maker was out of ice so they ran next door to the bar and filled up an ice bucket for me. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Milan and Hotel Oro Blu!
We were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel at about 8 pm. The door was very small. The front desk was very enthusiastic after entering. The hotel felt that the equipment was very old. That machine was broken ... and then I kept repairing the machine until it took me 30 minutes! Because I wasn't sure if the card could be used, I asked a little brother to accompany me, and said that if it wasn't available, let the little brother come down and change it for me. Sure enough, I couldn't open it.
This card is a big bug. I returned to the hotel late the next night. This card has been unable to open the door. We live on the 3rd floor. Go down and get the magnetic card strip to open the door again. No, go downstairs, just back and forth 4 times! The last time I asked her to accompany me directly! If not, I won't go on! It's okay to drive!
Breakfast at this hotel is OK Eggs Bacon, Fruit Bread! Both yogurt! The fruit is the same for three days! There are only two coffee machines, and one is always broken! As many people arrive, the coffee machine lined up! The place to eat breakfast is a bit small. It is crowded after 8:30, and many people have nowhere to sit! My mother and I rushed to eat to give up seats!
Very close to the subway purple line, 6-8 minutes walk away!
There are also some pizza shops and small supermarkets opened by individuals, and there are also pharmacies opposite!
The hotel room is small, the beds are small and too soft, but the air conditioning is nice and warm! We arrived at the end of November, it was raining, it was cold, and the hot water was good!
This hotel is very poorly soundproofed. My mother and I were able to sleep well, even if the sound of the corridor was very loud in the middle of the night!
Stayed for three nights while visiting Milan. The location is a bit out of the way (half an hour from city centre) but certainly walkable. The staff were helpful and checked us in late at night. Once we got the air con system working, the heat in the room was not an issue. However, the window had a shutter over it that we could not pull up, so could feel a tad stuffy at times.
Service is okay, there is a bit of desolation around. Breakfast is average! There is parking. There is a small outdoor swimming pool and a small gym! There is a piece of grass where children can run and play. The location is a bit off. The most important thing is that the cleaning staff came in without knocking on the door and swiping the card. Two times in two days! Be sure to hang the Do Not Disturb sign outside! Door lock in room
Useless! You can come in even if locked! There is no sense of security without chain locks!

The environment is great, the room air is fresh, it is quiet on the shopping street, and the service staff is good. It is a 15-minute walk from the cathedral and a 15-minute walk from the train station. The shopping street of Milan is nearby
Milan Stazione Centrale
Close to the train station, there is a subway exit outside the hotel. Service is good and respected. The bad thing is that there is no kettle in the room. You can use the coffee machine on the first floor to make hot water, but it tastes salty. Breakfast is in accordance with the regulations, the service attitude is good, there is hot water supply.
