I stayed here on business for quite a few nights. I had a small 2 queen bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. I had a lounge chair, table with chairs, and small kitchen area, and bathroom. The corner rooms are much larger than the room I received. Plus = Comfortable beds. Large Samsung flat screen TVs. Overall a quiet hotel. Workout area and guest laundry were good. Staff was nice. On a few Wednesday’s breakfast was great with biscuit and sausage gravy, crispy bacon, and a good selection of fresh fruit. Daily juice selection is good. Coffee is great! Housekeeping is good! Basketball court is a nice touch. Location is near a mall and a lot of restaurants. Minus = Elevators were small, noisy, and I wasn’t comfortable with riding them. The rooms appear to be dated already for this hotel. The water pressure isn’t very good for the shower. Breakfast hot items are usually pork sausage patties and a form of eggs. They change occasionally but bacon and biscuits n gravy are hard to come by. Fruit is usually old and not edible. No half and half or real cream offered for coffee. No restaurants right next to the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. There are other newer hotels nearby.

We picked this hotel for 3 main reasons - 1. it's location (close to UNT, Denton), 2. they had a suite that had 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and doors that closed, and 3. all of this at a very reasonable price. There were pluses and minuses, and in the end I think because of the availability of the two room, two bathroom suite, and the friendly staff we are likely to return. First, the Cons: 1) The room wasn't the cleanest we've stayed in. There were a couple hairs still visible in the bathroom (in the shower and on the bathroom floor), the door to the bathroom was obviously dirty, the lower cupboards in the kitchen had splattered food dried to them that I scrubbed off when we arrived, and the tiled kitchen area needed swept badly. It always disappoints me when I see a dirty hotel room. I feel like even if your property needs an update, could use some paint or newer carpet or has some askew wallpaper, the easiest and best impression you can make is by presenting a clean room to your guests. 2) I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night one night and found a millipede crawling on the bathroom floor. I get it, Texas is warmer and wet. I killed it and flushed it, but still not something you're excited to see. 3) The third morning we were there, they basically ran out of food at breakfast or, at the very least, they could not keep up with the extra people. According to their front desk, they had a full house the night before and they must have been short-handed for the breakfast food shift. I understand that this was a holiday weekend, but I don't think that they planned very well. 4) The hot tub, which was the 2nd most important reason we chose this hotel, was empty and non-functioning. If we would have known ahead of time, we may have chosen to stay elsewhere. It was disappointing. We were also informed by other guests that the indoor pool water was very cold. So, we didn't take a dip in there, either. 5) The dishwasher was seriously loud when it ran for the first 30 minutes or so. We tolerated it, but in that small of a space, the sound was amplified. 6) The fireplace wasn't working. According to the front desk, all of them were unusable and would be updated in the future. This was another reason we chose this hotel. It would have been a nice feature to take the chill out of the rainy days and added to the general comfort of the experience. Again, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Pros: 1 and 2) Having the two bedrooms with doors that close and each with our own bathroom was A-MAZ-ING! Each room was arranged slightly different. One bathroom had more counter space, one bedroom had slightly more walking space. No one could complain about dad's snoring or sister talking in her sleep. If you got annoyed with each other, you could step into the other room to watch TV and shut the door. There was even a pull out couch in the living room, if you so desired. 3) The table was big enoug

I chose this property for a weekend stay while attending a music festival. I felt very good about its location and the safety factory since I'd be returning alone late at night. The staff was friendly and as usual the breakfast was very good. Overall the refreshed room (a king) was very comfortable with good AC (a must after being outside all day). There was some room for improvement as the sheet were pretty low on thread count, a small thing, but I could feel every tuft in the mattress. The faucet was also loose in the sink. When brought to their attention the hotel said they correct this. And finally, this is a new energy efficient hotel where if you don't put your key card in a slot the lights will not work. I did not like this as a solo traveler since it could lead to accidental lockouts. Over all, this is a very nice hotel with good rates. I would stay here next time I'm in the area.

We did a weekday stop. Traveled on for another few days and stayed again on our return home. Location was perfect for our needs. Room was very nicely maintained. Everything works properly. The bed was super comfortable and plenty of pillows. Bed making must be done by former military....pretty sure you can bounce a quarter off of them. 😂 We loved it. The STAFF, wow. Literally, every employee we interacted with or saw around the facility provided OUTSTANDING service. They were all friendly, with positive attitudes and moved about the facility with enthusiasm. Kudos to the management staff for leading your team. When a leader takes care of their team, the team takes care of their leader. Great job to each and every employee BWP Lewisville.

I don't even know where to start. This place is filthy, it stinks of cigarettes and garbage. The non-smoking rooms are in the same place as the smoking ones and the corridor upstairs has large bins at either end, sat in front of windows with sunlight streaming through to heat them up and enhance the odour. The carpets are full of holes, the walls are spattered with various unidentifiable stains and that's before you go into the rooms... Our room: the outer door lock was not working correctly, the curtains were full of holes (from cigarette burns?), the floor looked like it hadn't been hoovered - if it had, I would advise the business to please treat the cleaner to a new hoover. There were unidentifiable stains on the walls, on the lampshade, you name it. The floor tiles in the tiny bathroom had sunk so were all broken, moving and unstable. The tap control didn't raise properly, the shower wall was cracked and there was black mould on the walls. The linens were clean (hurrah!), but on closer inspection the following morning turned out to be full of holes and covered in ink stains...and some other stains I'd rather not think about. The other clientele were noisy, intimidating and shenanigans went on long into the night. It did not feel safe. We cautiously went down to inspect the "coffee, juice and doughnuts" that are provided as part of the breakfast in hopes that everything would be packaged and fresh so we could grab a snack. The juice had been decanted into a large pitcher and had been sat out for a while so was warm and it was completely unclear how long it had been there for. The doughnuts were in a bread bin - again, how long had they been sat there for? Needless to say, we did not partake. I am confident that this is the worst place I have ever spent a night and I have done quite a bit of travelling with a backpack. Had we shown up with time to spare or been travelling with children we would have walked out immediately and found somewhere else. As it was we were exhausted and only there for one night so we got our heads down and tried to get some shut-eye. Never again.

I am writing to share my praise over the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time! Your front desk associate Eric who works the afternoon/evening shift is helpful, sincere, knowledgeable of the area and is willing to take the time to offer helpful information, answer questions and assisted in making our vacation worry free and less stressful! I wanted to share my and my son's gratitude for his outstanding service. Additionally, we enjoyed our room, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had wonderful bathing supplies such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and the coffee was superb - you could use your personal room Keurig or the hot coffee in the lobby which was available fresh and hot with great creamer. The pool was very peaceful and the colored LED lights added a soothing ambiance in the evening.
