I have experienced some of the best hospitality at this hotel. The amout of professionalism and attentiveness servers have is truly remarkable. I created a great bond with my dear server Firdous Parry at cloves restaurant. He an excellent attender and i have had a blast with him. He is very humble and an active listener. In my opinion, he did his job at best and i claim him as one of the best. Great experience! I recommend spending a little more and enjoy the experience at The Kyber because everything collectively gives a luxurious experience.

Nice place with beautiful view and just walking distance to gondola ride. The room is clean and quite cozy. The dining crew is friendly and very helpful. The only bad thing is the ***agement. We had booked for 2 nights stay. On the 2nd day, when we returned to the hotel after the gondola ride, we were asked to check out@move out. Reason they gave, they had redundent booking due to miss communication with our agent. Is that how the run business? We refused to move out since we had made the payment and we thought the issue was settle after they discussed with our agent but the staff kept on coming to oir rooms saying rooms service but at night they kept asking my son to move out saying that my son is young and Muslims can tolerate and they need 1 more room for their new guest which are from India. They dont even offer any option to us or pay us back. After argued and warned the staff then only they stop. On the day we check out, the ***ager was there but had never take the chance to apologize on what happen. Nice place, nice view but bad ***agement. Will not come again at the hotel

I had a great time here and specifically i wanna thank the staff here whose name is parvaiz , i had fallen sick and was puking in the middle of the night and he helped me with meds and also cleaned the room himself even though it was not his duty. Im pleased to see such kind people, overall it was an amazing experience!
