Das Haus an sich macht auf den ersten Blick einen gepflegten Eindruck. Leider stimmt die Serviceeinstellung des Managements nicht zum Erscheinungsbild des Hauses. Nie wieder zum Valentinstag als Halbpensionskunde dort buchen. Totale Enttäuschung. So noch nie erlebt und wir sind Vielreisende. Doch später mehr dazu. Kann nur warnen, wer dort nicht als Kunde ala cart im Restaurant erscheint und dann versucht den gleichen Service als HP Gast zu bekommen, hat schon verloren. Bei Buchungen über einen externen Reiseanbieter mit HP sind sie automatisch ein ”Gast” zweiter Klasse. Das gesamte Haus ist inkl. des Direktor´s voll in czechischer Hand. Kein Problem -ABER -Der Fisch beginnt halt immer am Kopf an zu stinken, denn am ansonsten freundlichen Personal lag es nicht. Hatten Zimmer Nr. 17, eng und unterm schrägen Dach. Das Doppelbett stand so ungünstig, dass man durch die extreme Dachschräge nur auf allen VIEREN auf die andere Bettseite kam. Stehend war dies absolut ausgeschlossen. Sollte überhaupt nicht an ältere Ehepaare vergeben werden. (Bilder werden nachgereicht) Aber, denke dies passt zum allgemeinen Serviceverständnis im Haus. Hauptsache erst einmal verkauft, das Geld schon kassiert und dann einfach die Zeit arbeiten lassen. Die Eingangstür zum Zimmer 17 lies sich auch nicht abschliessen, da der Schließriegel sich nicht einrasten ließ. Deutlich sichtbare Reparaturversuche an der Tür waren wohl fehlgeschlagen. Ein ebenfalls fehlender kleiner Möbeltresor im Zimmer führte dazu, dass man ständig und immer seine Tasche mit allen Papieren, Geld und Kreditkarten beim Verlassen des Zimmers mit sich führen musste. Auch wird seitens der Rezeption, durch fehlenden Überblick und nicht genügenden Sorgfaltspflicht ein falscher Zimmerschlüssel einfach so ausgegeben. Selbst persönlich so erlebt! Standen bei unserer Anreise, nach Übergabe des Schlüssels von der Rezeptionskraft, mit unseren Koffern plötzlich in einem bereits belegten Zimmer. Äußerst Peinlich und so noch nie erlebt. Hätte man bis dahin noch mit Humor nehmen können. Wird aber noch besser!!! Im ansonsten geräumigen Bad war keine Dusche, sondern nur eine Wanne vorhanden. Eine sonst übliche angebrachte Duschwand als Spritzschutz fehlte. Also entweder ein Vollbad oder in die Wanne kniehend versuchen zu duschen. Toll für ein älteres Ehepaar!!!!! Der locker an der Wand hängende Kosmetikspiegel im Bad hätte ebenfalls eine helfende Haustechnikerhand benötigt. Beim Verlassen des Zimmers 17, welches sich am äußersten Flurende befand und heraus treten auf den dunklen Flur, schaltet die automatische Flurbeleuchtung nicht sofort direkt ein. Also einer muss immer vorweg gehen, damit das automatische Flurlicht angeht und der andere wartet an der geöffneten Zimmertür solange bis der Bewegungsmelder das Licht anschaltet.
