We stayed at this hotel twice in the last two months. It is very close to the ocean and several restaurants. It does not have a restaurant at the hotel but there is complimentary coffee all day long( which is good) and wrapped pastries and juice for breakfast. The people who work here are very pleasant. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and perfect if you want to be near the ocean and want to be in Pacifica.

I went on an unexpected trip away for Spring Break with my son. We joined another two families headed to the Pacifica Lighthouse Hotel. It was a great surprise. The hotel is right on the ocean. From our balcony we could see a large clear view of the ocean. My friend's room was ocean front with an amazing view. The restaurant on site was delicious with fresh seafood. The Crab cakes were perfect! They sat us in a large booth right in front of a glass window over the ocean Our boys got to make smores at the table for dessert. We had a great time swimming in the pool one of the days. The hotel is located on Rock Away Beach and they are several larger beaches within 5-10 minutes of the hotel. We had a great stay and will be back!

This place exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Our flight arrived a bit early, we called and asked if we could check in a bit early and they had no problem accommodating us. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it has easy access to San Francisco which is just about a 30 minute drive. It’s super close to Burlingame which has lots of great food options. What really made our stay so great was the service. On our last day we were concerned about someone stealing our bags from our car. Even though we’d already checked out, they held our bags for the day so we could explore San Francisco a little more. I wish I could recall the name of the man who helped us but he was fantastic, friendly, and professional. I believe he was the owner. It also offers a safe and secure parking garage. I was thrilled to see the person at the front desk had security cameras they were monitoring at all times which included the garage. We also noticed workmen painting and touching things up but it was already in great shape. I don’t often write reviews but I was so happy with this place I decided to take the time to post because everything was stellar. Five of five stars all day. I’d happily stay here again. Thank you!!

You really do not know about a place or people until you need something from them. The people at this hotel did me a solid and I appreciate it. GREAT SERVICE! I made a reservation on the wrong day and booked it through hotels.com. I had just traveled across the US with my elementary aged kids and was tired. This error could have not only cost $ but technically, I didn't have a place to my kids and I to sleep that night. The lady at the front desk (Judy) was lovely and worked it out quickly. The room is IMMACULATE. The fridge looked brand new it was so clean. The parking is free. The location is great for easy access to things like sfo, major freeways, shops and restaurants. We travel to the area on a regular basis and def will be back. Best to book directly with hotel fyi. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I believe most people use this hotel as a temporary overnight stay in San Francisco. If the price of a non-San Francisco hotel skyrockets, it will not cost 1200 to stay in this hotel for one night. The hotel told the airport to pick up the shuttle bus for half an hour. In fact, it took more than an hour. After several phone calls and an hour in the cold wind, I finally waited for the shuttle bus. Other services are not commented, after all, it is only a matter of expediency.

Location Near the airport, there is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport every hour in the morning. You can make an appointment at the airport in the afternoon. The shuttle bus is shared by several shops. There is a free simple breakfast, and you can store your luggage and park for free. The room is big, the bed is good, the service is OK, the traffic is convenient, you can take the train to the San Francisco bus stop station in about ten minutes, and the fast Pingyi four station is only 4.5 yuan, so you don't have to take the high-speed traffic jam.

Very nicely appointed hotel… we had a great stay… the staff was great and we have a dinner planned in June with their maintenance manager! We asked for suggestions for local restaurants… he was really helpful and we brought him back pizza but by the time we returned he had headed home… when we returned from our cruise we told him he missed out on some great pizza and we all decided we needed to try another pizza place when we came back in June… lol. The room had everything you could possibly need and the bed was extremely comfortable… The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful and arranged for transportation to the port that would handle my wheelchair and walker… We shall happily return…. Only one disappointment.. the breakfast room is closed but they had a little to go bag of fruit and a sweet roll. Hopefully when Covid is gone, the breakfast buffet will be open again.

Some of the reviews of this property were a bit troubling, but I'm glad I ignored them and experienced this friendly hotel for myself. One person's experience isn't always going to be the same as your own! It is true that there are a few negatives about this hotel, but they are minor and it all depends on your perspective. My stay was pleasant and for a basic property, you really can't expect more than a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced stay. The challenge is primarily the location. This small hotel of about 30 rooms, is ostensibly an airport property, but although it is close to SFO airport in terms of distance, it's not very close in terms of a direct transportation route. There's no shuttle currently, so you'll need an Uber or taxi and it takes much longer to get there than you might think. San Bruno itself isn't much to get excited about, but you are quite close to San Francisco itself and you can get there quite quickly by Caltrain or BART if you're not driving. Both stations are in walking distance. There is parking on site if you do have a car, but as I didn't, I don't know if that's an extra charge. Despite the close proximity of the SFO flight path, there is no aircraft noise at all, although there is quite a lot of noise from the traffic on the very busy street. The hotel is relatively new. I'd guess built in the 21st century and like so many hotels, wasn't built with soundproofing. You can pretty much hear everything going on in the next rooms and unfortunately for me, the guests in the room above me were in training for the Olympic trampolining event. At least, it sounded like that. Since all the floors in the rooms are laminate wood, there's nothing to deaden the heavy guests above you. Leaving the noise issues aside, the property is clean, friendly and the rooms spacious and modern. It appears to be family run and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They'll do their best to solve any problems no matter how small. However, they make you pay for your stay entirely on check in, not check out. Rooms surround a pleasant atrium, where there is seating and tables. I think they did use to serve an inclusive breakfast here, but this has gone thanks to COVID and is not provided. Rooms have microwaves and fridges and a coffee maker, but there's no tea provided or drinking water. You can safely drink from the faucet. Rooms are large with very nice decor and feel fresh. The laminate floor and the modern furniture is very smart. The linens aren't exactly fresh, but they're mainly clean. The bed cover was torn and a bit tired and there were ancient stains on the sheets. Housekeeping comes every day to empty the trash and change the towels, but they only clean the rooms every few days and make the bed etc at that time. The housekeeping staff are very nice. Very friendly. There is soap and shampoo provided in the bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo with excellent hot water pressure. The towels could again do with a bit more atte

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights (two stays) last month because of its convenience to the airport and also to my niece's apartment. The reception is open all night and there is no problem with late check-ins. (Both of mine were shortly after midnight.) The woman at the reception desk for both of my check-ins, whose name escapes me, was extremely pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Actually, all the staff with whom I interacted were extremely cordial. The rooms are all suites with full kitchens, sort of studio apartments. The kitchens had some glassware, dishes, and silverware, as well as a dishwarer and soap. The beds are extremely comfortable. I was told that the mattresses were new; they certainly felt as if they were and were quite firm, perfect for me. Towels were sufficient and in great condition. There is plenty of hot water and water pressure is very good. The hotel provides a somewhat scaled-down breakfast with a fairly wide variety of selections. There is juice, coffee, tea, milk/cream, bread, cold cereal, hard-boiled eggs, and packaged pastries, but no scrambled eggs, bacon, or waffles. Still, in these days of covid, this breakfast is fairly good. There are apples in a large bowl in the lobby. The owner seems to be maintaining the hotel in good condition. There seems to be some room-by-room ongoing painting. I was told that they were creating or refurbishing a new breakfast room off the lobby. The pool space, which was open when I was there, is attractive, fenced, and clean. I did not use it because it was quite windy during my visit, but I did some a few others in the pool or on lounge chairs. There is parking available at the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from a number of restaurants and convenience stores. This is far from a luxury hotel, but I rated it 5 stars because it is extremely good at an excellent price.
