The location of the hotel is I liked the most, it has a greta view from the room, while it has access to the Mall and the nearby office buildings. It makes it so convenient for business. The staff were amazing, they never let you down, even if you ask them stupid questions or bother them with strange requests. The breakfast was great. The bar at the lobby level is too good... the live music and the outdoor sitting area I liked about the Bar.

I went there thinking it was a historic hotel, but I was disappointed from the lobby. The lobby was very hot and the room was full of old and broken items. The hotel corridor was dark and the floor creaked when I walked on it, so I was afraid that a monster would come out. And because there were few guests, the dinner buffet was not operated. The dinner menu was expensive and tasteless. Fortunately, breakfast was a buffet, so I was happy. However, the omelet was too salty and burned. I really hate that kind of food. This hotel does not do what customers order. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. In order to increase cost-effectiveness, it seems that the price of the hotel should be lowered or the interior should be changed to a modern one so that the price is higher. Change is needed anyway. I will never look for this hotel again. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone around me.

I contacted the hotel to make a confirmation for my brother-in-law's anniversary dinner and was connected to Chamath Gamage, who supported me with a positive attitude & extended to help me out with the reservation since it was a special occasion at the hotel too where seating is limited. Thus being so Chamath reached out to Mr.Denver to seek advise. Within a span of 30 minutes Chamath called me back & confirmed informing me that the reservation is successful & the hotel could have my brother-in-law & his wife to enjoy their anniversary evening at the hotel that evening. I am grateful for Chamath for making the service matter along with a supportive team who was able to facilitate our request midst the special occasion. I wish Chamath & Mr.Denver Good luck in all endeavors to carry out the positive service mindset to all customers they meet.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The room is clean and specious for 3 of us and the lacking only no toothbrush provided, only 2 towels instead we paid for 3 persons. Breakfast was ok only the noodles is not properly cooked as it is still hard to chewed😅. (Still room for improvement) The main highlights was the service we received from the bellboy Mangala. He is very helpful, approachable and always smiling. Others then that it is easy to get the public transportation i.e. tuk tuk and car. Definitely we will be coming back again. Thank you

We booked the Invincible Ocean View Room. As soon as we entered the door, we had two glasses of welcome juice, which was sweet and very homey for the hot and stuffy guests. Our room is on the 9th floor, the curtains are opened, and the endless sea can be seen. The seaside train track is also downstairs. From time to time, you can see the legendary Sri Lankan train slowly moving along the beach.

The hotel's location is its prime asset, along with the excellent staff who go out of their way to help your needs. I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to the Island and on both occasions the team made me feel at home. The hotel is affordable for budget travelers and provides all the basic amenities and offers a very solid Sri Lankan or Continental breakfast. The bathrooms and the bed linens are clean and the rooms are air-conditioned, I did have the occasion to stay in the pricy Cineman Grand and Galleface hotels, however for the price they charge and the helpfulness of the staff. Hotel Sapphire is well worth the stay. I will give it two thumbs up.

The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. Quiet in the middle of noisy. It is an English-style mansion built during the colonial period of Sri Lanka in the 1930s. Tintagel is named after a castle in Cornwall, England (the birthplace of the legendary King Arthur) and Paradise Road is a high-end lifestyle brand created by local Sri Lankan designer Shanth Fernando. Geoffrey Bawa, a famous architect, participated in the design transformation. Before 2005, it was the residence of the President of Sri Lanka. The hall furniture layout combines the historical and cultural elements of the old objects (it is said to have been transported by China). The slightly oxidized brass chandeliers make the overall space more mysterious. All the artworks and paintings here are authentic. Therefore, a strong sense of art is born. It is definitely a photo resort (but make an appointment in advance. There are a total of 10 rooms in this hotel.) The last note is that I lived in ROOM 9 and was once a suite where Prince Charles lived.

A great comfortable hotel with everything necessary, bed generally super. There is a workplace, the Internet is good. It was really comfortable, unexpectedly better than on the photo. Enabled early settlement. Air conditioner, fan, hot water, safe. I didn't like · The feeling of the strict is just, the requirement to pay in dollars (but accept cards), demanded a vaccination certificate (this January 2023, when all canceled as 2 months), on the doors of the inscription that it is impossible to bring guests. After a bunch of kind gestahouses it seemed to be too serious. The area is a little strange, lots of homeless. , but walked even at night, it was okay. Overall quiet, but if someone in the corridor starts talking then noisy, staff better behave quietly, especially in the morning

Stayed in the hotel together with my son from 25.01.2024 to 28.01.2024 They were pleasantly surprised by the modern interior and purity of the hotel, as well as the kindness of the staff. Very beautiful lobby with live music every evening! A fantastic restaurant with a magnificent Swedish table for dinner, where you can try both fresh seafood and national cuisine. A very pleasant open pool on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy both the ocean view and the city. Spacious modern rooms. Special thanks to the charming girl Darje - the guests' manager. Thank you for professionalism, for kindness, for the ability to solve all guest issues quickly and clearly, and also for the interesting communication! We will definitely return here again!
