Management staff were lovely people, making us feel very comfortable. We even changed our travel plans and booked longer, we loved the place so much. Having a Jetty was great, but a pity night access was not possible for fishing. The heated pool, spa bath and BBQ area were definite bonuses. Cleaniing staff do a terrible job, when preperaring the rooms though, which is the property's only fault. I had to wash all blankets in one of the apartments I stayed in, which smelt like body odour. The Complex Management do need to employ a better cleaning company. The Apartment though, offered all the home facilities one needs (except coathangers ..lol). Bedrooms, Kitchen, Lounge, Balcony, Bathroom and Laundry facilities. Internet needs improvement though.

Dining in Australia feels very expensive, so it’s better to buy something to cook in the hotel. The hotel is equipped with large and small pots, bowls, knives, and forks. They can make delicious and delicious. Sitting on the terrace and drinking an authentic Australian beer, Meidi what! ! You can also walk on the beach, blow the sea breeze, and watch the sunrise and sunset! ! I booked an ensuite room a few months ago in this place and we were supposed to check in on 26/12. that didn’t happen because of covid so we went later on 28/12 (our booking was from 26/12 to 29/12). we called a hundred times to make sure they didn’t put anyone in our room as we were going to arrive there a few days later. when we got there, the guy on the reception gave us the key to our room and we realized someone was there cause there were bags in the room. after that, the same guy said these people were not supposed to be there and also said they were fully booked and he was going to talk to the manager. then, the manager came to us and said the room was double booked and they were really sorry, only thing they could do was give as a refund. I quickly checked on booking.com if there was a room for that night in Surfers Paradise and all the places were double or even triple the price we were supposed to pay on Backpackers in Paradise. so I started arguing with the manager cause only a refund was not enough, we had booked the room months before that and they simply come to us saying there was nothing they could do, really annoying and disrespectful. good thing was the blonde lady at the reception that came up with an idea to call someone that was supposed to check in the night before asking if they would come so we stayed there for the night (in a room completely different than the one we booked in the first place). we asked for a refund and they agreed. They gave us a refund on 03/01 and on 26/02 they charged $270 from my account without my permission. after calling booking.com a hundred times, we still haven’t got the money back cause they say the hostel don’t authorize the refund. this is really serious. we stayed there in december, then in february they charge money from my bank account and now they don’t wanna give him the money back. besides all that, terrible place to stay. bad management and dirty rooms

Recently spent 4 night in a two bedroom unit overlooking the golf course. The views of the Broadbeach and the golf course was great. Just grab a drink and sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. The location of these apartments are approximately 10 mins drive to Pacific Fair and Broadbeach. Not really any shops within walking distance (unless you are keen to walk 20-25mins) to the nearest Aldi. The Carrara markets are just 5 mins drive away. The apartment itself was large and modern, plenty of room for a family of four. It was showing signs of wear and tear, with scuff marks on walls and carpets. The apartment we stayed at had limited kitchen utensils...ie 3 forks 3 spoons etc...and old looking. Probably time to replace and replenish them. The pool area was nice and the kids spent plenty of time in there. The gym is small and only had a handful of equipment. The wifi didn't work for us, but that wasn't an big deal as it was only 150mb free per day. Overall a pleasant stay.
