We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Wonderful club. Visited with 2 ados for 3 days, lots of activities to keep them busy, squash, badminton, tennis, billiards etc. Etc. Remember to bring your racquets and non marking shoes. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. All the servers are pleasant. Excellent massage by Ms. Anita. Well equipped gym. Movie nights on outdoor large screen. The place is really good value for money. Now the negative found the food super spicy. Billing was a catastrophe with confused pricing between what was on the menu and what was billed. However the staff was ready to accept and make amends. Swimming pool water is cold. Would definitely return and reccomend this hotel/club

The first day of stay was a blind date, and the next day was a brand promotion meeting. And then I referred my all friends to Stay with Siesta. But Recently I have noticed that there is No maintenance of your hotel. I have complained last time also to make my trip that even your Premium Rooms are not maintained properly as they used to be before. Even 2days ago I Visited, rooms were good but bathroom was horrible. It's was very smelly. Please look into this matter.
