The hostel was great for my stay of a week in Eilat. The location is perfect as the city Center highlights and beaches are all walking distance in 10/15 minutes. The hostel staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped me with all my travel documents and tours, during my stay and I only have good words to describe my time here. The private rooms are good in size, very clean and mine even had a private terrace to enjoy the Israeli sun although the common garden space downstairs is where I found myself most of the time, they have a lovely garden with hammocks and outdoor seating set in a palm tree filled oasis, perfect for resting you feet after a long day walking. I would totally recommend this hostel which also includes free breakfast!

We stayed in Eilat in April this year. One big plus is that the hotel was pretty cheap, but it was still good standard. It was clean and a nice room. It even had a fridge. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was really comfortable. Also outside in the outdoor space of the hotel there were cats greeting us. We love cats so it was perfect! The only downsides is that the wifi was a bit bad, and the hot water in the shower run out a bit faster than expected. Other than that its not much to say. We would defiantly stay there again. Good value for your money! :)

We stayed for two nights. When we arrived to checked in and just felt the guy so cool. The bed uncomfortable, the shower head was broken and the water not hot enough. It was shocked me that they didn't clean the room when I came back at night, and I requested the cleaned towel, the staff said we have already have one and not eager to give me. Actually, it provided a basic sleeping room.

Recently renovated in warm colors and tastefully decorated, we enjoyed 4 restful nights at this hotel. There is free parking in the back as well as full wheelchair access, The reception staff speak several languages and went out of their way to accommodate everyone. Check in and out were smooth. The salon/lobby area was lovely with an aquarium and small library, computer area with printer, and complimentary warm drinks for the chilly evening. The pool and spa were clean and inviting , The room we had was perfect, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was free wifi in all the areas of the hotel including the rooms, Our room had a safe, fridge, and coffee area , the only problem was that there was only one outlet for both fridge and electric teapot so we had to heat up water at a different area. We had a decent view of the ocean and trees. Housekeeping staff was professional and courteous. The TV had good reception. Bonus points for several well placed outlets as well as USB points. Breakfast dining hall was also very nice and the breakfast was adequate and fresh. The hotel presented brochures and coupons for local attractions, and restaurants as well as schedules and for those interested, manicure/pedicure/ facials, massages and spa services. For the Orthodox Jewish traveler there are several options close by and the hotel accommodated us for Shabbos with manual keys, turning off room sensors etc (make sure you speak to Yossi from Hotel C to turn off the sensors before Shabbos comes in) obviously smoke detectors stay on. There are local buses nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We went with our 2 children and booked a room with a pull out bed. On arriving there is a dead end street that unloading suitcases is allowed, but parking is not close by. The check in was fast and the staff friendly. The room was on the 6th floor, mattresses were hard, sofa bed was ok for the kids. The bathroom was clean but in need of some repairs. The door to the room also needed repairs, you could see light from the corridor half way down and all the way to the bottom at the side, looks like it is not closed properly. The pool is clean and there is a kids pool as well as a main pool, by each other and the area is a reasonable size. The food was well cooked and the restaurant area clean. Because of COVID they provide thin gloves and ask visitors to wear masks, but often people remove the masks and gloves inside the restaurant and as much as the staff try, the people that were there during our 4 days often ignored the requests. Shame In all, it is a reasonably priced hotel, no frills, average maintenance and reasonable amenities It is worth noting that on Floor 0 there is a play area for small children In terms of distance from central Eilat the hotel is not on the front but is approximately a 10 minute walk with kids

I just returned from a 5 day vacation at the U Sunrise Club with my family. The two boys,8 and 11 were thrilled with all the activities. The pools were busy but never overcrowded. They loved the ride on the ship as well as the jeep ride. The food was delicious, plentiful and the variety was terrific. The staff was very helpful and Tami Moor at the front desk was particularly helpful. The room was larger, the beds comfortable. I warmly recommend the U Sunrise Club.

·The room was clean, breakfast was rich and when I left for excursions, I received it. The hotel is located in the center and has easy access to shops and currency exchange. Free sunbeds are provided at a private beach, but this is far away and at the same beaches you get a 20% discount on the restaurant but only if you insist. · Old furniture. The outside noise is heard in the room, and as a youth-frequented hotel, noise is prolonged in the night.

We spent 3 nights at the Leonardo Club and for the life of me I can't figure out how it is rated 2nd out of 67 hotels in Eilat. First the bright spots. Service is excellent. Check-in was fast. Towels are highly absorbent. Water pressure is excellent. Now to the pimples. Our minibar sounded like a plane taking off. We disconnected it at night so we could sleep. The safe only accepted 3 digits before it displayed "error". No amount of clear or reset helped. [room #258]. Breakfast had a huge selection of inedible food. We seriously thought of leaving a day early so as to not subject ourselves to the breakfast again. Walking to breakfast requires going outside - in the winter it could be raining (3-4x a year). My guess would be that most reviewers have never stayed at Royal Beach or Dan or Herrods or any number of upscale hotels. This would be valid to be #22 in Eilat but not #2. The hotel is geared for children. It is not appropriate for older couples. If you are without children, find a different hotel.

This is a small hotel like a private club. There are outdoor leisure places, barbecue places, party places, small swimming pools, table tennis tables. The public living room is quite large, the public kitchen is large and well equipped to cook here. Parking is of course no problem. Walking to the beach or shopping malls is also very convenient. recommend.

We had a lovely room modern and clean, and were very happy with the view! Cannot fault one thing in the room, stunning and was cleaned everyday over our 3 night stay. All furniture looked like something out of a made.com catalogue so must have been newly refurbished! However we did come with a 4 year old and the whole atmosphere was adult oriantated. There was meant to be a kids room, but despite coming to it during its openig hours it was Always closed! I came to reception once to ask why, they told me the hotel workers are having a party. Prior to that i had sat outside yhe room for 30 minutes waiting to open it and if you are going to have a party and go off schedule then at least update the sign on the door so people dont wait outside endlessly. Breakfast was great, lots of choices but didnt vary from day to day. I would come back to this hotel, if i didnt have the young one with me.

I stayed at the Orchid many years ago and loved it but it was so disappointing. We arrived to a stained sheet and a feeling that little attention was paid to the room in terms of COVID-19 precautions. Took until the 2nd night to replace sheets and clean despite repeated requests to reception and when nothing was done to speak to a manager. It was finally handled to our satisfaction after I wrote an email to the hotel management who sent fruit and wine to our room for our anniversary (originally promised to us on the first night). Room amenities are random, one day all shampoo, next day you might get body gel and conditioner only. No hand towel or bathroom mat until I asked. Poor upkeep of the property and little attention paid to details (those coffee cups on top of the towel closet were there our whole stay, opposite our door). Curtains don't block out light... The sun woke me every morning at 6.30. And no insistence that guests wear masks in public spaces. On the upside, good breakfast. Had the original issue of the cleanliness been handled on the first night, chances are I would be less critical. But non-responsive staff results in unhappy guests. I won't be back.

Really good experience. We came to a weekend and since the beginning everything was perfect. The check in was fast good and informative. The room was spacious and very clean. The food... i have to say that i want to meet the chef and shake his hand. To my opinion you have to be really good to preform such a food level especially in a all inclusive hotel. It seems that EVERYBODY want you to have a pleasant time (Bravo to the menegment and the guest relationship manager for it) Definitely a place to come back Highly recommend

What can I start with.. First of all many thanks to the amazing staff working in the front desk, from the moment I checked in until I checked out they always were super nice! Unfortunately I did not see the names but one gentleman helped me when I checked in on the 5th of March in the evening, he also did my checkout! Was super nice Another gentleman was a bit younger he helped me because I forgot my key in the room, super nice aswell! One thing I couldn't imagine happening while I checked in and was walking to my room another customer was sitting outside with his wife and said "baroch haba!" Which means welcome! So not only the staff are nice but also the customers! The place is great! I kept visiting the icemall on my free time (I was in Eilat for the deep sea festival) Second day there was a little bit of noise outside my room but it was just a family going to the swimming pool so can't complain as they were for vacation (I hope they enjoyed) didn't bother me that much because I had to wake up just a little bit after that anyway Also on the second day I went to the city and came back, found an envelope in my room.. it was an invitation to dinner! I didn't book for dinner but I got one on the second day which was super nice from them (it was delicious too, specially the desserts!) Recommended !

We had an excellent experience with everything: staff, food, room, location. The all inclusive is worth the money as you can find a quality variety of food, fruits and drinks (including alcohol). You will spend a lot more for 3 meals a day if you eat out/drink alcohol at the restaurants in the Eilat Marina. So the all inclusive is a guarantee that you’ll eat very good food and also have cost control over your spending. Location is excellent, near to the bus station, and the room view (pool view) is awesome as you can look into the lagoon. The staff is well trained and they will do everything that is possible to make you feel welcomed. Also, Marlena - the PR manager, is a very nice person, attentive to guest’s needs and a very good professional. It’s a pleasure to talk to her if you have the chance to meet. We definitely recommend this location!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed at Neptune for 4 nights. The best part is location and the view from the balcony. The breakfast is nice, plenty of choices . We booked a suite , hoping to enjoy a nice room , something above a standard room. Well, first of all, the elevator does not go all the way to the room entrance, as you have to go something like half floor up by stairs, which was very inconvenient considering we had a baby in stroller. This fact was never mentioned in information about this type of room. The suite itself is very dated, and the level of cleaning is very unsatisfactory, especially now, with all the corona pandemics stuff going around. You would be expect that the hotel will put an extra effort in keeping thing clean , but not so much happened. The door handles were sticky only God knows from what, there were dust on surfaces. The bath tub is very old and the metal parts stained with corrosion. There was some dirt on the tiles besides the sink , which I easily removed with wet wipes, meaning no one even tried to clean it before me. One day we were out and came back to find the sink full of water , which my son left there, accidentally pushing the plug down . No one even bothered to drain the water and to wash the sink during daily maintenance. The daily cleaning was very symbolic, the floor wasn’t cleaned every day. Just making the beds counts for cleaning at this hotel. The elevator cabins were dirty most of the time, and it was the same dirty stain around the buttons for 4 days! There is a man at the main entrance, taking the temperature from anyone entering the hotel. Well, I don’t know if this is the only purpose for him standing there, but I suppose he could help me opening the door when I’m carrying a little child on my hands. But no, not even bothering himself to do that. Overall, nice location, stunning view, nice pool, but soooo overpriced , not at all worth the money we spent there.

We stayed at U Coral Beach Club for 5 nights and had a rally good time - wanted to give a review in case helpful for others Pros - You pay one price and then you don’t really have to go out of the hotel if you don’t want to. - The staff is extremely friendly. The entertainment team, the front desk, room service and kitchen staff. Everyone was great. The entertainment team knew my kids’ names from first day - very cute - You have unlimited access to soft drinks, alcohol (if you’re an adult!), barad (slurpee type of drinks), pretzel and artic/ popsicles - 24/7 - There is a pool, baby pool, table tennis, archery tennis court, trapeze, mini golf in the hotel. There is access to the beach and there you have snorkeling and windsurfing. - The kids are entertained all the time. There is a group for age 4-7 and one for 8-11. For these, there is a printed schedule of activities and it is very well organized. Then you have a Teens club for the 13-17 and they communicate by WhatsApp - Every evening there are games and shows - enjoyable by kids and adults. - 3 meals per day. Breakfast is dairy, lunch and dinner are meat. The chef is creative and everyday, you have new types of food eg, Mexican tortilla, deconstructed sushi, shawarma. You also have some basic all the time such as a rich salad bar and a kids area with white rice, white pasta, tomato sauce, shnitzel, etc. Cons - This is a family resort and there are a lot of children so it is NOISY. There is the music that is on all the time which you hear from your room depending where you stay and you have children running in the hallways all the time. - The rooms are practical and clean but it’s not a 5 star bedroom. Nice pillows and blanket. Rest is simple. Some closets smell a bit humid. There are no bathtubs - just shower. - If you have a stroller or are on a wheelchair, not everything is easily accessible. You may have to wait for the elevator for a while in the best case or you may need to go up/down a few stairs in the worst case. Good to know - You can come whenever but there are two sessions a week by which the kids club and the activities are organized. Sunday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday. - There are mosquitoes year round. We thought we’d be ok in December but we sleep with windows open so we had to go buy some repellent ! - The hotel is kosher but it’s hard to keep a shabbat atmosphere if you’re there for the weekend. There are minyanim and you get everything you need for kiddish/Motzi etc. But there is music everywhere, there are shows in the main lobby, etc. Difficult with young children. - There is a souvenir shop, hairdresser, and spa - I didn’t go so can’t say much about them. - The hotel has a dairy restaurant on the beach that you can go to once for free during your stay. But you have to sign up on the same day and the sign up is only open for one hour. So too complicated for me - didn’t get to it.

We spent a week in this hotel. This hotel is not on the beach and has a quite remote location, but is in a walking distance from the center. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and you can get a taxi at all times. Service in the reception was nice. Room was small, but comfortable and clean. There was no hooks on the walls for you to hang your coats or bags, but otherwise there was quite a good storage space. There is a free safety deposit box in the room. Firm bed was super comfortable, but had only one doublesized cover. Bathroom had a weird kind of seethrough door which we didn't love. Cool view from balcony to the pool. The pool area was so nice and beautiful! They had sunbeds everywhere, so if you prefer sun or shade, you will find a place to chill. The pool wasn't heated, so water was very cold. The best part of the week was the kosher breakfast. UNREAL!! So much food, every day something new. Totally a paradise for a vegetarian. And the breakfast is served till 12am, WHAAAT?? Perfection! They also pack breakfast on the go for you, if you have trip etc. and you have you leave early before the breakfast starts, you just have to ask this from the reception day before. The visit was very pleasant excluding the bar staff. At the poolbar service was bad every time when we went there. They gave you the drink and took your money but that's it. One time the waitress was on a videochat with her friend and didn't mind to hang that up as she served us. Also in the hotel bar Jasper 08 Cocktail Bar the service was poor and somewhat humiliating couple of times, when they let us in at the door and few minutes later there is three staff members asking us why we are there and we had to show our ID's. That's a shame, because the drinks were very good and they offer a happy hour for the hotel quests every day. The music was so loud most of the nights that we heard it and the bass very clearly in our hotel room even though the balcony door is closed. This luckily stopped around midnight. I recommend the hotel, but because of our experiences with the bar, I advice you to have your holiday drinks elsewhere.

Location - The location of the hotel is excellent, at the end of the boardwalk with access to the beach. The hotel has its 'own' beach, but in fact that is the general beach with a sign 'Herods'. The sunbeds are dirty and even though there is someone from the hotel to help hotel guests, when we were there he didn't really pay attention to any of the stuff left there (don't take anything valuable with you). This 'Herods' beach is not exclusive to hotel guests. There are only a limited number of sun umbrellas and beds - try to avoid rush hours, especially if you have sensitive skin. Reception - Friendly, helpful and very professional staff. We made a few requests and all of them were actioned immediately. Room - Very clean and cozy. We got a room on the 6th floor with an absolutely stunning view of the bay. The furniture and the carpet are rather old and it would be definitely worth to renovate the rooms (the whole hotel actually), but the bed is amazing - very spacious and comfortable. We found the room spotless and the cleaning team did an amazing job every day. Upon arrival we received mineral water, wine and chocolate as a welcoming gift - definitely made us feel special. Restaurant - The one point where the experience was not amazing. The restaurant stuff was rather rude at some points, forgot to check on our table several times after giving us the menu. We also had to remind one of the waitresses to wear the mask (she kept it under her chin), she did it with an unhappy face and when she returned to our table next time, it was again under her chin. When I asked for a tea spoon (since none was anywhere near or far the dessert table), one of the waitresses threw them on the table for me. During the afternoon tea time hotel guests kept on coming in and sitting on the carpeted chairs with dripping swimsuits - half of the chairs were wet and looked as if people peed on them. If you want to be a luxury hotel, this needs to be improved significantly - the restaurant should be dry, very clean, and the staff should be much better trained and polite. Food - All the respect to the chef. Although, the waiting staff and the restaurant itself wasn't the best, the food was absolutely amazing. I especially recommend the steaks and the homemade gnocchi. One item for improvement: although there was plenty of food, in the morning putting together my morning plate as a lactose intolerant person was rather difficult. Offering a few options for people with dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerance) would be nice. During the first breakfast I asked one of the hotel employees in charge of the breakfast table whether one of the desserts had dairy in it or not - he shrugged and said he doesn't know and then turned away. This is not the level of a luxury hotel. Spa - Absolutely amazing. The staff is very professional and helpful. The receptionists doesn't only know what is on the menu, but are able to expertly advise regarding the different treatments

We went to Prima music for 4 nights. Starting from the airport you can take shuttle for 4.20 nis per person or pay taxi 200 nis. Hotel is big, staff friendly, swimming pool but far from city. You can take a taxi for 35nis to go to the city.I definetely recommend the dolphin reef/ 69nis per person, worth the price which is walking distance from the hotel 30min.Israeli breakfast is provided and a nice lovely buffet for dinner. The fish restaurant and the last refuge is really good in terms of sea food.I also loved the mikonos restaurant for lunch with its beachfront and lovely friendly staff, you can play pool for only 10nis. Overall it was good but lack of communication from the staff Ex: last day we found out that hotel provides yoga classes for free but its mention nowhere.I highly suggest they work on the communication and try to make customers feel more welcome and at home. The swimming pool area is really relaxing and cool. If you want to play billard its 40nis per hour.I guess as its winter we had less activities offered. Thank you

The room was advertised as being renovated which I can tell it was but not done with much quality. I wonder if ALL rooms come with breakfast included in the room bc the breakfast buffet was ABSOLUTE CHAOS EVERY MORNING! hundreds of people swarming the buffet with elbowing and rudeness abounding. It's all self serve...no one is serving coffee or water. You need to get up and find it yourself. During the sabbath you only have access to instant coffee bc use of the espresso machine is forbidden (including this as an FYI for travellers not expecting it, fully understand and respect the sabbath). The lounge...maybe I missed the details when I booked the room but the lounge is only open 1pm - 7pm. At 630pm they begin breaking down all the food and beverage. I only book lounge access hotel rooms bc I enjoy having a quiet and clean place to retreat throughout the day, especially at night for a night cap. I was very disappointed that the lounge closed at 7pm. The food and beverage offered in the lounge was nice, just a shame it wasnt available longer. The pool area is nice and there seem to be many activities available to keep the kids busy. Overall, if I were to travel to Eilat again, I would look for another hotel option. I didnt enjoy the loud and chaotic feeling every day. There also wasnt a very welcoming feeling here either...staff didn't look to welcome you or thank you for your business. As I sit here in the lobby writing this review, the volume is excessive...swarms of people and very loud. This wasnt a relaxing retreat.

A pleasant stay and very friendly staff. The Housekeeping are awesome, specially Zaid, Hassan, and Yasser. Than you guys! At the dinning room, Dan can be seen as the most active and most helpful staff hike others are doing a good job as well. Room cleanliness is very good, rooms are nice, and the food is good.

My wife and me were staying at the Leonardo Plaza Eilat hotels for 3 nights on March 2020. Honestly, although we are traveling to Eilat quite often, it was our first time at this specific hotel. In one short sentence- Everything but really everything was just perfect. The large room + the great balcony, the very reasonable price, the staff (ALL the staff !), the quality and the variety of the food at breakfast and dinner, the bathroom, the cleaning, and of course the great location. I would like to thank the staff for being so kind and helpful at the difficult days of the CoronaVirus. I know for sure at which hotel I'm going to be on my next travel to Eilat.

I have to say this hotel suits me down to the ground. It is probably about 3-star overall, but it is very clean, rooms are fine with en-suite facilities and goodrange of TV channels, restaurant is excllent and well-priced, and opens justbefore 7am which suits my needs well. Bar is excellent with a good rnage of food at breakfast and evening meal buffet-style, and staff do all they can to help. Excellently located for seafront/beach and main attractions of Eilat, which are all just a few minutes walk away. Parking is fine in adjoing side street and you may be able to pay for parking within its own compound, but why incur additional expense. There is also a small pool area but I did not use this as I was out all day. Overall I was very happy with the stay. It would be awarded 4-star if it was just modernised a bit more, such as rooms being upgraded but again, I was perfectly happy with teh room and overall it was excellent value for money. Yes there rae more luxorious hotels, but you would pay way more, and the quieter relaxed feel of Vista Boutique suited me very well.

Great holiday . breakfast open until 12 noon, thats fantastic. made it easier with the little ones and for myself who likes to sleep late on vacations. Delicious food (Not the usual commercialised hotel food) Great service. Pleasant and helpful . Clean rooms ,abundance of towels .(newspaper on the door every morning. To my dismay a leftist np called 'Yediot', why? this is actually the only criticism i have on this magnificent hotel.) Great pool experience. over all my best Eilat experience and i have been over the years to most of the better hotels in Eiilat, this one kicks...

After many thoughts and concerns because of the Corona, my family and I chose the Dan Hotel Eilat to transfer a summer vacation from 16-21.8.20. I must say that from the moment they entered the hotel, all my worries disappeared. The hotel is huge and kept all the rules of hygiene and corona guidelines, from capsules to the dining room and when you commit to arrive and not standing second in line, to serving the amazing and varied food served aesthetically and only by the staff. It in special pastries and plenty of desserts tailored to it. shapo !!! I would like to commend Galit, the director of the orders department, who was available to everyone with a smile and a quick response to my wife's birthday and the anniversary we celebrated. To a Amit, the reception manager for an amazing and dedicated service with a smile, to the Edgar of getting a service with a smile and gave us vouchers to popsicles for my kids. And last but not least, Lior, the hotel's general manager, for a quick response, flexibility and room upgrade with an amazing view and space. I highly recommend choosing Dan Eilat for your next holiday that was beyond our expectations, especially during such a challenging period of the Corona. You met all this challenge and stress with a smile, courteous and fast service. Aspire! We are already marking the next holiday for Hanukkah very soon. Thank you all Avishai and Natalie Corcos
