Norway is the country with the highest GDP per capita in the world, but this trip to Northern Europe is the most boring country in the city center. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the center of the old city, but the facilities are very simple. Not as good as a county hotel in China. The breakfast did not even have hot meals, and there was no water heater in the room. A plastic bag is hung on the door every morning, containing 2 ice-cold sandwiches and 2 bottles of orange juice. If you don't bring your own water heater, breakfast for guests with stomach problems will become the source of the disease. The TV in the room only has 2 Norwegian channels and there is no international news in English. I hardly believe that this is a hotel in the center of the capital where the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded. Oslo has many advertisements welcoming Chinese people to use UnionPay cards, and maps in Chinese. However, the arrangement of hotel facilities to cater to the habits of Chinese tourists is the worst in the Nordic countries, far inferior to Finland and Sweden. It makes people doubt the Viking countries, where are their competitive advantages today?

I always feel bad leaving anything other than great reviews, but I was a bit disappointed by the hotel. The room was small, which is normally fine, but you really did have to squeeze by the bed to get to the far side of the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was fantastic but the room’s carpet was very stained and grossed me out a bit. I also had trouble getting the door to lock behind me when I left and was glad I checked it a number of time to ensure it was actually locked. Breakfast was fine and interaction with staff was pleasant. The location is really great and the tram noise wasn’t too disruptive. Had the carpet seemed cleaner, it’d have been a more pleasant stay. I had requested an iron for the room, which unfortunately wasn’t there upon my late checkin. I’m sure I could’ve called down to the front desk and asked, but I didn’t bother so that’s on me. I previously stayed at the Scandic Victoria, which was a much nicer and cleaner room, but also didn’t have an iron.

Location is great. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. Nice staff in front desk. But if the hotel lobby can be renovated to provide an easier way to move the luggages to the lift area would be a lot better instead of lifting the 20kg+ heavy luggages up by stairs.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The biggest problem is that when we go to the renovation, we have to go from one building to another, and we have to go up and down the stairs on the back door, like a labyrinth. If you don't want to go, be sure to ask the hotel staff! ! ! There is no hair dryer or hot water bottle in the hotel. The hair dryer should ask the waiter at the front desk. The hot water bottle will be taken to the restaurant on the second floor. It is best to bring a water bottle! Overall, except for the facilities, everything is great!

The room is large and the interior is also a good impression. All the front staff feels good. There is an electric kettle. There is a dryer. There is a desk. No toothbrush / shaving / slippers. The breakfast is very good. Smoked salmon, grilled salmon, grilled mackerel, various breads, various cereals, various fruits, scrambled eggs, fried eggs and so on. Since Oslo has a high meal cost, I think this breakfast is quite valuable. Smooth check-in and check-out. Not good point. None. If you come to Oslo someday, you will stay at this hotel without hesitation.

Stayed for a long weekend in the new hotel part, staff was friendly, and we had an early check in. One of our rooms was looking towards the hotel part in front, but was spacious and clean, beds were comfy and warm. The other one was top floor with balcony towards Oslo fjord - great view, and windows towards the forest /we even saw a deer/. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great - lots of delicious options for everyone's taste. Pool and spa were OK /a bit small probably for the size of the hotel - can get pretty busy in the afternoon, but if you go in a different time you might have it just for yourself/. Only thing that I was not very happy about - that we had to be accommodated in 2 rooms on different floors, as a family of 5 /3 kids/ it is not great to split like this /but this is often an issue when I am booking hotels :(/ but the staff tried to give us rooms as close as possible. Great walks in the hotel surroundings and easy links to Oslo centre.

Strategic location for visiting Oslo. This hotel is used by salesmen, out of town workers, dependents from the nearby hospital Rikshospitalet and people just visiting Oslo. Walking distance to public transportation to the center of Oslo, shopping center in the same building, ice range just outside an view to the stadium. The hotel has a modest reception, the rooms are modern but simple, the dining area is nice and the breakfast is just fantastic. We got smoked salmon, crunchy bacon, eggs in several different ways, tasty bred, and whatever you would wish for at a breakfast. The price was modest and far less expensive than same standard downtown Oslo. The only minus was the price for parking.

A very nice hotel in a quiet area of the city centre, just a few hundred meters from the royal castle. Short distance to the tram if you want to get around, but also in walking distance to the main street in Oslo (Karl Johans gate). The hotel has modern interior with happy colors, and the staff is service oriented. I love this place! The breakfast is good and is in the restaurant named Café Europa. (The café/restaurant is also worth a visit where they have exceptional great service. They also offer the food as takeaway if you want to eat it in your room.)

Stayed in Oslo for 2 nights, I am very glad that I chose Sunn. The business room is 30 square meters. It belongs to the Nordic room. It is surrounded by office buildings, high-end restaurants, pedestrian streets, Central Station, and only 20 minutes from the central station to the airport. Breakfast is very rich, Nordic actually has such a delicious breakfast. The little brother in the lobby is very enthusiastic. The entrance is the famous Oslo Grand Theatre, and each attraction can be reached on foot.

The hotel is generally good, there is a parking place at the entrance for loading and unloading luggage, the parking lot is underground, and a small door not far to the right of the hotel's main entrance enters. Note that the door and driveway are particularly narrow, you must drive in carefully. The parking fee is expensive, 250 crowns per night, but cheaper than outside. But there were few parking spaces. When we arrived at the hotel later in the afternoon, a waitress said there was no parking space underground, so I went outside to the nearby public parking lot to park. After I unloaded my luggage and checked in, I took a chance to go to the basement level and found that there was still a vacant seat. I immediately went to the front desk to handle the parking procedures. In the next few days, I walked around the city on foot. Without moving a car, I walked to the Sculpture Park, the Royal Palace, the National Opera House, and the Munch Museum. Hotel rooms are more comfortable, breakfast is great, there are salmon, two ways. Hardly ever seen salmon in hotels in Sweden and Denmark. In short, everything was satisfactory.

I feel that there are many people in India and Pakistan who live in the store. It seems that the hotel reception also has Indian and Pakistani people. There is a gas station at the gate. There is a McDonald's or KFC in the hotel next door. There is a Kiwi supermarket near the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the supermarket. It is very convenient. Hotel parking lot, you can park on the ground floor, the charge seems to be NOK150. If you stop the hotel's underground car park, the parking fee will be higher. There is no breakfast at the hotel, so it is not clear what the breakfast is.

Attended as part of a conference. The hotel facilities were OK; the room was small but functional and pretty quiet. Sleep quality: good. The buffet was standard. Not bad, but not great either. The evening dinner (made specially for our gathering) was the best part of the visit, excellent quisine, albeit with sub-par wine. The conference facilities were OK; good wi-fi and projectors, but the power cables were a bit ad-hoc, with extension cords running everywhere. Location: good if you arrive by car, but poor if you arrive in Oslo by plane or train. There is free parking for guest, but the space isn't very big.

The best in the hotel, unfortunately, was a variable: the very professional, intensely helpful but also stunningly beautiful front desk manager. The hotel itself, on the contrary, has had better days. Good news: Clean. Locations central location, a few minutes walk from the very heart of Oslo.. Breakfast was good. Bad news: Room OK but cramped and run down (see pic), terrible view (see pic) bathroom a disaster: a toilet, positioned against all common sense (position of the toilet paper dispenser basically makes getting onto the toilet seat a challenge (see pic)) tissue dispenser holding no tissues (see pic) and a shower that was not water tight (see pic)

I’ve been there for one week pending a more definitive logging solution for a long stay in Oslo. Many positive elements. Very functional; everything as double function, sleep in the bed, store suitcases below it, sit on the couch and store stuff underneath space. The kitchen is very functional with a lot of accessories and ustensiles. Multi function washing and drying machine. Location is close to many grocery stores and more. Not far from city center. The only issue is the size. One bedroom with tiny living room, mini dining table and ok kitchen. For 4 - 5 days ok longer you fill tight Frogner house offers many options in Oslo, I will definitely try something from them next time but little bit bigger

It is very close to the Oslo train station and walks for five or six minutes. The room was really small, the bed was smashing the window and the window was a little leaky. Breakfast is a sandwich, a yogurt, a box of juice and a fruit. This thing has to sell a lot of money in Norway. It’s just cold, maybe the old man is not used to eating. The price is OK, it can be self-service at check-in, and some people are on duty. We can store our luggage, we are going to Bergen for two days and we have our luggage at the hotel. very convenient. The pursuit of cost-effective can try, the equivalent of domestic fast hotel, a bottle of water that sells 20 dollars in Norway, it can be.

Staff at this hotel go through extra mile to make you feel welcome. The front desk and breakfast time dining staff were terrific, and our room( though no view) was very large and well equipped. Housekeeping staff needed a prompt from the front desk to come back and service the room after we had asked for a 15 minute delay( then we left for 2 hours but housekeeping had gone to another floor by then). We had an excellent room service experience…and the front desk staff also printed out our Covid test results for our return flight. Will definitely be back

The hotel is right at the train station, but it is not very easy to find when arriving. There is no sign for the hotel in the train station. We still rely on navigation to find the hotel from the outside. Gave us a room for the disabled, which is large in size but relatively rudimentary. If the room needs to be cleaned, you need to inform the front desk, no charge. The room can't control the temperature by itself. Fortunately, the days we stayed, the outside was very hot, so I didn't feel cold. The restaurant is on the first floor and there are many people, so it seems crowded. The overall sanitation of the hotel is general, especially in restaurants and public areas.

We are tall (around 185) this is the only issue but for this reason me price/ location and facilities. I am okay with the bed size. Can’t have everything. Really like here. Here also gets the good breakfast and mini bar. The price is reasonable, really thankful that they are not trying to earn more money from the customers. Much appreciated. Really really good hotel.
