We checked into the hotel in the evening after a long drive cross country. I showed the night attendant my phone where I captured the military rate her hotel was offering - $98 and the site indicated there was one room left at that rate. I showed her my ID. I told her I didn’t have my ihg rewards number handy and she said she’d look it up. She checked to see if she had 4th floor for us, got us checked in and indicated through our discussions that we were squared away with the military rate. When I went to the reception desk the next morning, I realized that I was charged $132 plus tax and fees instead! With taxes and fees that’s $45 over the rate they should have honored. Needless to say I was surprised! There was also another military couple checking out at the same time I was and they too were overcharged. The receptionist, a lady (A.T), was not so pleasant and pretty much told us that that’s the way it is; they honor the rates they want to honor regardless what their parent website states or what their other employees say or make you believe. I contacted corporate and they created a case number for me and reached out to the hotel twice on my behalf. I still have not received a call or anything from the hotel itself. We love our ihg hotels and have used them every time we travel. We’ve never had this happen to us. We’ve never been told one rate then charged another. We wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel at the rate we were charged. I’m so disappointed in the hotel staff that they didn’t do the right thing. We won’t stay here again and I’d advise other military members to think twice before doing so.

We stayed here last night and was charged 167.12 for 1 night. We had no hot water at all upon check out I was offered $20 credit for it. I asked to speak to manager was told not there. The guy give me a number and when I called turned out to be his mom she said nothing she could do without being there but would call me at noon (still waiting on call) I noticed the sign said manager on duty was Mike so I asked to speak to him was told not there asked for number he said couldn’t give I asked for him to call from hotel phone so I could speak with he said not possible. Voices were raised on both sides he would leave front desk I would ring bell until he come back to try and get worked out. A lady come off elevator and the guy behind desk asked her to explain what was going on I turned and looked at her and she asked what’s the problem I said I’m wanting to speak to manager she pointed to guy I had been speaking with and said you’re speaking to him. I notice the way she’s dressed she isn’t employee so I asked her who she was and she went off on me cussing at me and yelling I was explaining that I was asking who she was so I would know who I was speaking with she said she had stayed there for 2 weeks so he had asked a customer to explain to me what’s going on. I am including picture so can understand why I asked who she was. She said she heard me cussing him out and come down. The only thing I said was I told the lady who I thought was manager that the guy she had working was a smart a$& which I regret even using that word. She was yelling and using bad language and then told him to call 911 on me or she was fixing to f$&$& go off. He called 911 I have no idea why because there was no emergency and no threats had been made of any kind of anything she threatened me by saying she was fixing to go off ( I have on video ) they say they have it all on tape and I welcome it to be played any time. I set down waiting on cop and she set down and kept trying to get me rattled she was telling guy look at her shaking she’s so nervous she knows she’s in trouble and stuff like that. Cops arrived and I explained he told me to go over their head and contact corporate which I did. Come to find out it was actually the manager that had been talking to me all this time but he was insisting there wasn’t a manager on property. Corporate told me the managers name and it happen to be the same name on my receipt as who checked me out. I called the number that I had been given and had spoke to the manager earlier that was supposed to call me and get me credit she didn’t answer but her voicemail give her name and she had same last name as manager I was speaking to which while speaking to her she said that’s my son and he shouldn’t be talking to customers like that I’ll take care of him. Sorry for the bad punctuation and lack of and the long review but want people to know what they are dealing with when staying here. He also reached to remove the manager on duty name but reali

We were in the middle of vacation when the virus pandemic took over. The hotel was clean and comfortable, however, it was obvious that owner was not concerned with up keeping standards during this time. While we understood that the hot breakfast could not be served, it should not mean that one should spare the quality of packaged breakfast goods. There was better options in the vending machine! When asked for simple creamer for coffee, the front desk had to scramble to find two packets. On our return trip this summer we will be using another hotel!

This is my second stay at your establishment and I was glad to see them mainly because I was tired but your staff remembered me and that's uncommon and I came back downstairs and as I was waiting my turn I noticed how personal and caring that your staff is with everyone that comes before them. And our society now where everything is so unpersonal and in human with a text or email I appreciate that personal touch that carry touch that I want to come back and stay touch thank you
