|3.17km from city centerWe were greeted by a very friendly staff. Our room key was handed to us without having to wait. The hotel is extremely clean and the the little kitchen in the room is well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook your own food. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is really clean with nice towels. There is also a laundry room if you need to wash clothes, This is the nicest Staybridge. Price is very reasonable. The management of this hotel is well done. Thank you

|3.43km from city centerVery high quality hotel with a beautiful lobby, great breakfast and very large clean rooms. The fitness room had good free weights and treadmill. I would definitely stay here again. If I have any complaints, my room did not have any blackout blinds, so people could see you through the window with their partial shades. Still a great hotel.

From the minute I walked in the staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and they gave a choice of different pillows such as: soft, or medium. The breakfast offered a great variety including eggs, bacon, toast, muffins, and waffles. One morning they had pork with green chilis which as great and would love the recipe!! One evening upon my return I saw they had cookies and popcorn made, this made the stay even nicer. Thank you for a great stay!

|2.67km from city centerI have been to this hotel before and had some issues, but nothing like a few months back where I had the most awful experience. . . or maybe I should say my lady friend who lives in Wyoming had the awful experience. She wanted to have me visit her and do something nice to me, so she reserved a room ahead of time with no issues. However, once she arrived ahead of me to check in and set the room up, the person at the front desk told her that she was on a blacklist and that they could not rent a room to her--- even though they had let her reserve it in the first place. She asked questions, but the person at the desk was quite rude to her and would tell her nothing. She is a Best Western member (and Sure Stay is covered under Best Western) and told them that. They simply indicated they did not care, and would tell her nothing about how she was on some black list, and more imporant, WHY she was on the list. They would give her no information. Obviously she was quite upset over this, but refused to let it ruin our weekend. Thankfully, the other Best Western in the town, when they heard what had happened, looked her up in their records and said she was NOT on any blacklist that they could see. They at the last minute were able to reserve her a room , as this all happened on the day I was travelling up to Cheyenne to meet her. She called me to divert me to the new hotel, and we met up there. To this day she has not been informed by anyone as to what she did to get on some blacklist, or if possibly I did something to have her on the list--- she always makes the reservation, but I tend to be the one who pays for the room. To me this is not only silly, but highly unprofessional as well to not let a customer who has been to the hotel more than once in the past know why they are no longer welcome. My lady friend appealed to the Best Western corporation as to what had happened, but was unable to find out why this wild situation occurred. She has since decided that she wants nothing to do with the Sure Stay hotel, and I fully concur with her decision. The hotel business is difficult enough without alienating your customers and not telling them what the problem was to begin with. As I go on Tripadvisor regularly, and get emails from them, though it has been last year that this happened to us, I have NOT forgotten it, and wanted to display my disappointment at Sure Stay for their behavior. Shame on them for their actions, and shame on them for almost ruining a celebration of one of their repeat customers!!

The bathroom was clean and the water in the shower worked perfectly. I’m sorry that we were just passing through and couldn’t stay another night! We are planning another trip through here this summer and will definitely try to stay here again.

|2.66km from city centerWe stayed here Jan 3, 2020. Got in late, asked for a quiet room, the wind was howling! Unfortunately we were on the fourth floor above the pool building which has a rubber roof with rocks and the wind kept that burping up and rocks moving so it was very noisy. We didn't realize it until we shut the room heater off to go to sleep. By then too late to ask for a different room. The pool was really warm though - and of good size too, not one of these little micro pools you see a lot of now. The hot tub wasn't too hot either, just right! Breakfast was the fabulous array that you come to expect at a HI Express & Suites. But no half & half for coffee - that was a little wierd. Breakfast area is large so can seat a lot of people at one time. Beds were extra comfy and pillows are delightful - one of the reasons we pay a little more to stay at HI. I'd stay here again.

Breakfast includes hot and cold (2 kinds of each) cereal, bagels, apples, Activia yogurt (3 flavors), hard boiled eggs, coffee and orange juice. If I stay again I would pay for larger bed…we had double bed. Toiletry items included bar soap and Matrix shampoo. It was great for quick overnight stay.

|3.9km from city centerWe chose this hotel for the outdoor pool area and that did not disappoint. The room was large but dated. It’s crazy that electrical outlets are not on either side of the bed. The coffee pot, microwave and fridge could not be plugged in at the same time since they were in the same location and there were not enough outlets. We went to the coffee shop/cafe for breakfast and it was way overpriced with extremely poor service. We had to hunt the waitress down for our check and then she had no idea what to even charge us. We also tried the restaurant and while our meals were ok, the service does not match. The menu specifically states what will come with your meal but when you ask they have no idea what you are talking about. For instance, the steak is supposed to come with green beans and rolls. Neither arrived and when we asked the waitress told us she had no idea but if she could find some in the back she’d bring them out! They should not be charging those prices for the quality and service.
