All staff was pleasent and good. Spoke english well and very helpful. The confusion comes with the amentities. You have to have a pass from the front desk for the pool, gym, and everything. I booked and paid for 4 people. The hotel would only give passes for this for 2 people. Not as advertised. Not a child friendly hotel. Kids can not swim in the pool unless they are 13 years old. The pool, gym, and spa are different than hotel. Not easy to use. Have to get a pass and show passports to just use the gym or pool. For adults the hotel would be fine for just 2 people. For a family you need to look at another hotel. I paid a lot for these rooms and amentites and did not get what was advertised.

|4.92km from city centerI've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Our room was on the 4th floor - large with a massage bath, recreation area and sleep. Cleaning is daily, bedtime every 3 days. And the bathroom equipment with trimmings like : shampoo, gel, razor set, vatty sticks, hat , soap, tooth set was very pleased. Now you rarely find such a combo set in 4**** And Wi-Fi stable speed 👏 Also on the territory of the hotel free parking. There is a refuelling and washing machine! Let's have a family with a small child and we have a very good time! Thank you for your hospitality! I would be happy to return again.

Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

When the taxi was (as my GPS) 300 m from the hotel I began to worry: dark streets, without asfalt, full of huge hills and with a look of the most truculent (we chose this hotel for its magnificent comments in TA, photos, a very good price and for being in the ”old city”, because the ”new” is very distracted and uncomfortable: very large streets-autoways, large distances ....). After 11:00, we receive a lady with a limited English who engages in paying you in advance for 3 nights reserved. I explain to you that the usual thing around the world (except the US, of course) is to pay for the check-out and that in any case we want to see the room assigned first. After climbing up a climbed stair (other hotel without lift ...y is a 4 stars ¡¡) opens us the door of a room (in the bottom of a very long mocked corridor) in which it was obvious that it had not been done The girl is sorry and doesn't explain it, because she insists that this room was reserved for us. We only think that ”one” has used it illegally (including shower and bathroom, towels, soaps, minibar ...) so we stay with the same poker face as she (the hotel has no more than 20 rooms, it is difficult to understand that the reception staff ”have passed” this irregularity). I remember that we have booked a ”junior suite” and that this room looks lower. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and very comfortable. Каждый вход в номер был в сопровождении техника, которого, к слову, приходилось какое-то время всегда ожидать. Система электронного ключевого доступа давно умерла, судя по всему. Особенно это злит когда время ночь и очень хочется попасть в номер. 2. При заселении в номер не работал телевизор, несколько розеток, снова пришлось встречаться с техником…. 3. Сигар бар. Две встречи проводили там, обслуживание девушки на баре просто поразительное. Её почти всегда нет месте, ждать заказ максимально долго. Сделать заказ/ получить счёт , нужно походить поискать её, попросить. Поразительный сервис.. 4. Ресторан в целом не плох. Заказывали в номер. Вкусно! Здесь конечно плюс, за что собственно были и поставлены 2 звезды. Но даже при доставке ужина в номер, часть заказала просто забыли принести. После напоминания конечно принесли.. НО как это так в отеле 5⭐️ такой сервис 🤦🏻♀️ Одним словом, при том, что отель позиционирует себя как 5⭐️ и при такой стоимости конечно должен быть совершенно другой уровень сервиса. Не рекомендую!
