We had to stay 9 nights in this hotel, at the end we had to shorten our stay only 2 nights, so there are negative points in this hotel and around it, the black point of this hotel is noise, the rooms are very badly sound-insonorized, impossible to sleep properly in the night or to rest in the day, between the noises of the household staff in the day, and the surrounding noises, or the noise of the people of the neighbouring rooms, who are going out In the full night to drink, smoke, and talk to each other to not say crying and this until 1:00 a.m., all this from our first night, it's a little much! This is added to the noisy surroundings of day and night, (auto alarms, hunts that dwell, police sirens, etc...) And to end, the neighborhood that really fears much, especially at night, with mad people, No quality facilities on site, a fast food jack in the box that serves burgers and salads infects through a ball window, a Macdonald as unwelcome and closes very early, given all this, we prefer to go. And we're going to explain all this to the reception lady that seems to be the patron, whom we asked for the full refund that we were refused, and then at the end of a small negotiation, A deal was reached for a 5 night refund, or more than half of the booking price, and that's the super positive point. In short, a very special establishment, but with a staff and a patron listening and arrangeing, thank them for this gesture!

The rooms are very nice, and well decorated….and kayla at the front desk was very helpful with questions I needed answers to. We wanted to try this hotel as it has Japanese toilet. We had a good laugh trying them. Beside this, the room is fine and clean. You have a huge mirror... to the delight of my wife and teenagers (girls). The breakfast is Japanese and have a few things more for Americans. In general the service at the hotel was excellent.

Let me start off by saying the bed was the only thing that I found up to standard. The bathroom counter is dirty also with the shower head/shower tiles. Online there is a list of amenities at this location and half of them are not here. There is no breakfast in the morning, the pool is closed, there is no restaurant, tennis court, golf course, shops, or coffee shop. On top of that, the internet absolutely sucks. I’ve called the front desk 3 times within 15 minutes of being here with several issues. Oh and the TV only has one channel!

The hotel location is very good and easy to find. The service staff is young and thoughtful. In the nearby restaurants, the supermarket is very convenient, and the shopping center is a five-speed taxi ride. There is breakfast, although it is bread, milk, fruit, etc., but you don't have to worry about it early in the morning.

We wanted to try this hotel as it has Japanese toilet. We had a good laugh trying them. Beside this, the room is fine and clean. Stayed here before and it seems to have gotten a bit rougher around the edges. Not really up to date. Could do with a deep clean and new paint. I arrived late at night and there was no more parking available in the garage. So I had to exit the garage and the security guard instructed me to park in front of the restaurant, which is not all that secure. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Roon itself was OK. Everything was there, just not very new. TV channels were limited and WiFI spotty (but did eventually work). If assigned a room at the back, don't expect any views, just that of the freeway off and on ramps.

Hotel room 301 had a nice shower with great water pressure, handrails, seatstool, hand-held shower head, and generally big bathroom. Microwave and fridge in room. Overall nice and cozy as expected from a motel 6!! Plus many breakfast items for purchase in lobby e.g. muffins, ice cream, burritos, etc.
