We really enjoyed our stay this hotel!! The head concierge made all the difference during our stay. He was so informative and really took his time to give us insight on restaurants to eat at and things to do during our stay. When we returned from the W-Trek they already had all our stuff moved in to our room so we didn't have to lug it up the stairs. The breakfast was so good and they had so many options to pick from! The location is fantastic as yo are only a few blocks from the city center which is fantastic!! There are a few negatives that I have to be upfront about (and why I took off one star), even though we were SO appreciative of the staff and the extra effort everyone put in to make our stay great. The hotel has no insulation so you can hear every single thing happening in the place. We could hear people plugging in phone chargers and their entire conversations in the room next to us. I had earplugs so that helped but it was a real bummer for my husband who did not. Also the first night we stayed there we were in a room right by the kitchen area so it was extra loud at 5 am and woke us up. There was also no window in our first room, and it was unbearably hot, but when we asked to be placed in a room with one they immediately moved us. These are just things to be aware of but it did not in any way ruin our experience in the town of Puerto Natales. Again we were so appreciative of the entire staff!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming!!

Easy to check in (despite what Travelocity says), well-located near dinner (Cormorant), wine (The Blend wine bar) and breakfast (Coffee Spot), as well as a well-appointed room with a stove, fridge and more. The view from the room was exceptional, and there is a nice place to sit outside (downstairs in the back) as well. A great deal for a nice room for two!

Lucy runs a very tight ship at Casa Lucy. Her attention to detail and indefatigable energy is truly impressive (if not a bit intimidating). The rooms are spotless and comfortable with good wifi, satellite TV (with CNN in English) and plenty of hot water (be careful, it was a bit gnarly getting in and out of the shower). We had a room on the second level overlooking the backyard, so it was super quiet at night. The only little wrinkle was a misunderstanding over the free breakfast which includes among other things, cooked eggs. When you ask for breakfast at 8 o'clock, it means you'd better show up in the dining room on time. Usually my husband brings me coffee and a pastry in bed because I'm not fit for human interaction first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, this quaint little habit of ours didn't go over so well with our hostess. So, rather than offend Lucy any further, I got dressed and meekly skulked down to breakfast every morning (much to my husband's amusement). But make no mistake, despite the language barrier that others have mentioned in their reviews, Lucy has a big heart and a burning desire to please her guests.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel just outside of town. Watson was a terrific host at reception and they all worked hard to book our trips and make sure we enjoyed our stay. They even managed to get a birthday cake for the special day. The hot tub was a bonus and the food was great. It is only a short taxi to the town and after looking around we’re glad we stayed here. Architectural masterpiece interiors.

The beds are really comfortable, the staff are helpful and very nice, the showers are nice and warm and the rooms are kept toasty (maybe too hot!) :P the only downsides were, the check in process is SOOOOO SLOOOWWWW. It's not a big issue but we stayed twice and both times it was very slow. Also there is only 1 toilet which wasn't a huge issue when we were there but if it was full I'm sure it could have been a bit annoying.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Vendaval on our way into town one night before completing the O trek in Torres del Paine National Park and one night after the trek. Both experiences were excellent and our best on the trip so far. The staff is incredibly helpful, showing us to our rooms, keeping our extra suitcases for over a week at no charge, even helping us make a dinner reservation the night we returned just by emailing them that day. The beds are so comfortable and we were looking forward to returning to them while camping! The breakfast starts at 6 so we had enough time to grab a quick bite before getting into a taxi to the bus station for a 7am bus into the park. The view is also excellent and location is very convenient for restaurants and grocery shopping. I highly recommend staying here if coming through Puerto Natales either as a stopping off point or stay!
