Small hotel 25 minutes walk from the eiffel tower and in front of the volontaires metro station. Good service and warmth from the staff, especially from Kate and Camille. They also sent an email prior to my arrival with recommendations for restaurants, areas and attractions. The rooms are small but nice and clean. They have little amenities like a nespresso machine that are nice touches.

The room is relatively small, close to the exit of the subway station line 12. Health is better, the front desk staff is very friendly, and the small brother at night at the front desk seems to be Chinese. Before leaving the house, you need to keep the key at the front desk. There is no refrigerator in the room, there is heating, and there is a safe. Four or five-story house, two buildings in front and back, the number of rooms is not much, I booked the bed room 108 room is quiet and comfortable, about 30 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. There was no breakfast in the room package booked at the time. Christmas holidays, including taxes for almost 600 nights, I feel okay. I feel that this hotel does not have a restaurant. In fact, this hotel is more like a small hotel.

Nice room. A bit stingy with towels only one every day. Room was clean and I like the wood floors. Cecile and Theresa at the front desk were lovely. I really did not care for the atitude of Juliette when I checked in and the male middle aged man at the front desk in the evening. When I asked the name of Cecille because she was so lovely, he asked me so many questions and wouldn't help me to recieve a delivery of food when I wanted to pop out for 5 minutes. Juliette was just plane rude and loud. Cecille and Theresa were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful.

I really liked this hotel. It’s in a nice spot close to restaurants and markets, also the bus and metro are close by. The photos on here do not look like the rooms now, but they look like they’ve been updated. We had a 2 twin bed room and it was small, but good enough for two people. The beds were quite hard, but the pillows and bedding were nice. It does have a mini fridge, but it is stocked with their items they charge you for, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold. The AC worked great in our room! No problems at all, but we did visit in September. The bathroom was a lot larger than expected. No complaints. We didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. We didn’t really speak to the front desk staff very much either. Most of them did speak a little English. The housekeeper (I saw the same lady all 4 days) does not speak English and I used a translator app to speak to her. She seemed nice. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel is small but very cozy. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, specially Jenny, such a sweet girl. The rooms are small but with enough room for two people (in our case) super comfortable and homey, with a balcony and a lovely view. The beds were big and the bedding really clean and soft. Everything was really clean and organized. Delicious breakfast with pastries and baked goods from local producers. The location was also really good, close to lots of bistro’s, groceries stores and around 15 minutes walking from the Eiffel Tower. At night coming back is super easy and very safe. I wholeheartedly recommend the stay if you’re looking for something simple, cozy and hat feels like a friends house.

Although there was an episode in the middle, I was satisfied with the hotel. [Location] In the 15th district, the public order is very good. There are several convenience stores, drugstores and restaurants around Carrefour. [Transportation] The bus station and subway station can be reached on foot, but because the tour is during the strike, the subway is suspended ~ The bus is super crowded! So you can only walk and taxi. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the tower, 40 minutes to the Louvre, 1.5 hours to Montmartre (the most crazy walk!) [Dining] Hotel breakfast 15 euros per person (in contrast Noodles are really not expensive), and there are many bakeries, cafes, Japanese food and seafood shops around ~ as long as you have enough money, you can find delicious food! [Interlude] Around two o'clock in the morning at 1.1, the fire bell of the hotel suddenly rang! Guests across the hotel fled to the lobby on the first floor! The hotel staff asked all guests to wait outside the hotel, when the outdoor temperature was only minus minus! A lot of guests panic and only escaped in short sleeves! It's so kind to stand outside! After that, the staff brought blankets to keep everyone warm ~ Fortunately, it was finally confirmed that it was a false sound! But we lost our wedding ring in the run and found one night ~ the next morning to ask our luck at the front desk! Sure enough the staff helped find it! Super surprise! Many thanks to the hotel staff!

Very close to the subway entrance, Metro6 and metro10 are very convenient. It takes five or six minutes to take the subway to the Eiffel Tower, and it is estimated that one stop is about one minute. It is also a few stops from the hotel to the Louvre, and it is very convenient to go to the Place de la Concorde and Tuileries Park. Ten minutes walk to the banks of the Seine. The house is small, I booked two double beds, the bathroom is very clean, and the shower is well enclosed. There are no slippers, toothbrushes to heat the kettle, and there are towels, bath towels, and TV heating heaters. Small but beautiful. Breakfast is a simple meal, several kinds of bread, two kinds of juice, yogurt, coffee (machine), several kinds of fruit, sausage, eggs, nuts and oatmeal. You can eat enough.

We were in Paris celebrating our friends 50th, and we wanted a fancy rooftop dinner to end the stay. We were trying to get into Gigi-but ridiculous booking rules applied, and Villa M allowed us to book easily, and normally. Villa M did not disappoint! The food was excellent as were the cocktails. We had some delicious cocktails, which were brought by fun waiters -one resembling Ben Affleck! Really great staff & hosts! Service was great - friendly & fun -with 3 smashes! ;-) The rooftop has the best vibe, so chilled but classy, and the view of the tower was AMAZING! Perfect spot! Would come here again, and would definitely recommend to everyone !

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside

Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

I have stayed at this apartment hotel several times. This time, we were assigned to the 8th floor by the hotel. The room felt very large. It is estimated that the overall area could exceed 26 square meters. Of course, the room facilities are also very good, and simple meals can be prepared. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the commercial center downstairs with sufficient goods. There is a farmer's market nearby on weekends, Tuesdays and Thursdays, making life convenient. They are scarce but they can be saturated. We had room 602. There is a teapot, a fan, a refrigerator, a TV without Russian channels) The only minus is the floors in the bathroom. They are ice) The view from the window is not bad and the main thing is not noisy. Near the hotel 5 metres subway) the hotel recommends. Next trip we choose it again)

Stayed here before returning home, and stayed here in France for the first time. I booked it from different platforms. There is an elevator. You can help keep your luggage when you arrive early or check out. The front desk can speak good English. Toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself. The space is not big, one person and two luggage can not be opened at the same time, but comfortable. This time I stayed on the six floors and the lighting was very good. I forgot to live on the second or third floor before, and the daylighting will be blocked. It's okay to stay for one night. The location is very close to Lyon Railway Station, very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants (going right and turning left) and sushi restaurants nearby (continue to go along the direction of the Chinese restaurant, diagonally opposite the road), it is quite delicious, not particularly expensive, a meal is ten euros up and down, in that location this price should be OK. The difference is that there is a supermarket name on the street probably monop's(monoprix) orange red black match store, you can buy frozen food for fast food, Paris prices are OK.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

I spent 2 nights here for a business trip and had a very nice stay. The room was a bit small but the bed is comfortable and large. I am close to 2 meters tall and fit nicely, which is unfortunately something I don’t see in many other hotels. I appreciated the small details of the room. For example, the curtain is super long and close enough to the window in order to prevent any sunlight from coming in. The temperature is nicely regulated and I never found the room to be too hot or too cold. The staff as well were very welcoming and helpful. I dropped my credit card from my wallet by accident when taking out my room key and the staff were kind enough to inform me that they found it and leave it in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and staff.

Would highly recommend this Hostel. Location is right next to a metro but also a good walking to distance from many other metros and place de la nation which is great for restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hostel so can’t comment on that but the buffet breakfast did look good & all guests get 10% off food and their own beer during the stay. I found all the facilities to be clean, the bathrooms are out with the bedrooms which I find to be good as you don’t have to be dead silent. Could be doing with a door to the urinal and some hooks on the toilet doors and not just the shower door. Rooms are decent sized the only downside was the positioning of the main room lights & switch. if left on overnight was annoying and very bright. Each bed has a light though which is good when the main light is off. Hairdryer also available which can be taken to the bathroom. Friendly staff and large reception/bar area where there is something on most nights with lots of people in attendance. I was a solo traveller this occasion and would recommend to others.
