This is an excellent hotel with smiling and very helpful staff and a perfect location. The minute you step ouside from the door you are just in the centre of the main avenue packed up with the restaurants, the shops . The street is lively 24 hrs....Its only 15 minutes walking distance to many historcial sights like the Belgrade Fort etc....Had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights during our visit to Belgrade. If I go to Belgrade again I will surely stay at the same place therefore I highly recommend to everyone.

A small boutique hotel converted from an old building conveniently located right next to Belgrade famous pedestrian street, Knez Mihajlova. Room is small but cozy, housekeeping is spotless clean and staffs are friendly. As this is a small hotel, working hours for the staff is till 2300 and guests were given excess card so guests can freely enter or exit the building at any time . I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and it was unfortunate that I was given a room next to a family with small kid who comes back every night at midnight. Kid was crying non stop and adults were screaming till 2 am every night for my entire 5 nights stay. As the hotel is converted from an old building, the wall partition is paper thin and the noise of kid crying, adults screaming is as though they are in my room. The hotel is fully booked, hence the helpful and apologetic staff can't do much so I have to bare with the noise for my entire stay. I would recommend this hotel but if you are a light sleeper, be upfront and do highlight to the hotel that you would prefer a quiet room

I stayed 5 nights at Prince Hall in two ‘blocks’. For the first block I stayed in a room that was more like an apartment with a small kitchen with full sized fridge - it was pretty glam! It faced the main street and never got too loud to sleep. It was a great room to spend 5 days. Two things I would say could be improved about this room: (1) more amenities in the kitchen. It seemed like you could cook in there, but you’d have to bring your own cutlery, crockery etc. Didn’t bother me as I didn’t plan to cook at all! (2) the room needs thicker curtains. It never got truly dark which made it harder for me to sleep. The second time I stayed at Prince Hall this holiday I was in one of the more modern rooms. This was much smaller than the other room, but also more up to date. Perfect for a one or two night stay as mine was! The location is so good for exploring Belgrade on foot. It’s right in the middle of Kneza Mihaila so there are plenty of dining options on the doorstep, a quick walk to the fortress and Republic Square, 20 mins to Saint Sava and Nikola Tesla museum.., everywhere! What really made Prince Hall for me though were the ladies on reception! Super friendly and kind, they even called the train station for me when I didn’t understand something about my onward journey. Best hotel staff I’ve ever met! If I go back to Belgrade, which I certainly would, I would stay here again no question.

Loved the hotel. Boutique hotel but with everything you would want. Small fitness centre, nice bar/restaurant area for breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Had a junior suite on the top floor, no real view but room was nicely laid out and modern. Great bathroom. Breakfast was good, choices of cereals, pastries, some hot dishes and salads and fruits. Location is great. Less than 5 mins walk from republic square and less than that to the main pedestrian shopping street. Well located for all the main Belgrade sights to be honest - 10 min walk to the fortress. Not sure you could find a better location for sightseeing. We took the airport bus (number 72) from outside terminal 1 (if you come into terminal 2 then make sure you head upstairs to T1 departures). Bus was comfortable and cheap 150 Dinar each but it literally stops every 100yds so it took over and hour.....and then 15 min walk up the hill to the hotel. We got the hotel shuttle back to the airport for €25, took 15 mins and much more comfortable! Food wise - we ate at Mala Gostinica and Plato (5 min walk from hotel) - both really good local fare, more choice at the latter. Also had snacks at Drama Cevapi which was fun.

They were sooo nice and professional! The driver was waiting for me as expected, he took me directly to the place and a very friendly guy came to pick me up to help me with my suitcase! He also welcomed me in a really nice and helpful way! Thank you!! The place is a really great deal, I was so tired after my trip but everything was simply perfect! The place is incredibile clean and you can get a coffee or whatever you want from the minibar! The bathroom is 10/10! I stayed in a more expensive hotel later and I missed this shower!!! The room is cozy and they provide a really helpful kettle/tea for free for breakfast! Generous amount of towels and basic toiletry set! Can only recommend!

Stayed there for two nights. The hotel is perfectlt located in the old city. Our room was spacious and very clean, with an extra big comfortable bed, and facilities such as a mini bar, electrical cattle and a big cupboard. They also supply you with a sell phone with a local sim, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly and helped us with every question and wish. Breakfast rich and delicious. Highly recommended!

I’m Tough On Reviews, So Here We Go! My First Impression Of The Hotel Was Being Greeted With Smiles From Katerina Who Was A Great Customer Service Professional. The Hotel Is Difficult To Find Without Guidance. It’s About 5 or 6 Rooms In A Run Down Building. The Entry To The Building Is Not Appealing. The Elevator Is Extremely Small, Dated And Needs Renovation. Once I Got To My Room It Was Much Smaller Than I Expected. If You Like Nice Rooms To Have Nice Fit & Finish, These Rooms Do Not Meet High Standards. The Furniture Was Scratched Up, The Walls Needed Painting, The Shower Drains Water Extremely Slow. Some Lights Were Out On The Vanity. If You Want You Room To Be Cleaned Ensure You Are Out Of You Room Before 1400 For Service. I Was Told The Cleaning Lady Leaves After 1400. My Room Was Not Cleaned The Last Day I Stayed Due To Not Meeting This Time Frame! If I Am On Vacation I Want Room Service When I Want It. No Breakfast Available! This Hotel Has High Speed Internet. The Worker At The Front Desk Leaves At 2200. This Hotel Is Centrally Located In The Centrum. This Hotel Is Ok Depending On Your Expectation! If Fit & Finish, Breakfast, And 24 Hour Assistance Is Not Important Than This Is Your Place. If You Want A Amazing Nice Size Room With Fit & Finish, With 24 On-site Support, Breakfast And Other Amenities This Is Not Your Hotel. I Have Attached A Few Photos Of The Lack Of Fit & Finish For Your Review. Due To My Standards I Do Not Recommend This Hotel.

Courtyard? Still a home upgrade? 700 yuan does not contain breakfast, stayed for five nights, regret it. The surrounding environment is good. The location is very clean, the room is very clean, the hardware is very poor, such as the upgraded version... Not worth the price. Low price, no change of bath towels, bed sleep for three nights without changing sheets and quilt cover, water does not give. The shower room design is very problematic, the water is all scattered outside, the toilet button is behind the toilet lid, wonderful, very poor ...

We booked here for three weeks and I cannot fault the room or hotel one bit. Stayed in the Elizabeth Suite (strongly recommend anyone staying her to book an executive suite - pay extra, extremely worth it). The room was extremely spacious queen bed, couch, BIW, desk, safe, mini bar, huge bathroom with an inbuilt TV. The room was serviced everyday, the housekeepers do an amazing job (my pyjamas were folded everyday!!!!). The location was another perk. It is walking distance to EVERYTHING. We rarely needed a taxi to go anywhere it was that convenient. You are surrounded by shops, outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, bars - our only problem was we didn't know where to go to eat with so many options! The reception area was clean and the staff couldn't have been more amazing if they tried. In particular Marija and Tatjana would literally be the reason why we would book here, stay again and recommend them to the whole of Sydney! They helped us with anything and everything we asked for. The ladies were very welcoming and friendly. It felt like we were staying with family and not a hotel we found online. I defiantly would book here again (and will be booking again next June). You could not find a better hotel, especially staff in Belgrade if you tried!!

I am a UK Travel Agent currently staying at the Majestic Hotel, my first stay at this hoel and it definitely won't be my last. I have been to Belgrade many times and stayed at a variety of hotels, some good, some not so good. The Majestic is in the most perfect location, right in the heart of the centre of the city, in the pedestrian zone. The hotel has an art deco charm about it, spotlessly clean, the staff have been very professional and friendly at all times during my stay. My room is lovely, it's quite big and has a balcony, it's not one of the greatest views but I like having that bit of outside space. The restaurant and bar areas are very nice, breakfast is good standard, so far the food has been excellent. This hotel has not disappointed me in any way, I will be a repeat customer. A great place to stay, in a great city.

The hotel is located in the old town and is very convenient for travel. The hotel's rooms are warm and comfortable, with white wooden floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony with iron railings overlooking the street view below. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are fully equipped. It is a 10-minute walk to the Grand Duke Street of Mihailo. The front desk staff is very warm and friendly. When you check out, you can also call a taxi to the airport. It is also only 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the bridge over the Danube River that connects the new Old Town. The bakery on the right hand side of the hotel can provide a rich Serbian breakfast (various breads, burgers, milk, yoghurt, coffee...), 2 minutes walk to the corner of the street and a pizza shop, the pizza is oversized and tastes super Thumbs up! It is worth a visit. The overall evaluation of the hotel is very good!

I just returned from a 5-night stay at this property. I'd describe it as a mixed bag. Not sure of hotel rating criteria there--I'd hardly class this as 4*. On the positive side-- 1. There's no better a location in Belgrade--it's right on Republic Square--walking distance to just about everything of interest in Belgrade. Restaurants, shopping, money exchange--all abundant and within steps. 2. The staff were also courteous and helpful. 3. Room was neat and clean all the time. On the negative side-- 1. It's on the 5th floor of an old office building--had I not read about this in previous reviews, I'd never have known. Fortunately, the cabbie knew the place, and pointed it out to me from where he dropped me. 2. Two tiny elevators operate most of the time. When I checked out yesterday, only one was working. There is a staircase that wreaks of cigarette smoke. No smoking in the hotel proper--but the old building's staircase isn't part of the hotel. 3. Traveling solo, I needed only a single room. Not sure how many they have, but the one I got was a double sold as a single. Tiny room, occupied almost entirely by a double bed. There was perhaps half a meter on one side of the bed--the other side was firmly against a wall. There was a little table/desk with a mini-fridge under it, and beside it, a closet that included a safe. There was perhaps an 80cm passage between foot of bed and these two pieces of furniture. Only place to open a trolley was on the unused side of the double bed. I think they should have furnished this room (519) with a twin bed, and left a bit of room to move around. There was a bathroom with shower stall, and plenty of hot water. No ridge or rubber gasket under the shower door, so water flooded the entire bathroom floor. 4. Contrary to the TripAdvisor listing, there IS NO free breakfast UNLESS IT'S PAID FOR. That means IT ISN'T FREE! And it's not in-house at all, but at a coffee shop on ground floor of building. 5. In an email exchange just before my arrival, I asked if room had a pot for water and coffee-tea; I was told there would be a pot and tea. True to their word--a couple of tea bags and packets of sugar--but no coffee. I asked about coffee--nada; I asked about a bit of milk for the coffee--I was told there was a grocery a few doors up the street, How much would it have cost them to put a few instant coffee packets and a 500cc box of milk in the room? Pennies! I have deliberated whether to class it as 'average' or 'very good'--it's somewhere in between. Were I to return to Belgrade, would I also return to this hotel? Maybe.

As a couple we spend some relaxing days in Belgrade. This time we chose the brand-new Hotel Centar No.1. This hotel has a prime location, just a few steps from Knez Mihajlova street. The rooms are tastefully and minimalistically furnished, and I liked the double large windows overlooking the central Republic Square. The staff members were very friendly, we enjoyed great breakfasts in the cozy dining room atmosphere. Since it is difficult to get a hotel with a parking space in the center of Belgrade, we were very pleased that the Centar No.1 hotel has its own parking lot not far from the hotel (close to Skadarlija). Private parking space is reserved only for the guests of the hotel and very well secured. We were very excited about the hotel and will definitely stay at Center No.1 next time we visit Belgrade.

We just wandered in for coffee. Lovely building and the service/food was excellent. Glad to find non smoking area inside. Piano was playing. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so we were lucky to find a seat. I think reservations would be advised.

I visited Zira twicely - in September and October 2020. Both times the experience was fantastic! The best service and food ever! The staff are very lovely, attentive, helpfull and accomodating. Room was impeccable clean and fabulous. Receptionist Rade, guys from F&B and especially HK staff are all very professional and great to deal with. I would definitely book ZIRA again and would recommend to anyone planning to visit Belgrade. Thank you for the best stay.
