Be careful! There are two hotel buildings, I suppose the one with the reception is good, but the other one must be avoided. I booked a DELUXE Room, but ended up in a room you can't find on any photo of a hotel. I've told the hotel that I'll arrive after midnight and they said no problem. At check in, everything was great, pleasant staff, big smiles and all that, until I entered my room. The room was in the second building, big, but super smelly and old. Went back to the reception, received apologies and given an upgrade to a suite. Ok, that's fair, I guessed. Entered the suite, which was huge, but super old and not that smelly. I decided to spend the night there, with a promise that I'll be given a room I booked tomorrow (BTW, I booked 3 nights). Tried to take a shower and there wasn't any hot water, went to the reception again and said that's it, I want to cancel my booking and leave the hotel. The reception lady was super nice, even though I wasn't. She couldn't give me a refund, until her manager confirmed. I stayed for one night, had breakfast, which was a great buffet. Refund for the other 2 nights was approved and I left. You'll find pictures of the ”Suite” I got as an upgrade, it can't be found as a choice while making the booking. I recommend to avoid the second building and stay at the building with the reception.

It's a very large hotel set right upon the railway line, that's a direct walkway to the station. Checkin was very busy and staff weren't so friendly on all interactions with them, but efficient and functional. Bear in mind that you're going to get noise whether you're in the rail line side or other side from traffic, but if you close the bathroom door the noise is minimized. There was a jug and 2 mugs in the room, nice new bedding and a clean renovated bathroom. Noise from the corridor can be loud with people talking and doors slamming but again, for the price it's quite a good option with an undercover walkway across a busy road to the airport rail line which makes for an easy early morning flight. There's a 500thb deposit, for what I don't know, the rooms are pretty spartan, anyway never mind. That's all, I'd have to have a think if I'd stay again. Hope this helps, good luck

Newly opened, the overall environment is similar to Home Inns in China, and the bedding is okay. During the Spring Festival in February, the price/performance ratio is unbeatable. There is just a problem with the drainage in the bathroom. I hope the store can improve it. About 100 meters back from the door, you can take a boat directly to the city!

Very comfortable, friendly staffs, good value for breakfast. Although the train station is 500m from the hotel, it's gonna be quite challenging to drag your luggage from the Ramkhamhaeng ARL station. The hotel is also very near with halal restaurant which is Sophia Restaurant. The only weaknesses is that when the room service clean up your room, they didn't top up the bottled water, tissues, laundry bag is only for one person although our room is superior twin that is for two persons. The hotel also didn't provide toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste so you need to bring it by your own. You can take the taxi from the hotel to Suvarnabhumi airport and its cheap, only cost us 100++ bhat. Overall a good and pleasant stay here and would be happy to stay here again when I'm travelling to Bangkok again.

Good value for money, and big spacious serviced apartment with modern decor. Hotel seems relatively new with a big smart TV and sports channels available. Without all the bell and whistles of 5 stars hotels, but slept very comfortably at night. Hotel is near the highway and hence slightly noisy from the traffic but no issue for me i could still sleep well. Able to get bowls and utensils if u ask the staff. Only downside is the location is abit out of the way, but if u can use grab then thonglor/ekkamai is within 10 min drive

Looking at Aspira Residence online I expected a good mid class hotel room. What I found was a room which did not even have soap at the sink in the bathroom. No amenities that are normal for this kind of hotel. Just 1 tiny shower gel and shampoo in the shower which was not enough for 2 people. There was a hair dryer in the room but it was not possible to use it in the bathroom as there are no electricity outlets in the bathroom. Using the hair dryer in the room was interesting as I could not use it in front of the mirrow - because there were also no electricity outlets nearby. But THE MAIN PROBLEM for me was that the room was absolutely not sound proof. We heard the other rooms and noice from the streets below all night. There was a water boiler but no choices for coffee and teas, no sugar or creamer. The bed was too hard, also not clean. Several hairs in the bed as well as black spots on the sheet.

First of all, i want to defend this property Glow Sukhumvit 71 hotel. I read some reviews complaining about other customers making excessive noise. If we all was mature respectable and reasonable people then we wouldn't make loud noise after 10 pm as the signs all around the hotel asked. My review is going to be long wifh great details as a worldwide traveler and honored us military veteran. First the customer service front desk clerks are all very professional, they treat me always with a positive professional welcome. Also i have personally talked with the elder security man, he is awesome person. I very much respect him working long hours and helping keep the customers safe. This place is so clean i can say i havent even got biten by any mosquitoes, if you know you know south east asia has many mosquitoes that bites. Also the air conditioner works well. For the price i paid, thats way more compensation $26 / night delux suite with kitchen and balcony, cable tv with free YouTube. House keeping is always so clean and working hard, bed so comfortable and super clean bed sheets. Full size refrigerator and freezer come on, this place deserves 5 stars. As a man i feel safe staying the nights here, i have never seen anyone suspicious looking on property or anything out of ordinary loitering in the clean lobby. Also lobby wifi gives you enough time to ask for grab ride or food delivery. Something not all hotels have available. Keep up the great work

The overall environment is OK. The room has a small balcony, which is a floor-to-ceiling window. Household noise is not very good, such as the high quality of sleep requirements need to be cautious, the overall cost is relatively high.

Booked this place for my sister because it’s near my apartment, It could easily fit in 3 ppl in the room but felt that the service was a bit meh and thinking it might be because we were only staying one night. They gave us only one key for 2 ppl and when we tried to access the room at first, we realized they didn’t even unlock the key for us so we had to make another trip to the reception just to unlock the key. The bathroom had little to no amenities and it didn’t looked very clean for a newly built hotel, we didn’t have complimentary drinks like mentioned or if it was self served, no one told us about it. There were no slippers in the bedroom. It’s definitely pricey for the location but service and amenities are not up to par.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10,This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ,the bed is huge and comfortable ,the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. If I still go to Bangkok, I will consider staying here^•^

I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the service fell short of expectations. Despite the staff's presence, their demeanor didn't reflect enthusiasm or hospitality, leaving me somewhat disappointed. One area that particularly left me wanting was the breakfast spread. The options were limited, lacking variety and creativity. This aspect of the stay detracted from the overall experience, as breakfast is often considered a highlight of hotel stays. On a positive note, the location of the hotel was satisfactory, offering convenience for exploring the surrounding area. In summary, while Hotel jal impresses with its cleanliness and acceptable location, the lackluster service and uninspiring breakfast options detract from the overall experience.
