Conveniently situated in the center of town. Always free, freshly brewed coffee and tea available from a self-service point. Free parking right outside the hotel. Well assorted supermarket with everyday commodities close by. Plenty of restaurants and fast-food options near by. Some of the hotel's hallway areas may appear a bit worn, but the spacious room was nice, the bed was great, and the hotel was clean and tidy.

- It started on arrival. I waited 15 minutes for a member of staff to arrive to help me. Then I had to rent my own bed linen to be able to sleep in a made bed and now the following; - When I booked the mixed dorm I thought I was going to share the room with people of my age, travelling and exploring, like in every hostel, but it is not even close.. - My usb charging point and night light both do not work. - At night I feel the bars of the bed through the mattress in my back. - The washing machines look unhygienic, so I don't even dare to wash my clothes in them - I thought there would be a “kitchen”, but that is also very disappointing to be honest. - There's a smell of bacon and pizza everywhere and it's in my coat and all my clothes now too. - The room stinks unbelievably. There were bags full of empty beer cans in the room last night. But also a smell of sweat and dirty clothes/bedlinnen. - It's super hot and stuffy in the room and you can not even get some fresh air flow, becouse you can open the windows just only a tiny bit. - The bathroom smells like urine and it is very unsanitary. Even after the cleaners cleaned it. So now I go to urban camper hostel to take a shower there, becouse this is just.. unhealthy.

I booked 18 nights here (1st half for vacation and 2nd half for medical treatment). There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.

The waiter greeted very well and explained the hotel facilities. The location is a bit far away. It would be more convenient to have a private car. The two people gave a large family room. Really nice new hotel. Kudos for the bedding, often in Denmark the bed is made like you are at a hostel, but here it is really nice. The room is small, but sufficient l, and the bathroom is nice with an enclosed walk in shower. Huge tv and floor to roof windows makes it a pleasant room to stay at. It is simple and I don’t think I would recommend a longer stay, but for that the Residence inn is right next door. Nordhavn is a new area, but with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. I can recommend Husted wine bar. Free nice breakfast is a plus.

The hotel is a little outside of the center, but is well reached by the metro or even by the bus. The room was relatively small. But you know that already at the booking. It made us feel like a youth hostel rather than a hotel. There is also a need to dress the beds themselves. These are very comfortable. But breakfast was very generous for this hotel category. The rooms were very clean in the morning. The more guests had used them, the more they had needed cleaning again. It's already bad, you don't leave the rooms as you wish to meet them. Washing the washing venue shortly after use if you have polluted it wouldn't be a big thing ... We're very late. This was agreed with the hotel and the room keys were deposited. To reach them, we could choose a certain telephone number, where then we were explained how to reach the key cards. Unfortunately, they still worked to get into the staircase, but not for our room. We had to call again and wait for a staffer to reprogramme the cards at half two in the morning. That was not very pleasant for him and us. It would be better if the room cards were tested before depositing for such cases. As a compensation we have offered breakfast for it. However, of course, we are very happy!

I don't recommend someone to stay in this hotel since rooms are very dirty and specially bathroom . I stayed here 3 times and every time was the same! Toilet and shower curtain had a lot black/brown residues from bio film. I took photos and showed to receptionist but they didn't took my complain serious and improved cleaning level. Definitely my last stay here!
