Superb hotel , beautiful room , ambience was amazing , right from reception and throughout the stay the hotel staff made our stay very comfortable. Hotel was beautiful exterior and interior. I felt that I was staying in my own place. I would definitely stay here again. A special mention to Mr.Sanjiv 🧓 (front desk) he’s been helpful all the time I have checked in hotel. He’s such a humble *** and helped me a lot during the stay to explore city and from my very first time in SANGAM till now Mr. Sanjiv been really helpful and with such an ease & calm he did all the need. I am utterly disgusted by the horrendous experience I had at your establishment just week ago. I ordered a cup of coffee to my room, only to be served a flask containing tiny worms floating in the cup. It's beyond belief that such a repulsive incident occurred under your roof. When we confronted the server about this nauseating discovery, he callously claimed that the particles were merely paper dust from sugar bags. As if that wasn't appalling enough, upon emptying the flask, we discovered flies at the bottom. The lack of empathy and responsibility from your staff is infuriating. No one bothered to inquire about my well-being after consuming a concoction that you call coffee. Your promise to ”take action” is nothing but a hollow statement, considering the blatant disregard for customer health and safety. How dare you run a hospitality business without the basic decency to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the products you serve? I find it absolutely unacceptable that I had to endure such a nightmarish experience at your establishment. The blatant negligence and lack of accountability from your end are not only disappointing but also raise serious questions about the standards of your business. I de***d immediate and concrete actions to address this matter. Your negligence has not only ruined my stay but also jeopardized my health for couple of days. It's appalling that I have to express my anger and frustration in such a ***ner, but your lack of concern leaves me with no choice. I expect a swift and comprehensive resolution to this issue, ***** with a sincere and unequivocal apology. Your customers deserve better!! Also the tv cable was not checked before the room was given. The TV was not working properly at all.

We visited this property after being there 20 years ago. Still a fab property. Staff exceptional. Place requires a lot of repairs and I am sure they are on to it. The only thing we were very upset was - about our drivers accommodation and food. A GRT run property DOES NOT provide food or not even a cup of tea. The accommodation provided had serious issues with mosquitos so our driver slept in the car. The location of the property was away from shops and other accommodation so to have a cup of coffee our driver had to drive a fair distance. I escalated this to the ***agement mid way of our stay - of course the answer was we will do it sir - but absolutely nothing happened. We plan to be back again as we like the place. But if this is not improved we will reluctantly look for alternatives.

We stayed in this hotel from 21st to 25th of February 2024. Great location, great staff and friendly and helpful receptionist. lovely and great first impression of the hotel. The room was clean, stylish, roomy with all the modern amenities. We had breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the ” Annalakshmi Restaurant” the food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future whenever i visit kumbakonam. I would like to mention Mr.Santhosh Babu - GM, Mr.Shiva, Mr.Bhaskar and Mr.Prabhakar at the reception were very helpful in making our stay a comfortable one.

One of the best and luxurious hotels in this region . Though a little expensive for this region, the pricing is definitely right for the kind of stay we get . Rooms are pretty clean and wow . The landscape and the reception areas are planned artistically . Car parking area is absolutely fine though it’s an open one . Restaurant is neat and the food is good just that the cost of some items do not match the quantity . A slight increase in the quantity served should set things right . The staff is very courteous and approachable. Indeed we missed a small gadget when we checked out , upon calling them to enquire on it , they confirmed about finding same and have couriered to our location . Thanks specially to Rinkesh .
