0.09km from MaraisteiBooked based on location before reading reviews so was a little nervous about what to expect. Have to say I saw no evidence of the poor maintenance shown in some photos, the public areas of the hotel and our room were in perfect order and very clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the front desk is manned 24x7. We arrived far too early for check-in hoping we could just leave our bags but the room was ready so they let us have it right away. They kept hold of our bags for us until an evening flight on check-out day too. The room was quite small but that's normal for the old buildings in the area. Shower was over the bath but decent pressure. Location is ideal, at the quieter end of one of the less busy streets in the Marais, so only two minutes walk from all the cafes, bars and restaurants but not too noisy. I will happily book again next time I'm working in Paris.
0.15km from MaraisteiLe 1er Etage in Marais is a lovely small hotel in central Paris in a very stylish area. The service is exceptional, the rooms are roomy, stylish, decorated with beautiful details and treasures sourced from the famous antique flea markets, and most importantly quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of the traffic and crowds. The breakfast is fabulous, and the service is authentic and friendly. I will definitely come back.

0.22km from MaraisteiPrice is reasonable. Perfect Location as the nearest METRO LIne is less than 100 meters away. Surrounded by restaurants of different cuisines. There was a Japanese restaurant at the back street , a Mcdonalds ( for our comfort breakfast) about a block away , a Chinese restaurant nearby that served authentic braised beef noodle soup and gyoza and different bars and restos to give you one gastronomic experience. Front desk guys were very helpful , they helped us print out our boarding passes for our early flight to Lourdes, they also arranged for a Taxi to pick us up early and bring us to the airport. No elevator but it was okay since we were in Room 108 just a short flight of stairs and we were in our room. WHen back in PAris , I will definitely book with them again and I highly recommend getting your accommodations with them too.
0.3km from MaraisteiI've stayed at this hotel on several occasions in the past, and after a 10 year gap I returned to Paris for a few days and booked again. I was not disappointed! The location is just excellent...Pompidou is a block away, BHV literally opposite. Le Marais, Notre Dame etc. are a short stroll, and everywhere else a quick metro ride away. I was in town for work but even being tired at the end of the day, getting out to eat and sightsee in the evenings was effortless. The hotel has a contemporary boutique feel - stylish but subtle and nicely updated since my previous visits. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and my room was modern and comfortable. I opted for the express breakfast each morning, which offers juice, coffee and a selection of wonderful fresh breads and pastries. A perfect start to my day and again served by a welcoming and friendly member of staff. I can't recommend this place enough, and I will be returning on my next Paris visit!

0.35km from MaraisteiI stayed here for 4 nights in May 2019. I had a superior double,(room 222 I think) and the room was very nice, it was clean & big enough for me, tho it may be a bit crowded for 2, but that's just Paris :) It had a fridge & a Nespresso machine, which was great! I actually hardly got any sleep as there is a cafe opposite which was really loud until 2am, then the traffic started around 5am, and there appears to be no sound proofing as I had the windows shut and it was still really noisy, even with earplugs! It was such a pity as the hotel itself is lovely (tho in need of a bit of tidying up, especially the bathroom) and the staff are fantastic, very friendly. It is in the Marais district and easy walking to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. And 5 mins walk to a Metro stop which gives you great access to all of Paris.I would definitely recommend it as long as you are not a light sleeper (perhaps other rooms may be quieter?)
0.41km from MaraisteiFrom the moment you walk into the hotel your emotions and senses are elevated. It was a cold day in Paris, and we could not find a place to find a massage. Luckily for us we stumbled into Sinner and YES they had room for two people. Afterwards we used the steam room, pool, and were asked if we wanted to see the other rooms. Of Course! There are multiple rooms for every person and every desire. Not a single detail was left out and the price is reflected with each upgraded room. After our tour we immediately canceled our hotel overlooking the Eiffel tower that was booked later that week so we could make our reappearance before going home. When we returned from Italy the staff again was welcoming and remembered who we were several days earlier. A sweet handwritten note was in our room as well as a bottle of Sinner Champagne on ice. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant that was brilliantly prepared. There is a club like atmosphere during the evening that surrounds the entire lounge and restaurant. Complete with candles and a sensual smell that is not overwhelming. When you walk to your room there is complete secrecy protecting you from the hotel. No access is granted unless you have a hotel key and everything is black and dark red walking though the hallways. The rooms have surround sound in the bathroom, shower, toilet, room, and hallway. Every room has a record player and there are so many books with a variety of topics. (smile) When we called for room service they arrived within minutes. The bed was easily so comforting and plush. The shower was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful last night in Paris. We look forward to visiting again and heard you may be in Rome with a similar concept.
0.43km from MaraisteiA stay at Home Sweet Home - Marais places you in the heart of Paris, within a 10-minute walk of Picasso Museum and Museum Georges Pompidou. 0.44km from MaraisteiMaybe this has changed, but the times I have stayed there were no elevators. Get the coffee brought to your room in the morning, and don't expect the cab driver to know where this tiny hotel is. Just ask to be let off at the Pompidou Museum of Modern Art, and walk to the St. Merry Cathedral across from it. The hotel is attached to the Cathedral. I couldn't get a room there on my last trip, and was very disappointed.
0.47km from MaraisteiStayed 9 nights. Got a room in the 5' floor with balcony. Small but very nice. Superb location, some 20 m. from the Rue Rivoli on a quiet small street. No noise at all. Meters from St. Jaques Tour and the Hotel de Ville (Municipality). Exit from the Hotel de Ville Metro station, exit Rue Coutellierie, has mechanic stairs till the street which is not so common. For elderly people, or with baby trolleys, etc. is perfect. Walking distance from Forum des Halles, Louvre, Pompidou Center, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, etc. Everyone speaks english. Stephan speaks Spanish as well. Very nice and helpful good looking and cooperative guy. Completely refrubrished. Insulated walls prevent from any noise from other rooms or street which is anyway very quiet. Beautiful, small bathroom. Small but has everything. New furniture. Wooden floor. New and very good quality of towels. Very good heating. Kettle and coffe machine in the room. Now cons: not everything is bright: The room is perfect but very very small. Has very little shelves and room for clothes. Beautiful but extremely small. Need to improve exterior entrance which is brown, dark, and old, leaving a not nice impression. Nice and clean lobby but outside look, needs improvement. Same with the corridors rugs. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends, those who don't mind to stay in a very small room - but very nice and pleasant.
0.5km from MaraisteiUnfortunately our shower and the door was broken, but it was fixed really fast. The service is good. We were very satisfied. The Location of the Apartment is Beautifull and the workers from WS are nice
0.51km from MaraisteiI can't speak to the other rooms in the hotel but I loved the loft room, it felt like our own Paris apartment. It does overlook a school across the way and the children are rather rambunctious BUT you shouldn't be sitting in your room all day long, you're supposed to be out sight-seeing (and they are very much not in school after 4 or 5 PM). It was immaculately clean (I hate carpets and comforters, and liked how modern and crisp everything was) and centrally located in the city. The nearest big train station is Les Halles but there is a smaller metro stop around the corner called Arts and Metiers. I would definitely come back and stay here, I loved it. I don't like hotels that FEEL like hotels so this was perfect!
Hotels Near Maraistei In Paris Review
The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
Convinrent airport hotel perfect for what I needed. Short walk away from transit train dirent to the terminal. Very helpful staff. Front staff speaks good English and when I had small problem in the room the reception staff fixed it swiftly and changed my room. The maintenance man who helped fixing was also super helpful and friendly. Thanks very much !
