Despite fully occupied over New Year, Management and staff were simply great, to the smallest detail, and we must have known by name and appreciated at least a dozen of them, too many to mention them all. Yes, the rooms and amenities are getting aged, but they do a great job keeping it all clean, and perfectly working. Location is the best you could think of, on the beach, but only a short (partly steep, but only for 100 m or so) walk to myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops. We’ll be back!

What I particularly love is space. Even if the hotel is full, one is never bothered by other people as the place is huge. The main pool is gigantic and there are two or three others ( I am not sure) . The main restaurant is pure Fasano style elegance with the perfect discreet chic light at night whilst the beach restaurant by the beach is simply awsome : bare feet to eat a grilled fish looking at Itapororoca beach whilst listening to an amazing dj ( Monika the last time I was there ). E embora a funcionária tivesse dito que dava para um corredor, não tinha muita acústica e ouvíamos as vezes conversas do outro quarto, o que tirou um pouco a privacidade! Voltaria a me hospedar novamente, mas seria mais criteriosa ao reservar algum quarto!

A cozinha tem os aparatos mínimos para ser usada confortavelmente. O quarto tinha uma cama confortável e o ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. Usamos também um berço portátil para o nosso bebê. Seria legal ter ar condicionado na parte da sala/cozinha também. O chuveiro do banheiro era OK (podia ser melhor) e nosso banheiro tinha um forte cheiro de ralo. A piscina estava limpa e é bem gostosa mas realmente não tem muitas cadeiras e guarda-sol. O café da manhã é bom, com opção de frutas, sucos, pães, bolos, frios, iogurte e também pode pedir para fazer omelete ou tapioca (que demora e não é gostosa). O café é servido na barraca da praia que fica do outro lado da rua (que é bem movimentada), ou seja: tem que andar um pouco, então não é muito prático para quando se tem crianças pequenas ou idosos viajando junto. A limpeza é OK mas poderia melhorar - principalmente a limpeza do banheiro. A parte da jardinagem é muito bem cuidada e há muitos mosquitos (não é uma reclamação - só uma informação). Acho que a parte da comida oferecida pelo restaurante pode melhorar muito! Falo desde a qualidade em si até o capricho. A parte boa é que o restaurante pode mandar a sua comida até o seu quarto e isso é bem legal quando se viaja com crianças pequenas. O ruim é que quando fomos estavam faltando muitas opções no cardápio, então nossas escolhas ficaram bem limitadas. O hamburguer que pedimos estava horrível, parecia um carvão, já a pizza estava OK. Mas quando levam a comida até o seu quarto, não levam nem guardanapo. Além disso, as louças em que vinham as comidas, nunca eram retiradas pelo pessoal da limpeza. De forma geral a proposta do hotel é muito boa, mas há a necessidade de melhorar em alguns aspectos como falei acima.
