The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and approachable. Hotel inspired by the old Juliet's house in southern Italy My room has a view of the sea and the Cầu Hôn bridge, the meaning of this bridge is Kiss Bridge or Propose, this is a play on Vietnamese words. Besides, you can also watch the fireworks right at the balcony of the room every night. At sunset, sitting in front of the hotel with a bottle of beer and a few friends is really relaxing The weather is great with rest, the local cuisine is amazing. If you come to Phu Quoc, I recommend you to experience at this wonderful house

|18.12km from city centerI travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. My best wish remain with the staff of the Hotel specifically with the Breakfast room management

Due to the clear waters and calm seas in the west, it is suitable for swimming. Mango bay restaurant is very close to the net red black rock reef hotel, the price is very expensive, you can take a photo. There are many eating and convenience stores around, fruit stand Shakyamuni 60,000, durian 110,000, the price of one kilogram. Don't go to no name roadside restaurant for dinner. The vic lavender lavender next to the drunk monkey hotel?

|21.42km from city centerOur Group of 10 arrived at this peaceful little resort and quickly felt like part of the family. The rooms are comfortable with great views, air conditioning and super comfy beds! Their is no beach but a built up sand area with grass for lawn chairs, steps that lead into shallow crystal clear water. This area is perfect for snorkelling, kayaking and ocean swimming. The resort has a beautiful pool surrounded by the little bungalow rooms and just a couple feet from the open air restaurant. The restaurant food is made fresh to order and may take a bit longer but with the relaxed pace of the resort this never felt like an issue. The coral reef in front of the resort is beautiful and one can spend hours exploring bright coloured fish, crabs, octopus and other ocean treasures. Just up the street are markets and places to rent mopeds to explore the area. Resort is about 20 min from Vinpearl resort. All of us loved our stay at Hula Hula. The owners and staff pay attention to every detail of your stay and we can’t wait to return!

|9.81km from city centerI was at 2 am, and I stayed at Novotel the day before. It was next to Novotel, and it was the transition after I checked out at Novotel at noon. The location is very convenient, shopping and eating are settled downstairs. After noon, you can go to the beach to play, the hotel has a free car to the beach, the beach is actually connected to the beach of Novotel, but if you take pictures, this beach is beautiful at dusk. Due to the lack of maintenance on the beach, there is a lot of debris. Speaking back to the room, very good, 240 yuan, take the balcony, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is also very clean. Not bad

However, the resort lobby was uncomfortably hot due to its open space concept upon arrival. Despite this, our room was fantastic and included a private pool. Unfortunately, the resort layout lacked open space and ocean views, making everything feel closed and stuffy. Additionally, there was no airport transfer provided, which is disappointing given the resort's high price point compared to other resorts. On the other hand, the food was the highlight of our stay, with some dishes being hits and others misses. The beef and chicken pho were amazing, but the egg benedict was not good. Overall, while we had an amazing experience and would consider returning, we don't think it's worth the high price for most occasions.

Would recommend. My room is a private double bed room with a balcony and ac, no tv, no safe, bathroom is downstairs and shared. Nice touches like hooks on the walls and linen curtains, books on the shelf. A little bit hipster but not OTT. restaurant downstairs is yum and on the $$ side but not insane. They have the biggest espresso machine I’ve seen on the island so far. ☕️☕️☕️☕️

|4.5km from city centerVery flat, more than 80 mosquitoes in Hong Kong paper a room for one night, the facilities are new and clean. The night clerk is not very good in English, but will try his best to communicate with the customer with Google translate and smile. The homeowner focuses on being a travel agency, so he can buy tickets on his behalf, and the price is flat to buy on his own website. Singing money is also a rate with the big banks today, which will be better than the airport. There is a small swimming pool, very clean. Coconut grove tree shadow, soundproofed, quiet environment. The room is wide and the facilities are new. TV has youtube and Netflix. I like two enthusiastic dogs the most and feel at home. There is a supermarket next to it, it is very convenient to collect ten o'clock. It takes only 9 minutes to go to the airport. It takes about ten minutes to go to the night market, grab about 80k VND, about 25 mosquitoes. It takes about 50 minutes to go to the north vinwonder, grab about 350k, about 120 mosquitoes. Go to the cable car for about half an hour, 250k, about 80 mosquitoes. Walking distance to restaurants, meat river, pork rice. Walk or two or three minutes drive to the beach.

|21.34km from city centerTyping this from a sun lounger just down the beach from the hotel at Istanbul Beach Club (separate review to follow). There’s so much I can say about this property but the title just sums it up. Great value, close to the beach, quality breakfast, attentive staff plus much more. What struck me most was the quality of design, fixtures, & fittings within this boutique hotel. Natural hardwood, exposed aggregate concrete, & stone abounds, with fantastic layout & design elements. Fish pond & cactus rockery downstairs & even a rockery in the room. The design quality even extends to the 5th floor sanctuary & coastal viewpoint with its sculptured lawn on the roof. In terms of service, we couldn’t have asked for more. A seamless checkin, scooter 🛵 rental delivered within 10 minutes, & a reasonably -priced airport transfer booked no fuss. The development of Bai Khem completed just before COVID does have a bit of a ghost town vibe in some parts but nothing like the fake Italian city on the West Coast. You can get anything you want nearby from a couple of cheap beers at the mart or bahn mi. Apart from this, tourist prices are the norm in the area but you get what you pay for in terms of quality & location whilst still cheap by international comparison. My tip: get over to Bai Khem & stay at JM Boutique soon before this place gets discovered & goes ballistic. I’m so pleased we were here without the hoards of tourists this area was built to cater for.

|17.04km from city centerThe service overall at the hotel was fine. I was able to take a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Check-in was simple and a breeze. Email communication is however, subpar. I emailed the hotel about how to reserve a shuttle 4 days before my arrival, but didn't get a response until 2 days after I left (a total of about a week when I first emailed). I even responded by saying I had already left but did not receive any response apologizing for the delay. This is not service expected from a 5-star hotel.
Check-out was another issue. I was standing in line while there was a window open with another agent, yet, he was just standing there posing for photos taken by another employee. Maybe they were taking photos for the hotel, but they should have checked me out when they saw me standing in line first.
The breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety of Asian and Western foods.

It's not big but all the facilities (my needs) should be on vacation, infinity swimming pool, private beach, invincible sea view restaurant, room where you can see the sea from bed, tropical coconut tree... these are enough for me to enjoy Three days. The key is still enough quiet.
The breakfast that everyone cares about is mainly European and American. I am still used to western food. Vietnamese beef noodles are very good with soup and tender meat... Dinner is held at a restaurant by the sea. We eat very richly for more than 200 yuan per ton. It is acceptable...
As for most of the bad reviews, the main reason is that the bath water temperature is not well controlled. I think it's okay because it is a tropical place. I can wash it in cold water. If I don't want to, I can wash it in 5 minutes. Then it will be hot water, even with solar energy.
In short, it is suitable for those who like garden style, quiet, house, food, and those who like to watch the sunset in pursuit of sea views. You can choose here. In addition, the altitude here is just right, the landscape is too short and the landscape is not good enough, and the climb is too high and too tiring. In short, I am satisfied.

Nearby there is a big supermart, ATM, exchange, tour rental agency, bars, supermarket, beach and top place on the beach for those who want to do a little for the day. The location is okay, about 3-400m from a nice beach.. I like how the bungalows are surrounded by nature, with a lot of fruit trees with bird sounds, frog sounds, lot of flowers. The room was nice and clean, mine has a pool view which is really wonderful. The kind of the owner(Ms Hong) and all the staff are nice always kind, helpful, keeping the resort clean, and smiling. Ms Hong speaks English. I will see you again!

The hotel itself is beautiful, they have or will help you sort out anything you need, and the service was wonderful. The rooms are are very clean and the view of the ocean every morning was magical. Finally, it’s a fantastic location in regard to having the airport nearby and the night market not too far either.
Highly recommend.

If you come on a free trip, you can have hopping, transportation restaurants.
It's important, but next to King Kong Mart. Peak time. Tour Johns. All 5 minutes walk.
The price of this hotel is also very cheap, but the breakfast is very good. It's the best rice noodles I've ever eaten in Vietnam. Fried rice and other chicken or pork are perfect for Korean tastes.
Usually, there are only a lot of luxury hotel breakfasts and it doesn't suit my taste, so I eat jam on toast.
There's no toast here, and it's delicious to make traditional Vietnamese bread and rice cakes.
There are about 15 kinds of fruit coffee, all of which are delicious. Although there is no high-end swimming pool or scenery, it is a really good hotel for the fast-paced waves

First line. The only minus is that from 8 in the morning the maintenance staff starts to make noise with the radios turned on at full volume. Well, if you arrive in high season, then the price / quality ratio is a great option, but if in the low season, when the sea is constantly stormy, then a hotel with a swimming pool will be more than ever useful.

We booked a bungalow next to the ocean side swimming pool with good view and it was really suitable for family with kid. 3 minutes walk to either swimming pool or beach and also ocean bar. There is also shuttle driving you from the lobby to the room, no need to worry about carrying heavy luggage.
Breakfast time is just full of people, personally suggest to have breakfast after 9:30. The best thing of breakfast is they have different pho everyday so you can try more.
Been to all catering, food and drinks were good and not expensive.
Also enjoyed spa at the hotel, the staff are nice.
Highly recommend!!!!!

The atmosphere was relaxing yet still a touch lively, and everything was quite clean during my stay, aside from one day the private beach didn't seem to be cleaned, but it was during the holidays (so we assumed some staff were able to stay home, which is good).
I think the location here is quite important, as it's close to everything you could need in case you want to try different foods/restaurants (strongly recommend, though Spice House dishes and service were excellent!) or go to a different beach bar (Malabar had some slightly irregular hours it seemed, no prob). You are able to walk either direction on the beach to search for other decent options. It felt like Cassia probably had the nicest grounds on Long Beach.
The service was really great though, everyone was patient and friendly, even if communication was a bit of a struggle at times (not at all for lack of effort). It's a big reason why I'd love to book again next time.

There are mosquito nets in the room, but there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and courtyard. The courtyard would be perfect without mosquitoes.

We had two very comfortable beds, hot water, electronic safe, fast internet, good access to transportation, and a stunning rooftop pool. The staff was friendly and professional and the massage class was worth taking. I rarely eat the complimentary breakfast when traveling in Asia but the breakfast here was very good with a wide range of choices. The serving staff was attentive and polite and I was able enjoy a more western style brunch while my wife (who is Vietnamese) enjoyed a well prepared Pho and fresh vegetables. I have traveled in Vietnam a half dozen times now and this is my new favorite hotel. We will definitely book it again.

|21.37km from city centerThe family suite room is big and clean, and the shower pressure in the bathroom is good as well. All the staff at the reception counter were helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast buffet provided was acceptable. The hotel is very near to Khem Beach, and the street is quiet at night. Overall, my 5-day stay was good, except for the noise disturbance in the early morning which could have been due to the renovation works at the time. Some of the local hotel guests were talking loudly at night.
