Although the surrounding area is close to the main road, the windows and balconies of the room are soundproofed well, and they are basically not noisy. The hotel’s facilities are newer, breakfast is okay, and the hotel’s restaurant does a good dinner. The hot pot chicken is large enough to serve two or three dishes.
It is a bit far from the center of Hanoi, it should be said that it is between the center of Hanoi and the airport. The waiter is very polite, the breakfast is good, and the Chinese can get used to the food

This hotel is not very suitable if you are a vegan. The breakfast option are very limited and they do run out of some food before 8:30am, but to be fair you can request plant milk or other breakfast choices a day ahead and the staff will try to buy it for you. The bed is very comfortable, my room didn’t have a window, I wish I was told this so I could choose to pay more for a view. The staff is so nice and they try their best to be accommodating.
The location is very good, about 5 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, about 8 minutes walk to the main church of St. Joseph in Hanoi (the Starbucks selection shop next to the church), next to the 36th block, especially at night, of course, the window is closed What noise. Staying for two nights, the front desk met three different young ladies, very warm and considerate. No matter how many times it enters and exits from the front desk, WeChat service will be available. In particular, we will leave for SAPA in the early morning. The hotel front desk and the waiter will go out and send it. It feels more enthusiastic than the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and there is no service charge. (Of course, I don't exclude the behavior of tipping.) The only downside is that the room power supply is too small and the location is not reasonable. Everything else is ok!
There was no doorman by the time I got to the hotel and the receptionist was not welcoming me. In addition, the elevator was too noisy. Besides that, everything is just average, hope you guy can improve this issue in the future/=.
The location is excellent, located in the old street and convenient to all major attractions! The service staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is good, but the opposite bar is too noisy at night! The dishes are not noisy until 11 o'clock in the evening!
The location is close to the bc IELTS Fortune Hotel, which is particularly convenient. The front desk staff can speak Chinese, the attitude is good and polite, the facilities are a bit old, but the location is convenient. Good breakfast, delicious noodles, fresh fruits and delicate pasta. The waiter also helped to take a taxi and was satisfied.
It’s pretty good. There are many teams in Korea, and they’re not bad overall. I’m used to giving good comments. I can call a taxi at the front desk of the airport hotel. It takes about 50 minutes to go to the airport by car.
I went to take the IELTS test by myself and lived here for a few days. It is a great split-level house, which is simply a British student apartment studio. Very cost-effective, beside the lake, it is quiet, there are several cafes downstairs for dining, and the staff are also very good at talking and can communicate in English. The people around are very nice.
Less than a five-minute stroll from Hoan Kiem Lake, on Lo Su Street, is the Hanoi Capella Hotel, staffed by super-friendly and very helpful people. They offered us a lot of advice, especially on how to save money and time and if they thought we were being overcharged, a subtle smile or glance was enough to send us the right signals. After a tiring day of exploring Hanoi, or returning from some tour, it was a pleasure to see their cheerful faces and tell them about our experiences. Really, the greatest asset of the Hanoi Capella is its staff. The hotel itself is adequate with a very good WIFI connection. It is just a hop step and jump from Hoan Kiem, so close enough to grab an early morning walk around the lake, people-watch over some Vietnamese egg coffee and then stroll back for a buffet breakfast. No matter how late into the night, we explored the city, it was reassuring the Capella was just around the corner.
We just had our honeymoon in Hanoi and have chosen Nature Hotel as part of this trip. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and even more surprised that the hotel gave us a lot of special gifts such as: The room is decorated and filled with a lot of beautiful flowers, with fruit and delicious wine1 The hotel has a nice space , buffet breakfast is served on the 9th floor with a very romantic surrounding view. Next time I go out, I will continue to choose Nature hotel for myself. Thank you for your warm welcome.. !
Cost-effective. Stayed many times. Health is not bad. Service is also very good. When there are fewer people, the breakfast is too sloppy, two pieces of bread plus a scrambled egg. It is convenient to go to the airport and there is almost no traffic jam.
I did n’t say anything else, just two points. 1. There was a window on the room when booking. Actually there was only an inner window. Then I upgraded the outer window for me the first night, and actually drove me out the second night. . . I have never seen anything like this, I booked for four nights. Hey brother, I have always been promoted together. I have n’t met one night and I rushed to the next day. Finally I had to make up for it. One day, the result could not be continued, said that it was full, dizzy, as long as the guest did not check out in the country, priority is to continue to live, the first time I met such people have not checked out and as a result can not continue. . . Anyway, served
This is my first time in Hanoi and I am very impressed for the Dahlia hotel. The room is very nice, comfortable and the reception is very helpful with hospitality. I do recommend that you must have experience here and the tourist places are in the walking distance.
Choose a lot of breakfast every day. Hotel service is very good, the impression point is that the front desk staff will speak three languages. Shopping near the 36th Street is very convenient. There is no lunch or dinner, and the quilt is very thin.
The hotel is very nice and welcoming. I like the design style of the hotel. It is clean and exquisite. Sleeping in the room seems like a home. The hotel service is also very good, the location is good, in the city center, there is a lake nearby. It's a little far away from the airport. Taxi will cost 4.5 billion VND, or about 160 yuan. Overall, it is satisfactory. Recommended by colleagues, thanks! !!
Exceptional service , attentive and helpful staff specially Manager ryan. He helped us to rearrange our other trips when things got a little difficult with our travelling. The whole hotel is clean and safe. Very good breakfast with nice fuit , beef noodles , egg and bacons. Walkerable distance to all attractions in the old quarters and 2mins away from airport bus 86, supermarket and Sapa express to Sapa. Excellent value for money allowed us to be able to spend a whole week in Hanoi to have a real feel of the city itself in our own pace without the need of rushing. Will definitely come back to the hotel and use it as a base to see more of northern Vietnam. Bus86 from airport stops around the corner of hotel and the stop to the airport is right opposite the hotel. Sapa express ticket office and coach stop is 2 mins away. Vincome supermarket is 1 min away from Sapa express on the same street. Lake is 5 mins walk.
Nice hotel. The 1st day had some issues. Upon informing the desk. They took care. Staff were very friendly. The chef was my favorite. Moment she realized I was vegetarian she ensured I received vegetarian noodles soup for breakfast separately. I learnt one thing in spite of 1st day challenges how we treat people we receive the same treatment. They were wonderful. One point is I checked out one day and came back subsequent day since I was on a cruise. They asked for my ID document again which is good from security purposes but from customer point giving again is repetitive
I chose this hotel because of the IELTS test. The price is really super high, the hotel environment is very good, very clean, the security brother outside the door attitude is really good, help the luggage when the car arrives, the two little brothers at the front desk are very good in English, there is no obstacle to communication, the hotel front You can change Vietnamese dong, the boss is good in both Chinese and English, and recommends a lot of nearby food. The hotel has breakfast every day and the beef noodles are super delicious! The location is really super convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the idp office. The other written test venues use a taxi to convert to more than 10 yuan. Big c supermarkets have time to go. The fare is about 39 yuan. The distance is not far. Buy a lot of delicious snacks. The overall experience is particularly good, and the wall crack is recommended! !! !! Especially roast ducks!
This hotel was a bit cramped for me. We had a city view room which was clean however pretty tight for size. The bathroom was outdated and also small. I found this location noisy as it is close to a junction and we were on the first floor. The front desk staff & bell boys were very friendly, and helpful with excellent english. The breakfast was great- however it was very busy with not enough spots to sit. The price is right though, you get what you pay for.
Having just spent 5 nights at the Queen Light I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfectly situated in the old quarter with a good selection of restaurants around. The lake is close by and walking around is easy. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is good. Sam on reception was excellent. She arranged our trip to halong bay and booked the overnight sleeper train. Such a lovely lady. A credit to the hotel.
When I went to the hotel at 7 or 8 in the evening, I was told that I had no room. I felt inexplicable. I clearly booked a room on Ctrip, but there would be no room. Then they were arranged to go to their sister hotel [Golden Moment Hotel] and walked for seven or eight minutes. Although they said that they upgraded the room to us, the room was small and the windows were small. The width of a book, and the lights are bad. The reception at both sides of the hotel will be English, the service is very good, and the breakfast is delicious.
The map is between Hoan Kiem Lake and West Lake. I thought it would be remote, but it was actually in a large courtyard in an alley in the busy urban area. There are two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. There is a kitchen and dining room, shampoo, toothbrushes, no disposable slippers, trash cans are cleaned every day, bath towels and bottled water are refilled, and linen is not changed.
Walk to 36xing Street for 5 minutes, Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Town, Night Market, Tong Xuan Market for 15 minutes, and Confucian Temple for 20 minutes. In short, most of the attractions are within walking distance.
The airport uses Grab to take a taxi, 270,000 VND, 80 yuan.
Hotel front desk service is super good!
The surrounding area is full of Hanoi cuisine.
Stayed here for 3 nights in November last year.the location is good, closed to Dong Xuan market and Long Bien bridge, easier to walk to old quarter.room clean and big, with shower( hot water),fridge,TV,aircond.,even provide wine in the room(not free).breakfast is mini buffet, you can ask the staff cook something for you, like pho bo,fried rice, omelette,i had omelette and fried rice, tasty.the last day,I have to check out in the earlier morning,i booked a taxi from them, and they provided me some simple food to take to the airport, cuz i cant have breakfast, which is very nice.they have tour service also.staffs here are excellent, both simon and Jasmine very attentive,i met Jasmine most of the time, each time she will greet and chat with you,Simon the manager same, will greet you,and friendly.the other staffs are polite too,the boy will take your luggage to the higher floor(be note that there is no lift here).the last day they upgraded my room to more bigger room with balcony,so good.i love this room,so sad it was the last night i stayed here.recommended Elpis to those who want to stay in old quarter,Hanoi.
It's really the best hotel in Hanoi. When I first checked in, the room was arranged on the road. I heard the sound of horns at any time. After responding to the hotel, I helped arrange another room on the garden
Hotel staff can communicate fluently in English
Like restaurants, they have a faint fragrance, and the service staff also prepare fruits and snacks in the afternoon, and in the evening they also enter the room to help draw the curtains.
The bed and pillow are undoubtedly comfortable
The only disappointment is the breakfast, the options are really much worse than jw
I think the breakfast may not be four-star, many items are cold, and the cereal is soft
It’s really not a bargain for 35 dollars, if you have a free breakfast, you can make do with it
Breakfast category is relatively small, only noodles and fried rice and some bread and so on, there should be no parking spaces, the surrounding feels more crowded. I feel that the service here is relatively ordinary. Obviously, two rooms were reserved, and two passports were used to open only one room.
This place was very nice to stay at, the room was bigger than most I've stayed at and very clean. Besides that, the staff were very good at English and were super helpful! It was an awesome location too, 200 metres from Kiem Lake, very convenient! Definitely recommend this place!
Although the front desk made me wait for a long time because I didn’t check the order when I checked in, but through the efforts of Ctrip and the hotel, I quickly found my order in the email. I hope that Ctrip can pass the mail before the passenger arrives. Other ways to inform the hotel of the order details.
