Lampa is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul. My partner and I originally booked one week here and ended up staying for almost a month. The staff were exceptional and so welcoming they almost felt like family by the end. The room itself is spacious with all you need to store luggage, clothes, a mini fridge, TV and has an artistic design. The bathroom was big and we were lucky enough to have a premium room so had a jacuzzi tub and big shower. A great feature after a long day. Breakfast is served in a great location which can also be used as a work space thorough out the day with tea and coffee available. The area is perfect with absolutely everything you need within walking distance. A huge mall, restaurants, markets and great bars. While there’s plenty to do in the area, our road has a very welcoming and neighbourhood vibe. Lastly, if you’re a cat lover you won’t be disappointed! Highly, highly recommended.

Facilities: complete, there are fitness equipment in the room Hygienic: clean and tidy, the room is clean and well ventilated Environment: Although the hotel is in a small alley, there are supermarkets and restaurants around. I stayed here for 3 nights I did not book it as it was booked through travelmedi, a medical company. The first room I stayed in I noticed after an hour has a horrible smell so I went looking and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold and dampness. I had to leave the room to avoid it because I was after surgery and I didn’t want to breath it in. When I returned to the hotel that evening I was going to ask to change but there was a particular staff member who was quite rude so I decided not to but the next morning I called immediately to the desk and umit changed the room immediately he wasn’t surprised he is so nice and the house keeping staff were lovely when I changed they helped then I went to room 2 and had to change because the smell of cigarettes was unruly, umit again changed my room I went to room 3 tho there wasn’t a smell in the room it stil wasn’t the greatest I stayed in the room but I went to buy my own towels because the towels in this place just weren’t that clean I do understand white goes off color but I had surgery and didn’t want an infection also I had 2 blAnkets so I could sleep. Outside the covers and not use the hotel blankets. In hindsight I should have demanded the travelmedi compAny changed my hotel but I suppose they deal with cheap hotels so they make a larger profit. I did not sleep well for 3 nights it’s so noisy in all the rooms I don’t know what clientele they attract the reason I put up some pics is because tgere was a hole in the roof above the ac unit and there was damp stains on the wall and the bathroom ceiling was full Of damp and mold. Some of the staff were lovely others were not

Booked for docking during flight for 3 nights. On respiratory kindness, helped to connect the Internet, it connects through the employee's phone! This creates an inconvenience,we have had to approach the resepshen several times because of the Internet irreconnection. Location. The subway has a large shopping center and immediately a street with shops and exchangers with a very good price. The road from the subway to the hotel takes 15 minutes walk and passes through the street where you can buy delicious food and eat or take with you to the hotel, packed in a disposable dish. This is very relevant because breakfast is not offered in the hotel. On the first floor a restaurant is attached until it is not. The repair is not noticed, it is hidden by the curtain. Room. Small, bed comfortable, well thought out light. The refrigerator, the teapot, including spoons, valves and knife, all there are. The bathroom after repair, 2-view towels per person. The window in the room comes out to the next building, the street is narrow. The curtains close tightly. The elevator in the hotel is.

The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, but it would be better if there was a section for smokers, especially the executive lounge section, which is more outward-looking, and it would be much better if a separate section was created for smokers.
