We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. Every employee we encountered was friendly and very helpful and most appeared to be college students. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a large balcony but they do not provide any outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the outdoor space. For a property this nice we were surprised the rooms did not have a safe in them. They offer a good variety at breakfast and we liked it. We will definitely be back for a little weekend getaway.

I have stayed at this property twice. It is very clean, quiet and the staff is overall helpful and friendly. We chose this location this round for the indoor pool and hot tub for my family. The location is excellent and very central. It has a great bar, one that we were looking forward to utilizing. Unfortunately, after getting out of my conference and heading to the bar for a cocktail, the bartender was locking up and closing for the night--at 8:55 p.m on a Friday night!! The posted hours were until midnight. She had no customers (yet), so she decided to close up. Not cool. We had one great experience. My daughter, left her new digital/game watch in our room in a drawer and did not realize it until many hours after checking out. We went back and it was at the front desk. The housekeeper had found it and turned it in. We are so grateful to her! Beds are comfy, but pillows are a little puffy/tall.

Walking in everything seemed perfect. Very nice and spacious in our suite. Then it went down. Going to bed that night had to call front desk because there were pubes all in the sheets. The girl brought up new sheets so I was changing them and my pillow cases around 11 at night. The pillow cases were dirty and had hair product on them. The smoke alarm was lying on the cabinets. Next morning I opening bathroom drawer and there was tons of shaved facial hair and more pubes in the drawers. Went to go make myself breakfast and all the silverware had food smeared on them all. Looked like someone tried cleaning them with their shirt or dirty rag. Came back later that night and saw the maid had been in and the dishes and silverware they provide was wiped with a cloth. Lent and still leftover food was still in them. Hello we are in a pandemic and your cleaning dishes with probably the same cloth they cleaned counters with. The maids need either retraining or to be fired. Is that hilton's policy to wipe the dishes and leave food on them? There's dishwashers in the room. Put them on a quick wash and go back and put them up!! I made a complaint to the front desk girl when she gave me my pube free sheets but having to put my mom in hospice there was no energy left to be a Karen so I cleaned everything myself. The room even had a seal sticker on the door but like I said the maids are nasty if they call that clean. Really liked the room but it was just gross. I may stay here again because it was like a mini home and could be nice if it was just cleaned properly. I'll check my room next time for cleanliness. Maybe it was just 1 crappy gross maid and not them all?

Spent one night here over the weekend. Had stayed at this hotel 17-18 years ago, so this was the first time back. They've updated it somewhat. Checkin in was quick late at night. I got a room with two beds, one of which wasn't made. I was tired and needed to get to bed. Wasn't really acknowledged as a Bonvoy member upon checking in, but whatever. Sleep quality was ok. They've updated the carpet and drapes, but not much else. Furniture color doesn't match the update, one way to tell it was updated on the cheap. Skipped the breakfast as it looked brutal. Used to be pretty decent from what I remembered several years ago. Oh well...

First of all, immediately when you walk through the entrance, the lobby is very roomy and well decorated. Lobby has lots of seating, big screen TVs, several tables to sit, relax and even work. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very well kept and appears to be recently renovated or just new. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a fireplace. Room was very roomy, clean and had modern furniture and fixtures. Each room has a full kitchen which is always a plus especially with a Walmart in the neighboring area. Bathroom had a separate sink area which I appreciated having so many toiletries. Hotel has a large patio with lots of seating and 2 BBQ grills. The hotel also has some rooms blocked off which they advertise as PURE where rooms are advertised as free of viruses, bacteria and irritants and include high-end wellness amenities like HEPA air filtration, hypoallergenic bedding and advanced water purification.   I didn’t stay in one of those rooms but it’s a nice feature for the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Stillwater area.

We were in Stillwater to settle my father’s estate in the middle of the Covid-19 epidemic. We hadn’t been out of our hometown and seldom out of our home since late February. I was full of trepidation about health safety and would no have been here were it not for this family business. The hotel was relatively new and felt and looked new-shiny-clean. The woman at the front desk was masked and welcoming. It’s not easy to communicate warm welcome with a mask on, but she did. We were upgraded to a suite and it too was very clean and I immediately was glad for my choice of hotel. We were on the third floor and it was quiet, the bed and pillows were comfy. The next morning though we going to eat out, we took a peak at the continental breakfast provided. It was more than a to “go sack” most places are offering these days, but less than it used to be. In the time of COVID-19 though, I was impressed that this hotel was offering the safest provided breakfast they reasonably could.

I stayed at La Quinta Stillwater for longer than the typical vacation; I can say with confidence the members of the staff are kind, decent, friendly, humorous people who do a lot for not enough reward. Sherri is the best housekeeping person ever to walk the earth. Katie a front desk dynamo, Ray and Kenney the maintenance masters, and Tonya reliably professional, cool, and friendly. Thanks very much to all La Quinta peeps.

The stay started with the clerk not being able to find my reservation. Finally 20 mins later I have my key to a double bed room (i booked a single). Parking for my room was minimal. Get in, get settled, get food ordered (that's an entire different review) decide to take a shower.... the water pressure was the WORST I've ever experienced. It took me 20 minutes just to get my hair wet enough to wash! Then! I find a dead cricket. Now, i know I'm in Oklahoma and there are bound to be crickets (I'm a former resident of this area), but this one was there for a while. I suggest staying else where!

My anger comes from the recent attempted change of name from 'Days Inn' to 'Executive Inn' which meant I missed the reviews already posted here. We booked at the 'Executive Inn', Stillwater. The building signage was temporary, poorly covering the 'Days Inn' sign. The keys said 'Days Inn'. The room was dirty, and as a frequent traveler, I have stayed in some really dirty places before. The first thing my wife observed was two dead flies on the ceiling - presumably swatted by previous inmates. Two of the four wall-mounted lamps did not work, and there was a bulb out in the ceiling lamp. The bathroom.....oh dear. The toilet was dirty. A crusty yellow ring of calcium deposits encircled the water bowl. I have photos. The bathtub.....OMG, was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Long-term stains and dirt. If you have a baby or young child, there is no way you would ever run the bath and put your cherished one in there. My wife refused to take a shower there this morning. OMG. The bed was okay - we slept well, albeit alcohol assisted. There are no excuses - I know this is a budget hotel (actually motel), but there is no reason ever for a paying guest to have to deal with filth. As with all problems like this, the issue is not the cleaning lady (or man), but the facility leadership. I do not understand how this establishment is still in business. To the Days Inn franchiser (Wyndham, really?), what are you thinking?

I booked a big bed room. The result was for my twin bed. I didn’t change it at the time. The breakfast was not worth $19. I didn’t have any food. The most dissatisfied is that the parking fee is too expensive. I will not choose again for 30 dollars a day. !

I had a great experience except for the parking garage situation. It was very confusing. I parked first and then paid extra to come in and out for the 2 days I was there. When I first tried to come out the 2 day ticket wouldn’t work, after explaining over & over again to the guards they finally let us out. They said that they have issues with people passing around those tickets but I showed my room number and all of my tickets. All in all it was just an unnecessary hassle, not sure if it’s a machine error or what but I know it caused issues for several other people as well. There is a sign that says to check in before parking but I got caught up in the downtown traffic from arriving late and was in a hurry to just park so part of it is my fault. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast or pool amenities but I heard good things! Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would most certainly visit again!

My family traveled to OKC for a weekend get-a-way. We reserved a room at the Holiday Inn Express and we could not have asked for a better property to call "home" during our time away from home. Our rooms were very clean and our every need was met with a smile. We made the short walk to Bricktown a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the area/atmosphere. I think the location is about as good as it gets! When we weren't out and about exploring we enjoyed the hotel's fire pit on their patio area. Juan, the GM, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we would need to enjoy our stay. I've never been to a hotel with better costumer service. Oh, and the beds were so comfortable our 4 year old,who happens to be a super early riser, even slept until 9am!! Super comfy beds and pillows! 10 out of 10 experience!

The hotel was great. They have a bar, restaurant, and a hot breakfast (a good one) that's open during Covid. The pool was available if you made a reservation for it. The cleaning and breakfast staff are amazing. Every sweet and thoughtful. The ladies working at the bar, could have used a little refresher course on customer service. They weren't always approachable and seemed a little rude at times. There were times when they were friendly and helpful,as well.. The decor was lacking personality. The rooms as we're as well. But it was comfortable and immaculate. The bed was amazing. Best night sleep, I've had in a very long time. Really, really great bed. The food was ok. The drinks were not strong and a bit over priced. They have a happy hour Mon-Friday with free drinks (yes alcohol included) and snack. The breakfast was good and included in room price. So was the wifi. Plenty of parking. Several restaurants are close.

Great service. Beautiful hotel. I wish they had better breakfast options. Even the complementary coffee was done as inexpensively as possible. But, great location. Right by all the major highways. Stores and shopping withing a few blocks, are aplenty. The colors of the room are this cool blue color. Very relaxing. The best T.V. that I have ever seen in a room. But, only 40 channels. 10 of the channels are ESPN channels another 10 or more are new channels. So it was difficult to find anything interesting to watch. Very small deposit (which was nice).
