Really enjoyed my time at NH Graz City. The staff were lovely and helpful. I had a business reservation and then a personal one. The receptionist (didn't get her name, but she was wonderful) was able to smoothly transition over to the other reservation without me having to switch rooms. As for accommodations and amenities, the breakfast has a large variety of healthy food available. The hotel does have a small gym. The rooms themselves are rather modern and mine came with A/C fortunately. The unit wasn't very efficient, but it may have been having trouble with the abnormally hot temperatures. The location of this hotel is ideal if you want to relax after work and take a stroll through town or on vacation! It is close to the Schlossberg (castle on hill), which is one of the highlights of the town. The hotel is about 30 min walk away from the main train station, little far but there are other options available too.

The rooms are very nice and spacious with all the amenities necessary. Personnel at reception and restaurant are very helpful and smiling often. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast is great with a lot of things to choose from. Wifi works well. Be aware that if you arrive after 23:00 you need to make a call to another hotel to receive the key for getting inside and in your room. Walking distance from everything in the city centre.

Very good location, very close to the main attractions, walking distance, a little far from the castle. This was our 1st stop duering our recent tour of Austria & what a great start ! After a 3hr train journey from Vienna through stunning scenery we arrived at Graz station. The hotel didnt appear to be far & only having hand luggage decided to walk which took us about 15mins. The hotel is convenient located near the old town with views over the river. Check in was both friendly & efficient which was appreciated as we had been travelling since early hours from the UK. We was very pleased with our room, bed was comfortable & our bathroom both roomy & well appointed. Duering our 2 day stay we very enjoyed our breakfasts served in the conservatory & I thought that the drinks we had in the hotel bar were very reasonable. There are terraced rear gardens with fabulous views & an outside pool but we resisted the temptation for a dip as it was mid February & about -4C 😁

Great hotel in a great location. It may not officially be a grand hotel any more, but it was a grand stay. The class of days gone by is still there, and the hotel plays on this to good effect. The restaurant downstairs is classy and serves a decent breakfast and is not a bad bar too. The rooms are large and airey, modern and classc. Lots of white-wash and exposed concrete, comfy bed and nice big shower. The car park is close by at the back of the hotel, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the doorsteps of the old town, and lots of great restaurants located close by on both sides of the river. I really enjoyed my stay and will return here whenever I'm in Graz!

The hotel is centrally located and very comfortable for travel. It also has a few steps garage where to leave the car for payment. The fact that we are very central is a defect: just under the hotel there are bars and lounges that remain open until late. One morning at 3 we were disturbed by the mouth of beverages, and at 6am they came to empty the boxes. Unfortunately, the air conditioned was missing in our room and we had to sleep with open windows. All the room is decorative, essential but clean.Doulous note: breakfast.I would add some sweet. It presents only a cake, but very good.On the first day I asked for fresh milk that was told me not to be available and present only in the hot drink machine(and we are in Austria....)Then the following days magically appeared a brow. But the real problem is the bees!!!!! Tens of bees that turn around the buffet and rely on marmelade and salsy(NOT covered)You can't even be quiet at your table because bees are going on with the risk of stinging. One even came into my mouth while I add bread and marble. I never saw such a thing. Take measures, both for the health of guests and for hygiene.

Self-driving tour Drive from Hungary to Hallstatt, transfer in Graz, book a cheap hotel~ Hotel location: The location of the hotel is not very good. It is a certain distance from Castle Hill and the central square. After crossing the river, you can walk for about 20 minutes. Regarding parking: the hotel has an underground parking lot with sufficient parking space, 15 euros a day. After telling the front desk, it will be settled together with the room fee. You will be given a card to be collected and you can scan the code when you go out. Hotel hygiene: The hotel is relatively clean, and there are extrusion facilities, but the room is very compact, not enough to open two 28-inch suitcases Hotel facilities: Then in the morning, no one is on duty at the front desk, the hotel does not need to check out, just go straight away~ The more depressing thing is that there is no hair dryer in the room~ Since there is no one at the front desk, there is no one to borrow at the front desk.

This hotel wonderfully echoes Graz’s own character. Contemporary style mixed with a heritage architectural past. Like the dramatic modern paintings that adron white walls; chic sculptures decorating the courtyard, and the red bull influenced F1 artifacts in the lobby LOCATION: Lovely location in the fringes of old town, and easy access to all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Cool lobby level cafe and bar. Didnt try their restaurant to comment on. ROOM: We stayed in 201, so this review is based on that; The room is more of a mini suite that is fit enough even for long term residence with a Kitchenette, Microwave and a reasonable big refrigerator compared to what you might find in a normal hotel room; VIEW:Sweet view of the streets ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Nice spa quality cosmetics by HERBAL TREATS brand FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. Small but cool indoor swimming pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: ”On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed.” Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there. I do not recommend this hotel, as it was also our most expensive hotel stay during our

I hadn't come across the Intercity brand before and I'm glad I've discovered it now. I had a very comfortable, affordable stay in a very modern, clean, well located hotel. Not more you can ask for than that! You can walk to almost everything Graz has to see, or take one of the many tram routes that converge just beside the hotel in an underground terminus. The hotel is very close to the main Graz railway station and in fact, the tracks and platforms run adjacent to the hotel. The modern build means there is virtually no noise from the railway at all. There's no room-room noise either. The insulation is excellent. The staff are effective, although there were some check-in issues I could have done without (being sent to the wrong room on the wrong floor) but mistakes can happen. The lobby has a lot of modern space and there seems to be some areas for smokers and gamers, although COVID seems to have closed these at the moment. Masks are required for guests and staff, as is a COVID vaccination. Not all the guests followed the mask requirement though. The rooms aren't large, but they're not cramped. There's enough desk space for working and there's good, reliable WIFI. The huge flat screen TV offers a lot of international channels. Beds were comfortable, with pristine, clean linens. Two separate duvets for the double bed. Bathrooms have huge walk in showers with excellent hot water pressure. Clean, new towels and a body wash/shampoo. No other amenities. There's a hair dryer provided. Rooms have fridge and safe and good closet and luggage space. Breakfast is excellent. It's the same each day, but there is a great variety of foods to suit every taste. Vegan options also. The restaurant space is cool, but I didn't understand why so many guests without masks chose to sit on the next table to me, when there were so many empty tables. Baffling. Not the hotel's issue. I was very impressed with this hotel. Especially for the value. Modern, clean and comfortable are always my ideal and this property provided everything I was looking for,

When arriving at the store, the hotel said that it did not receive the booking information. . . This seems to happen frequently in foreign hotels? However, the hotel said that let me stay first, they will slowly settle with the booking agency. Ibis has a good reputation and service in Europe, and the hotel is particularly convenient around the hotel, 50 meters is the train station.
