Check in to pay 50 wave black mark deposit (I paid cash, credit card should be OK, the global number returned to me when I checked out) The room is very large and clean, the facilities are all very business sense. There is also a kettle and slippers. The breakfast buffet was not bad. There are computers and printers in the lobby, and there is a place to eat on the first floor. The hotel is large in size, but there are no facilities like the canteen, and there is no exploration around. In short, I am very satisfied with the stay here, transit or travel, this shop is good. What makes me uncomfortable is the rental at the airport gate. At 8 o'clock in the evening, I arrived at Sarajevo Airport. As a result, a bunch of top-of-the-door rentals at the entrance were all in a group. The price was 25 waves of black marks to the hotel. Special cattle, you don’t like to sit and take the bus. If it was already at night (and only stayed for one night) and had a big box, it would not sit. When the hotel was checked out, the front desk helped me to rent it. When I arrived at the airport, it was 12.5 wave black mark. This gap is really far away.

To start off, the service is amazing! I was picked up at the airport, as well as had a ride back. My first day of work in City Central, I was even given a ride there. The free breakfast was also hot and delicious. If I had any issues, they were fixed immediately. Everyone here went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. I had a beautiful, comfortable room to come back to every night. My room had a balcony with gorgeous mountain views I enjoyed every day. The mattress exceeded my expectations as far as comfort. While located a bit far from Old Town, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The rooms are also very secure and the hostel is always locked. The hostel was truly a retreat every night and there is good food nearby if you do want to venture far. The #3 trolley bus also picks up just outside if the hostel. It goes all the way to Bascarjia (Old Town) so the entire town and most of the attractions is easily accessible. The hostel is also conveniently located near the tram station so it is also easy to get to the hot springs and war tunnel that are located on the opposite end of town. I highly recommend staying at this property!

The room next to the room was very noisy, and the noise at night affected sleep. The hotel has no kettle, no dental supplies, and the room equipment is old. Breakfast is plentiful. The individual waitresses at the reception desk in the lobby did not have a good attitude. I have previously commented that this hotel discriminates against the Chinese. We don’t want to comment like this, but at least we leave a very noisy room to China, even though we asked for a quiet room in advance. .

The hotel is located in the new city, surrounded by shopping centers and supermarkets, easy to eat and drink. The hotel has a good location, close to the airport, and a lot of public transportation. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the old city.

The hotels in Sarajevo are generally more expensive. This is a cheap one. It is very close to the long-distance bus station. There is a big supermarket nearby. It is a very big kind. The hotel has a special airport car for a fee. The price is acceptable. Still good, recommended!

We spent a wonderful weekend in Sarajevo. Aparthotel is located very close to the city center and is especially great if you like to take walks- city sights, restaurants, shopping centers are all located within a 20-25 minute easy walk. The hotel is situated on a hill so returning on foot can be tiring. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable and it bothered us that the maximum on the thermostat was set to 22 degrees(which was low for us). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cigarette. The hotel also has an underground parking garage where you can safely leave your car free of charge. All in all I would recommend this place.

This Hotel offers very nice rooms. We had a big room and it was clean and well equipped. The Personal could be much better educated for a professional communication with guests - not asking personal questions on check in. SPA equipment is very good but the rooms (outside of sauna) are quite cold. Also, they allow not-guests to enter the sauna which makes it very uncomfortable and you can not feel like you were in a 5* hotel. Very laud people were there which are not used to use sauna at all. Nobody is keeping distance and in the very small sauna (3m2) were 5 persons. All this makes SPA not usable and this hotel not a 5* one.

Chose to stay at this hotel on my final day in Bosnia Herzegovina and I am so glad I was here. Location was perfect, very close and walking distance to convenience - food, public transport, place of worship, museums, you name it. No other place in Sarajevo could be better than this. The hamam was a plus, guests get to use for free during the opening hours. Breakfast was superb, with an good view & sunshine at the 2nd floor. Room was clean, amenities were great. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Finally, the staff were flawless. They go all the way to help you, the hospitality was amazing. You feel so welcomed here, it’s all smiles. Will definitely be back here if I ever end up in Sarajevo again, which I’m pretty sure I will!

The location of the hotel is particularly good. The window opening is the Latin Bridge of the first World War. The Sarajevo is not big and the basic attractions can be walked. On the edge of the hotel is the city centre of Sarajevo with lots of fun shops and souvenir shops. Hotel breakfast is great, there is free underground parking, and the room is clean

No matter the room or the public bathroom, the hygiene is very clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, just in front of the Pigeon Square. There are many trams stopping in front of the door. Walk about 200 meters is the starting point of the 31E bus, you can take this bus to the East Sarajevo bus station, there is a long-distance bus to Belgrade. The guy at the front desk was a bit displeased and impatient about my poor English, but he still patiently slowed down every sentence and repeated it twice to make sure I understood? .

The modernly furnished hotel is located right in a relatively quiet location near the Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo. However, the centre or the old town is available in 5 to 10 minutes walking. The rooms are bright and modernly furnished and you have enough room. Very invited breakfast room with a super selection of breakfast including the original Bosnian coffee to finish. The staff is always very friendly and helpful everywhere. And there are free parking spaces. A true secret tip.

Check in again at the hotel. The hotel is located between Sarajevo New Town and the airport. It is surrounded by supermarkets and banks. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus and tram station and about 30 minutes from the Old Town tram. The hotel has a unique design style, rich post-modern industrial style, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, rich breakfast, and the hotel staff are warm and friendly. Worth staying

It is very convenient to all the attractions in the city center. You can reach all the scenic spots on foot. There is a supermarket 100 meters away. Everything is very convenient. The receptionist is very polite and worth staying in and experience. You will also choose to travel to Sarajevo in the future. This hotel charges a city tax of about 10 mark when leaving

checked in for 1 night - checking in process was smooth. room - spacious room and toilet. decently clean. breakfast spread - pathetic. not many varieties. taste of food was just average. staffing - restaurant staff extremely rude when asked for an extra jug of water. dishes used were not clean either. argumental conversations between staff could be heard. although it was a busy night for the restaurant - staff should keep their professionalism.

A particularly good hotel, right on the edge of the old city. To be precise, I live in the scenic spot. Open the windows and the old city is full of eyes. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.

This hotel was very good for us. Room types were upgraded for us. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sarajevo's old town. There are many restaurants and cafes to eat around. Its services and sanitation work are well done. Next time you visit Sarajevo, this will be our first choice.

2 night stay. Parking was as others have described. Parked in lot on same street. Very tight and you need the attendants. Attendants are insistent but helpful. Get ticket from hotel to then pay reduced rate of 20 BAM per day. Check in was fine though only offered 1 room key, we didn't ask for a 2nd though they should offer to couples as standard really. Lovely room on 2nd floor. Common areas smelling either of pot puri or pool. It's boutique styled in decoration. Great bathroom though had to adjust shower head to stop it flooding. Best mix of English channels we had compared to any hotel we had in Croatia. Pool is used by guests and club members. Pool was a bit cool but serene. Good sauna, steam and hot room too. Breakfast was perfect selection of hot and cold Inc good selection of local pastries and sweet things. Decent enough coffee bar too. Very well located for everything.
