hotel rooms were clean but 2 rooms had no view whatsoever and were a little to hot for us. Parking is a nightmare although it advertises parking there was non so we had to part on the street across the road (we were lucky to get parked where we did) so not far away but added a worry to our break

A old city palace hosts the hotel ”Centro” (formerly Trip). The location to the city is very good, just a few meters to go and you are in the middle. Jerez is of a visual size, nothing is really far. The entrance area was modern and almost cool, but the rooms are friendly, though easily equipped. The standard rooms have a good size, enough space for baggage and baggage, there is a small desk, a minibar. The beds are extremely pleasant. The bathroom is small and has no setting areas, but it points with very good lighting, make-up mirrors and various cosmetics in solid donor bottles. In general everything is very pleasant. Breakfast is varied and very good, the buffet offers prepared mirror eggs, grilled vegetables, various S***** and chorizo varieties, cheese, tomatoes, fresh cheese. Booked this hotel online and was not expecting much. It turned out to be a fantastic hotel. We had a room for 3, so it was with a sofa bed. Rooms and beds are comfy, and I love the toiletries! The team at front desk are really helpful too. Definitely going back there if I am in Jerez again.

Stayed for five nights with a friend, the first room we had was very disappointing. The bidet and toilet faced each other with only a 6 inch gap between, and both were only about 10 inches from the bath, making getting out of the shower very hazardous. After complaining, we were given a much better room. The cleaning of the rooms was not particularly good, we found hairs in the bath on arrival, and we had no towels on one day. However, the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre, but plentiful. The hotel is situated very conveniently for the centre of Jerez within walking distance of the train and bus stations and only 10 minutes from both the Cathedral and Gonzalez Byass bodegas.

I arrived at the hotel on a Friday night, at the entrance there was a man of approximately 70 years who, while he was checking in, had to run to the bathroom. SHAMEFUL! When he came back he told me that he already had my room ready. When I entered the room I found a spectacular smell of sea bass, it made me want to vomit. When I entered the bathroom I did not know that a rat was also included, when I saw the rat I ran downstairs to reception and there was no one, I decided to go up and see if The rat had left and when I least expected it, it was on the nightstand like a lamp. I went back downstairs looking for help and the man was there, I told him there was a rat in the room and he told me to go up again and now the cleaning man will come. A few minutes later the supposed cleaning man arrived. It was the same man from the reception with the cleaning suit, EXPLOITED WORKERS!!! In the photos there was a bathtub, what I found was a foot washer full of white spots, WHO KNOWS WHO!!! At three in the morning I heard the guy next door doing some kind of satanic ritual. I GOT MY BACKPACK AND WENT RUNNING. The receptionist had disappeared. MADNESS. IF YOU LISTEN HOTEL JOMA QUICKLY ESCAPE.
