Good price, completely updated, even the parking lot. Rooms are modernish with micro/fridge/big flat screen/ wifi. They have king beds only, which were comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom. Night guy was friendly. I felt safe i don't know why some people have problem with the location which is only 5 minutes from downtown at this price for Non Smoking room.Nothing to complain about except no breakfast. Will stay again if the price doesn't change.

This hotel is no different from a five-star hotel. The environment, services and facilities are all in place. It just lacks the same catering as a five-star hotel. Adjacent to the tallest tower, it is very convenient for viewing. Both the interior and exterior design of the building are remarkable. However, the nearby roads are a bit confusing, and driving is easy to make mistakes.

Growing up in the city I had always wanted an excuse to come here. I booked my stay and experience was THE BEST. Every aspect of my stay was memorable from the guys at valet who took excellent care of me and my friends, to the managers who went above and beyond to make my stay the best possible experience. A warm thank you to Johnny Sanchez for having an immaculate rooftop bar with superb service. A very big thank you to Ethan Brown for having such an open and welcoming hotel I was nervous to ask about a special request and he made it happen THATS WHAT I CALL A++ SERVICE. After working in hotels you learn to appreciate your stay away from home a little more again my room was perfect, the service was outstanding, and all my request were met and above and beyond what I imagined. I believe this is by far the best hotel to stay at in Dallas to really be in the city.

My vacation plan was to arrive a couple of days early - visit the city of Dallas and it’s museums before attending “Texas Furry Fiesta” across the street at The Hyatt Regency (Check that review under Hyatt Regency Dallas). This was my first ever visit to North Texas, so it seemed appropriate to check out this amazing city. I flew into Dallas early morning Tuesday, Feb. 25th and my friend who lives here in the “Metroplex” (and a fellow Furry) picked me up from Love Field and brought me here to check-in before we visited the 6th Floor Museum At Dealey Plaza (JFK). The front desk agent that checked me in early was “Shaundra”, and she picked the perfect room for my needs on the 9th floor with a comfy King Bed. I couldn’t asked for a better room - ‘Thank You’ for the nice views I received of “Ferris Plaza” and Dallas’ Union Station. The HQ Skyroof Bar was impressive - with great view of Dallas’ Skyline. It was nice that the furry con was just a long block down Reunion Blvd. though as I checked out on Thursday to move over to Hyatt Regency Dallas, cheerleaders were arriving for their meets. The staff and management should be commended for their kindness and professionalism (and yes, Shaundra - In ‘N Out Burger is Better than Whataburger!!) FIVE CLAWS UP!!!!! Gay and Furry Friendly! Thanks for reading my review of Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown for sightseeing before TFF 2020. Joe G. Bear - Redondo Beach, CA

The hotel graciously let us check in early but once inside the room was very chilly. We attempted to adjust the temperature, but it continued to blow out cold air. My boyfriend went to the front desk as no one answered when we called from our room. They sent a tech up, but after he left the room got extremely warm and seemed to only go to extremes. We let the front desk know and they suggested we switch rooms. After that everything was 100% better and we were comfortable. Unfortunately, on Saturday our stay took a drastic and frightening turn. Around 1 pm we left the hotel for a day site seeing around Dallas. We returned to the Aloft a little after 8 pm Saturday evening. Upon walking to our room door we immediately noticed something was off. Sitting outside our door was a randomly thrown hand towel. We didn't think very much of this because the other room doors in our corner of the hotel were very close to one another so we figured it belonged to another guest as we knew we didn't leave it there. Then once we entered our room I noticed that the ironing board was knocked over. Our senses immediately heightened and we began to survey the room. Right next to the bed on the nightstand was a dirty Pittsburgh Steelers hat!! My boyfriend exclaimed somebody's been in our room! Thankfully, nothing of value was taken because we had our credit cards and jewelry with us. We both immediately went to the front desk because this was not only unacceptable, it is unsafe and unsanitary. To know a complete stranger was given access to our room made me feel unsafe. What if we were in the room when this person/people entered? What if I was in the room alone? The gentleman at the front desk immediately moved us to another room, but stated he was the only one there and could not check the cameras to investigate what happened at the time. The next morning the woman at the front desk called our room to explain what she believed occurred. She alleged we left our door "ajar" or did not close it completely when we left the previous day. My boyfriend then asked them how she knew this. She said that they ran a report which showed the door did not lock. If this were true, why not notify us, or go and check the room to close the door since it had been left open for several hours? Of course we did not believe this and even tried to purposefully leave the door open to see if this was even possible, but as anyone who has ever stayed at a reputable hotel knows room doors are so heavy that they close on their own, EVERY time. To add insult to injury, the front desk attendant also said cameras showed that a man entered our room. She said he was inebriated and was able to get into our opened/unlocked room. She claimed he noticed that he was in the wrong room and immediately left. I do not believe this. First, who stays at a hotel and returns to their room without even attempting to try their room key? Further, who would just enter an unlocked hotel room, even if the

Let's start this properly, I'm ambassador status with marriot. ( that's top tier for those of you that aren't familiar, you need to spend 20k to get it and over 100 nights a year ) after 16 hours of travel, my husband and I ( on his bday no less ) arrived at 3 am. My employer has filled out paperwork to pay for my stay and incidentals, bc I'll be working 1 night while we're here. I had to fight with the check in clerk regarding this, despite that he clearly wrote to cover incidentals she would not add it on, forcing me to add my personal card which holds funds for 10 days and often 3-4 x gets charged by marriot. At this point I kinda just wanted to get us into our room bc my spouse didn't deserve to spend his bday in airports all day and esp not in a spring hill suites lobby fighting with someone who obviously didn't care nor wanted to do her job. ( I love hope that works these days btw, if I didn't do my job I'd lose it, yet constantly I encounter lazy ppl who just don't care skidding by) onward ... We called marriot ambassador services which since they aren't there in person and could not "see" the papers said there was nothing they could really do at the moment, that I could get up And deal with the Mgr at 9. Instead I'll just leave this here as a warning for future visitors. I'll also be adding to this for the next 3 days - breakfast ends at 10:05 despite the fact that it's supposed to go til 10:30. The staffer was nice enough to allow me to grab some stuff tho despite "wanting to get it cleaned up early " - the coffee station is empty , the 3 drops of coffee we got we cold too... see the pics - it's also 4pm and despite having a top tier status member that had an issue being here, mgmt has yet to reach out. Not even to apologize for the awful start for my husbands bday - they have a laundry room, great! No quarters tho til Monday! - also no manager on duty til monday!!! - the air conditioner will not turn off, period so the room is ice cold. - day 4 I'm accused by management of not having the credit card authorizations on file. Let's all go back to the first part of this review where they got the credit card authorization form and fought me about it not being allowed to charge incidents in addition to the room charges. If I had not had the proper paperwork I wouldn't of been able to check in, they don't give out rooms for free. And the clerk specifically fought me saying it was filled out only to cover the room charges. So if this is so that means they received the paperwork. She went out of her way to let me know that she had the paperwork and it did not cover incidental charges. These people are completely disorganized and honestly for lack of a better word idiots. Apparently, According to Albert the clerk on duty tonight, since there is never a manager here. I "embarrassed myself by coming down to argue about the paperwork being on file bc it's not there. They certainly charged my bosses card for the charges. You'd thi

The hotel parking lot is very crowded and hard to find a parking spot. It’s located near other hotels so they all shared the parking lot. They do require a $100 deposit but your only advised during check in... it’s a busy hotel with a lot of traffic and movement at all times.
