This is an apartment hotel, because of the affordable price, so I booked with my friends for two nights at this hotel. Remind the customers who want to stay. The online payment does not include the resort fee. After arriving at the hotel, you need to pay more. The soundproofing effect of the hotel is very poor! In the evening, if there is a party next to the Club, you can hear the music all night. The voice of the next room can be heard, and you wake up early in the morning. The most excessive point is that on the day we check out, about 10 o'clock, there is a man who opens our door directly and says to remind us to check out at 11 o'clock. He didn't knock the door! Fortunately, we have the last anti-theft lock, but it is still a little scared.

Great part of town to stay. I love this location where you can just walk out and enjoy Freemont Street. Very friendly. My room was a bit dark which is common in Vegas ******s.....My shower didn't work so it took about 3 calls to get an engineer out to fix it - but it was eventually done. I can totally recommend this hotel despite the shower problem !

As for the hotel itself, it is what one comes to expect from the Motel 6 chain. Standard amenities. Clean, comfortable rooms. But what sets this particular location apart is hands-down the front desk staff. A special tip of the hat and recognition of excellence for ANDREA, MARY and DEREK!! The absolute perfect combination of professionalism and positive personality! If you are looking for a quality place sans the outrageous “resort fees”... look no further.

We had a terrific experience at this hotel. The place is ultra modern and seems to be a newly-built property. Everything was in tip-top condition. Front desk service was excellent, efficient, and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet, fully modernized, and spacious. All COVID safety precautions were being met by hotel staff and guests alike, and security precautions were in place to keep hotel guests safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It seems that this hotel is still the best hotel in Las Vegas, both in decoration and design are very luxurious. The breakfast should not be open for the time being due to the epidemic. The swimming pool is beautiful but too small. The hotel provides free parking. In addition, there are many luxury brand shops in the hotel, as well as several good restaurants, including Chinese and Asian dishes.

First off, the “reason” for the shabbiness of this Holiday Inn property is because the owners have sold out to another company who are not renewing the HIExpress license. Expect scuffed corners, soiled hallway carpets, chipped paint and generally run down facilities. Pool was shuttered, and one of the exercise machine was OoO - whatever. However, the breakfast was well prepared, fresh and clean. The room was well looked after, very clean, great bed with good pillows and housekeeping attentive to requests. The front desk staff led by Sir West and Shane are what hotel front desks should be staffed by. Their friendly, helpful and obliging manner with their strong sense of hospitality which was the difference maker in my stay. Warning - the surrounding neighborhood is a bit tough and I would not recommend night strolls or jogging but if you’re looking for a in-out, place to sleep budget stay in a clean modest non Vegas Strip stay - this is for you but it may not be around much longer due to ownership. Shame.

First things first- I’d like to say, WOW. JUST WOW. The MGM Skylofts...is just WOW. I have had the pleasure of staying at some of the best hotels in the world, and I can say without any hesitation, that the MGM Skylofts sets the bar. From the instant that you step onto the property- to the second you leave, you feel like a real King/Queen. I am greeted by a concierge, a bellman, and the head valet (Roger 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼) when I arrived at the skylofts... They truly know what the epitome of a “grand entrance” is. I was whisked straight to my suite upstairs by Roger and the concierge... and they must have rehearsed this-because it was literally 12am when I arrived and I was in show- how flawless everything/everyone was. Every single staff member I encountered was warm and professional, throughout my stay. You will think that they paid me for this review, but let me assure you- I am writing this review based solely on the service I received. I’m generally a little hard to please, but the skylofts left nothing to be desired. I was astounded (in a good way) at the etiquette and professionalism of every single staff member I encountered... To me, etiquette sets the PROS from the pros...the 6, maybe even 7 star hotels, from the 5 star hotels. Every time I stepped out of the elevator I was greeted, usually by name, by whom ever was at the front desk upstairs... I can’t explain how pleasant it was to walk into the “zen” skylofts lobby and furthermore be greeted so warmly by the concierge. I also had the pleasure of meeting two of the managers, Savannah and Anna. Again, it’s hard for me to put into words how extraordinary these two individuals are. I met Savannah during my first stay back at the skylofts (last time being in 2014) and she was so professional and discreet that I didn’t know she was the manager when I met her. I’ve met a number of esteemed front office executives in my travels...but I could have never told that she was the “head honcho” from my brief, first interaction with her. And when I found out who she was, I felt a little dumb- but more so pleasantly surprised at how down to earth she was. And ever since then, she has extended the most extraordinary service that I’ve ever received...from ANY hotel/resort I’ve ever stayed at. There are one or two hotels in the world that I could possibly put into the same category, but Savannah- in my opinion, represents the pinnacle of 5 star service. I’ll add that I’m a gambler- not a whale, but I gamble... and I usually am able to get “transportation,” and I’d like to say that MGM Resorts truly knows how to take care of their customers in that respect as well. Joseph, Angel, Anthony, Gary, Charles, John, Tina, and Mipch, .. and then Katerina and Jeremy that answer the phones! Everyone is so professional and kind. And I also want to add that the 24/7 room service (even during Covid) at the skylofts is from the Mansion chef... and if you’re not familiar, the Mansion chef is THE

I am in need of the animals for my PTSD from Combat. I have been and traveled to many hotels cross the nation from Colorado, to Gary Indiana, Sioux City Iowa and Maine. This is the best treatment and stay I have ever had in my 35 years of existance. By far out of all the Hotels and Casinos or Resorts in Las Vegas and Henderson in the 4 years I have lived in Henderson NV, this is the best place I ever stayed. The Management and staff are Awesome and Loving and also Professional. They truly care about your comfort and safety and pleasure. They provide Dinner and Breakfast, and the cleaning Staff is Amazing, Fast, and Thorough. They were so Great I had to tip. Any needs or request they met. It is a clean and up to date facility. They are animal and Military Friendly. The site is clean and very nice and also the common and guest areas. Plenty of Amentities and Perks, They have an indoor pool and Spa and also full Gym. They have an area to purchase snackes and food and drinks, and they are also located next to a Casino, and Gas Station, as well as A Smith's Grocery store. this is a Very safe and clean part of town. This is known as the Water District and downtown side of Henderson. This is an old hotel, but I found it to be great after I went there. It looks like a castle outside. It is very lively inside. It feels good to live for two days. There is a place to eat on the second floor. Yes, Vages's hotels are all good. You can switch to live without any trouble. There are a lot of people to see the show. The show is also quite worth seeing. It is a good hotel anyway. Live in and turn slowly. From the underground passage directly to New York, New York has a playground, and a roller coaster to play. The Platinum Hotel is a condo-style hotel a half-mile from the Strip. I booked the "Solitaire Suite Strip View" on Hotels.com. I was in Room 503, and the photos on Hotels.com were generally accurate. One photo showed a fireplace, but the room didn't have one. My suite, like most if not all of their suites, had a full kitchen and homey but boring decor. People online say they had washers and dryers in their rooms, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The suite has a furnished balcony with a view of the Strip. It's not bad for an off-Strip view of the Strip, but much of what you see in front of you is a parking lot or back lot. Some of their kitchen equipment could have been better. The coffee maker was a cheap coffee maker that probably didn't cost more than $30 and the inside was covered in coffee residue. I called to have a tea kettle brought up. It came wrapped in a plastic bag 5 minutes later. It looked like a $10 kettle, and it was partly broken, though it was usable. Other than the inside of the coffee machine, the room was clean. The nightstands have plenty of outlets and USB ports. The desk has one electrical outlet and no USB ports, but was OK for working on a laptop. Wi-Fi was slow: Google's speed meter registered 7 Mbps down, 9 Mbps up. That's barely enough to watch a video online at medium quality. The Platinum Hotel has made extensive changes for the pandemic. Daily housekeeping has been suspended. You can call for things like towels or toilet paper, but I didn't need to do that since I was only there for 5 days. There are hand sanitizer stations everywhere--more than I've seen at other hotels and resorts. Elevators have social distancing markers, tissues, garbage cans, and hand sanitizer. Staff wear masks. Plexiglass barriers at the front desk. I didn't run into too many other guests, so there's social distancing by default. Safety changes affect the rooms as well. The kitchens are usually fully equipped, but at this time, they've removed the cookware. Items for dining are still present: utensils, plates, coffee maker, dishwasher detergent, etc. Tongs, baking dishes, frying pans, etc. are available only upon request. The TV remote in the living room was wrapped in a plastic sleeve; strangely the TV remote in the bedroom wasn't. Many of the hotel's services are shut down. The spa, restaurant, and lounge are closed. They have grocery delivery, although I didn't use it. I don't think they have room service. The pool is open for some reason. They have a "Platinum Market," which is basically a closet with a few convenience store type products. They're overpriced, especially given that there are 3 convenience stores with reasonable prices on the same intersection. The elevators are not keycard-secured. This might make food delivery easier. The ATM in the lobby charges a $5 fee per transaction, $300 maximum, $20s only. There's a dumb, semi-hidden, mandatory $28/night resort fee. It makes even

Liked: This hotel is amazing! When I walked in, I was prepared to be disappointed because of the location, but I couldn't have been more delighted after staying in the room for 3 nights. We were first given a room on the busy Boulder Hwy side, and could hear lots of traffic. When the manager, Elena, moved us to the parking lot side, all the noise calmed down. The hotel was booked solid, so I really appreciate the effort she made to move us. There are only 31 rooms in the hotel, and we had one with a fireplace, which made it even more delightful. The decor was very high quality antiques and "Bordello" paintings, and red carpeting. We ordered our food from the restaurant onsite (Marti is an outstanding restaurant manager!) and then took it to our room to eat in the table by the fireplace. The Prime Rib dinner is an excellent value with a very tender, generous portion of "Prime" Prime Rib. Our Fish and CHips was not as good. Maybe stick to meat here. The large (360 sq ft) rooms have high ceilings, 70 inch TV, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator (no microwave or bedside clock) and are very clean. All the furniture, fixtures, linens and towels, and the toiletries are all Top of the Line for a hotel setting. We did not go into the Casino, and were pleased that they are separated by a long hallway to keep the hotel completely smoke free. We will return. Disliked · Noisy traffic on the side with the adjoining Boulder Highway. Location is not walking distance to restaurants, tho there are good ones a few miles away in Henderson proper.

We were here for a 10 day stay and had a very pleasant experience. Our rooms were large, very clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Housekeeping, especially Kim, kept our room spotless and was generous when we asked for extra coffee and soap. The housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile and a friendly comment. It seemed to me that they all enjoy working at this hotel. When we had a slight problem with a cabinet door in the room, maintenance was cheerful and prompt in their response, and they left a note describing their work. Bridget at the front desk was very helpful to us. The breakfast was fresh with a large selection of items and it was kept well stocked by the hardworking staff. The supervisor, John, made us feel special and he provided delicious foods and drinks for the social events on Mon, Tues, and Wed evenings. This is a beautiful, new hotel with an exceptional staff in a great location. The airport is close by and it's a quick drive to the strip. I’m a local/ long time resident of LV, hubby is native. Had an unexpected circumstance come up leaving us with an unexpected unintended 50+ night stay at this location as well as Red Rock. We switch between the 2. This location is probably the most updated/modern. Location is perfect. Freeway access. Target within walking distance. Plenty of gambling available around the neighborhood. My previous residence was about 2 blocks from here, sonim familiar with the area. Theres a hampton inn next door, i was originally there and left after an awful experience, called this place and waljed across the parking lot where i was granted early check in, enrollment in reward program... allowing me diamond statius after about 2 weeks of consistent stays... and now I rarely pay a full rate price and am given free suite upgrades, no cancellation fees (i never cancel) extra point accimulation, and even better... pro rated prices based on point accumulation... if I get 3,000 points I can get a hefty discount... 15,000 is a free night. Yheres no deposit required at check in but you do pay your price at check in not after. Which is fine. In las Vegas its rare to have no deposit. So awesome. Staff goes above and beyond, every single person is helpful. Due to the length of my stay they know me by name now, check on me periodically, and the GM even comped a couple nights without me asking or inquiring... after noticing my prolonged stay he even took it upon himself to just offer a kind gesture like comp (ive paid $100 a night on average and im on day 49 here) and his understanding managemnt style is very appreciated as well as consistent... Ive had a few hiccups with staff... misunderstandings leading to a headache between myself and the property at times... and even some frustration (they are probably sick of me at this piont, but they never let on to that, ha!) but everything has been addressed, no one has been anything other than understanding, patient, and professional... and i couldnt say thank you enough regarding the gratutude i feel for this location. It feels like home when home isnt something we all have at the moment. Its comforting. Comfortable. Clean. Safe. My dog is enjoying it here as well. The staff all know her by name, say hello, etc etc. they never bother me with questions about my stays and “not so typical” reservations (check in... check out ... check back in... etc) people typically handle their pets well so i have had no issues with negative pet interactions. And even when ive had to leave and come back while I awaited my funds to be available to continue my stay... the staff continued to assist and help in any way they could to accomodate and make the situation as stress free as possible on my end. They keep me on the 1st floor for my dog, Michelle at the front desk in the morning checks to make sure i have a reservation on sold out nights just in case i forgot, so im not left without options... they have granted me late checkout... and even la

This place has a basement floor (which is called the first floor) which is not easy to notice in the first place when you book your room. You better be careful whether you will get a room in this floor especially when you have a big heavy luggage. Here is my experience today (fact). A caucasian couple and another group who is fluent in English got rooms in the second floor (which means normally the first floor in other places) after being asked about room choices. I was not asked about any floor choices even though I had a huge and very heavy luggage unlike others. BTW, I was not that fluent in English as others. Now I am wondering whether it could be a reason to get a bad room. A first floor room was assigned to me and I noticed that it was a basement room as I walked down the aisle. Also I noticed there is no elevator. My luggage was very huge. I couldn't hold it. I was almost slowly dragging it down over the stairs. One could easily have hurt his/her arms or bag by mistake. It was very hard to carry it down for me due to its weight and I am feeling pain in my arms. I went back to the line to talk about this room assignment, but now the line got longer and the staff just left to check something right before my turn. My children and wife kept waiting for me with a huge bag, and I couldn't make them on hold while people were walking around the place and looking at them. So finally I gave up changing the room, but this choice ruined my family trip and we had very bad experience. Usually I prefer upstairs. Being in the basement, people were jumping above our room and it was very noisy. As a basement room, the window is up in the wall unlike other rooms (above half of the wall). I never expected this kind of room and this place doesn't post the pictures of this basement floor room in the website. If I knew this type of room I would have spent my money in one of many other hotels. More complains (fact): The lotion in the room was used one. Why do you recycle it? Is it so expensive? The coffee machine didn't have a tray. So it couldn't be properly used for coffee. My room was in the back right next the road. I had to enjoy all the traffic all evening. In short, if you happen to be very fluent and get respected, probably you would be ok as many other reviewers. But if you happen to be a minority, or do not speak English well, or don't get respected well (I am not sure which case I am among these), I would like to share my experience that I got a room in the basement without being asked and suffer like me. This place ruined my family trip and would like to thank a lot for this first and the worst experience in our trip. So be aware with this information regarding the basement floor in this place.

West of The Strip
Been to Vegas many times and have stayed in the elegant strip hotels and off the strip and this place is just right. From the outside it has the look of a Corporate Hotel Chain but once inside it feels like a Luxury Condo. Room quality was outstanding. Furnishings, appliances and doors and windows are all upper end quality. Rooms are super quiet, located close to McCarran International Airport I thought I would hear the planes taking off and landing, Nope quiet as can be, you don't really even hear the other guest coming in and out like most hotels. Staff is friendly, accommodating and has great recommendations for restaurants. Staying here during Covid-19 we were not able to utilize the inviting looking pool, hot tubes or work out room, disappointing but not the hotels fault at all. We were thankful that they were open when all the hotels on the strip remained closed. Thank you Staybridge Suites Las Vegas for a wonderful stay and for being open. We will for sure not hesitate to stay here again.

South of The Strip
Went for ConExpo 2020 last week. Had some doubts because it was very modestly priced, and was 8 miles or so from the Convention center. Extremely clean, very nice rooms. Lobby, elevators, everywhere was just clean and nice. I really saw the great lengths they went to in order to prevent any coronavirus transmission. There was always someone thoroughly cleaning everything, from the elevator buttons to the entrance/exit door handles (and even the trash bin covers). Complimentary breakfast buffet has everything you can hope for and was well-stocked. Everything seemed freshly made. No lines or hassles, just a steady stream of people getting what they want in 15 seconds and sitting down. ALL the staff were SUPER friendly as well. You really get the sense that they hire genuinely kind, down-to-earth people (with a preference for young blonde ladies, it seems). None of that forced-to-be-nice-as-part-of-the-job vibes. Also PARKING IS SUPER EASY and nobody in my company even had to remotely concern themselves with finding parking 24/7. Also there is a restaurant called Cracker Barrel about a 1 minute walk away (which I'd never been to, but was really good American food for really cheap, along with massive portions). Lastly, I felt very safe the entire time, whether inside or outside the hotel. Definitely recommend.

East of the Strip
They were the only hotel that welcomed my cute little puppy without added fees or issues. At checkin my room was clean, everything stocked..towels washcloths soap ect. i have been here over a month now and housekeeping has been great, coffee muffins and other snacks at the breakfast bar every morning, even though you can borrow your own coffee pot for your room if you want, along with toaster dishes ect. everything has worked fine and th staff has always been very professional. the location is close to the strip, a street away from boulevard mall, busy area tucked in a little off the road with invisible security sensors around the premises and security guards at night, plenty of parking spaces. not a dangerous area tho. no issues at all since ive been here.

Very good hotel, quiet, comfortable and full of Asian style. Recommended families have children can not go to the casino to live here, there is an Asian girl at the front desk is particularly good, normal 200 liters room, she helped us cut 100 knives, raised the attic set is really beautiful, the bathroom can see New York hotel's roller coaster Yeyer. Highly recommended here

South of The Strip
Stayed here for 2 nights on our recent trip to Las Vegas. Nice comfortable clean quiet room with comfortable beds. One drawback- no coffee machine or safe in the room as in other casinos. Interesting atmosphere with a giant fish tank with pretend mermaids. Also has a giant Bass Pro Shop attached to the casino. A real plus is the free shuttle to/from the airport. The buffet was also good & reasonably priced with a good selection . Slots were the same as other casinos in Las Vegas - not too generous. Lots to see here if you don't want to gamble for a while.

The shuttle bus to and from the strip is especially convenient and the facilities are good. There are not so many people, it is really quiet.
