|18.36km from city centerOf this 5-day trip, it was only 1 night and 2 days, but I was able to experience it with color 々. １． First of all, regarding the time of booking, this time, Haneda-New Chitose － Sapporo-Use public transportation. When I asked for a shuttle bus reservation from Sapporo by phone, I said that the reservation was confirmed first, so I made a hotel reservation by airmail (arrived around 14:00) on the web, and when I called (bus: 14:00, 15:00, It was recognized that it departed at 16:00), but now it is full only at 14:00. Therefore, I am tired of the bus stop near the New Chitose-Sapporo-Makomanai-Hotel ３. First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. ２． Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” ３． The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use. However, I felt that the safety box and costume tray in the closet were placed on the floor, and that they would be considered and equipped in the user's position by attaching shelf boards. ４． I used the bath on the 1st and 16th floors. It's a large hotel that is not ashamed of, and it can be used by a large number of people, but when using it, there were few users, so I was able to spend my time to my heart's content. There are individual differences, but I felt that the hot water temperature was a little low. ５． Meals (evening and breakfast) were lined up at some counters, but I thought it was unavoidable. The variety was diverse, but honestly, I couldn't feel any characteristics now. For example (dinner), a large amount of steak was prepared and it was at the counter, but the arrangement (grilled, served, decorated position, etc.), and (breakfast) seafood bowl (rice, seafood, etc.) was also served by each person. I prepared only rice (normal and small amounts of ２ seeds) in advance, and felt that the flow of people could be smoothly made, so that it would be fun and delicious. There are also many waiters and waitresses, so why not engage in service plus service such as lowering tableware and serving meals? ６． The next morning, I asked the front desk (whether or not the shuttle bus was available), but the same was true. When I had a copy of the time and boarding guide map of the route bus (a Sri Lankan nationality woman in charge), I would like to thank you for your kind and polite response. ７． The checkout was smooth and good. I asked again to use the shuttle bus to Sapporo, but it was completely full and could not be used. ８． When I came to the front door to go to the bus stop, a Sri Lankan woman who asked at the front desk in the morning flew and told the driver of the shuttle bus to Sapporo that had just stopped. Negotiate the possibility of boarding 々 did. As a result, I was able to board the shuttle bus. There were still many vacant seats on the bus 々. No matter how much service bus I felt, I didn't care about the front desk, but I was grateful and impressed by the wonderful response of this woman who flew to the front door! !! !! ９． Therefore, I arrived at Sapporo Station in about 45 minutes, and I was able to save an hour from the route bus and subway, and I was able to go to the next accommodation, Otaru.

Check in - they sat us down in the lobby, provided slippers, drinks, snacks, while reviewing the amenities of the hotel. Onsen - public onsen was super clean, nice hot mineral water, cold bath, great showers and top notch products - lotion, creams, soaps, towels, etc. In Room Onsen - filled fast, luxurious, room for two. Nice and private for a couple. Food - had breakfast and dinner. Amazing. Dinner was about $100 USD per person. plated exquisitely. Lounge - cocktails and whiskey (many are included in the stay). Bartender was super friendly. 10/10, will do it again.

The location is in an extremely central location near Susukino, which means you’ll find many good bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. There are also two convenient stores a block away as well.
The bedroom and showers are extremely clean. The staff thoroughly clean them everyday.
The front desk staff are friendly and super helpful. And most of my fellow guest were all really cool and interesting adventurers who enjoyed various sorts of winter sports.
Small reminders to keep in mind: full front desk service is only available in the afternoon and evening. And the shower rooms are not available 24 hours, so no late night showers after midnight.
Next time i come to Sapporo i will definitely keep SappoLodge in mind.

Because it is a clean person, it may be a beautiful person. I borrowed steam iron, but the front desk was saved by bringing it to the room because the hand was blocked. I was happy with hospitality. Breakfast can be selected from Japanese and Western food. It is simple, but it was very grateful that it was free. There is a Family Mart near the hotel and it is very convenient. I would like to use it again when staying around Sapporo Station.

|0.55km from city centerAs mentioned by many, the location is ideal, smack in the city center. Near Odori park, lots of restaurants around, shops and things to see. To make justice to the hotel, despite not having its own car park, now it's possible to add into the bill the parking service in a multi storey car park just opposite the street (some reviewer mentioned in 2017 that the hotel had no car park, but facts change along the time, so the truth is that now there is a parking facility, as close as possible, just need to cross the road). Now, being a good place and having a decent room (not spacey but it seldom happens in Japan), would make it an ideal place to choose, being even fairly priced, wouldn't it? Well, there's a but (as in the title of the review): one of the worst logistically organised bathrooms that I've ever found - and I've seen many in 27 years of travelling around Asia. There a not-so-tiny step to take from the aisle and the bathroom. As you try to enter, the WC occupies almost all the space till the wall. So either you try to jump over it (starting from a lower level, remember the step?) or I set one foot in the minimal space available and then you turn like a classical dancer to try to bring the rest of your body (other leg) inside and step in front of a weeny sink. Same ordeal to get out of the bathroom. Imagine doing this when you're still moist, after a shower. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room I was assigned to. But there should not be any architech who studies - and then decides that it's good enough to use it without being a breakdancer - such an unpractical configuration of bathroom. The other - minor - thing, is this (but it does not really bothers me much): having placed the ”make my room” magnetic sign to the door in the morning, i came back at night to find an odd black bag hanged to the outer handle. those were two clean towels. Nothing had been touched inside the room, bed undone as I left it, dirty, damp towels still in the tub. Well, an odd interpretation of what make my room means... Other than those two things, a good place to be. I was there for 3 nights and I paid the same amount (for the whole stay) of one night in Tokyo (ok, it's Roppongi and I know it's as dear as hell!). But if you get there, make sure to see the bathroom configuration, before checking into a room!

Otherwise the room was fine, the staff downstairs reasonably helpful - they don't know much about the local restaurants (Oosuke nearby is very good) - and most of the bar staff friendly and engaging although one poor chap was pretty clueless. A smile always helps. One of the city loop tramstops is a seven minute walk (make sure you have some change), there is a good laundromat next to an excellent dry cleaner on the same street (turn right out of the hotel, the tram stop is up the main road to the left, the cleaning shops to the right past a few cheaper restaurants). From memory it is about Y2000 taxi from the station to the hotel. We enjoyed the free glass of wine early evening and a single malt before bedtime at around Y1500 was a nice way to finish the day.

The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable.
The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress.
One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience.
The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away.
Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

The issue itself came from equipment but care after the issue happened by hotel was quit terrible. A hotel staff ”required” me to go hospital immediately and mandatory to get medical certificate for escalate issue in the hotel internally then I did it by my expense (in Japan, the certification is expensive because outside of health insurance). After I submitted certification to the hotel, they entered internal consideration about next action and how to compensate to victim (myself) and spend 3 week to just make answer to me. In the end, the answer said no compensate even certification expense that required by themselves. Actually I don't need to require money as a compensation like a troll for them because able to pay money by myself for cure but their attitude is extremely bad as a service provider and I totally disappointed them. I can say just waste a time during visit in Sapporo thanks to them. My Strong recommendation is YOU DON'T STAY THE HOTEL if you have any plan to come Sapporo and spend good time. (even Japanese person encountered this, more worse things should be happened for non-Japanese person)

The Raffinato is on the South 3 road near Ishiyama dori, the main north-south road through the center of Sapporo. Odori Park is three blocks away. The Tanuki kouji arcade is a block away and Susukino starts about two blocks away. You’re close to the action, but in a little quieter area. Perfect for me. My room is a single on the 9th floor. It is a normal, small single. The bed is firm. I could use more pillows, but one pillow in Japan for a single is normal. If you like warm hotels in winter, this one is very warm. I slept without the covers last night. For me, living in Sapporo, it's too warm. But for visitors not accustomed to the cold, it's probably perfect. Check-in was easy. Check out was my machine, and by dropping your key in the box. Easy. Price-wise, the hotel is inexpensive. For a few days in Sapporo, I think it's fine for anyone on a budget. It's an average budget hotel in a pretty inexpensive city. And for me, it's a perfect location for a night on the town.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Check in was done efficiently. The room wasn’t very big, but a bit bigger than other Japanese inner city hotels I have visited. It was a cold cold day in Sapporo, and the hotel room was v warm- which was great! There was a free breakfast included, which mostly consisted of bread, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, various juices, and tea/ coffee. It was more than adequate and the environment was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others too.

On New Year's Eve, 2 families stayed, two meals and two parkings were outrageous, the room windows and hot springs were facing the mountain, eating and soaking in the hot springs were enjoyable. The self-service snacks and drinks on the first floor of the hotel are super favorite. There is only one place to choose to eat near the hotel, and the taste is not bad. When I left the store, I lost the headset in the room. Thanks to the Ctrip customer service lady and the housekeeper for communicating, and helped me send the headset to the next stop of the hotel. When u check in, u get a pair of slippers and a towel. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in the common area has six sinks and it was not crowded at all. There are washers n dryers which were super convenient. There’s a hugh common area but I never saw anyone sitting there. People were quiet and respected the space. However there was one American lady who was on the phone n everyone could hear every word she said. Finally, after an hr, I asked her to be quiet n she immediately cut the talk. I enjoyed my stay. For US$49 for three nights at the heart of Sapporo, there’s no better deal.

Surprisingly modern and beautiful inside setting compared to the Hotel building front. Quite an impressive dining area that is spacious and offers a generous spread of both Japanese & International cuisine. Everything vying for limited space in out stomach! The 3-star Jozankei Hotel Sapporo provides quick access to Jozankei Hot Spring. This hotel is located in a touristic area of Sapporo. The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and while amenities include nice touches include slippers, free toiletries and bath sheets. Only dislike; the TV screen is the smallest we have came across for a while.. It was tatami room and we made our own bed, surprisingly they have a few staff moving around to ask if we need help on setting the bed! More memorable is the Onsen, superb and body relaxing! Had a good session at night… rich minerals to nourish our skin. There was a bonus for us – there is a Jozankei night illumination running these 2 weeks and we got to view it, a 15-mins walk into the town central. Really a visual treat for us all. Fully enjoyed our stay here.

The room was big compared to rooms in Tokyo and could accomodate 3 adults and 1 kid with no issue. We also have space to open 2 check in luggage on the floor.
There was a bath tub available and a round table with 2 chairs as well a long working table with 1 chair.
I would recommend this hotel and it's not a far walk to JR Sapporo Station, there are convenience stores nearby and a restaurant within the hotel where we had breakfast.
The breakfast was good as well.

So Nikko is the best choices. Amenities is fantastic and very fine too, they provide super handy pocket size sanitiser,skin care set meant for winter dry weather, bath salts and MIKIMOTO body lotion is so good for dry skin, absolutely loving it. View from 33th floor is just amazing, be it good or bad weather, overlooking the breathtaking snow mountains is just beyond satisfying. I tried to book local tour with the service desk, but they are not helpful. It will be perfect if the staff could be more professional with international tourists.
