My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and it was our first time in Algeria (we are from Australia). Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Algiers allowing travellers to explore the city with ease. They serve delicious breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return to the Space Telemly Hotel.

Hotel has multiple dining options although times may not align to you typical dining hours. Breakfast was by far our favorite and included with the rate. Staff provided excellent service.

|1.71km from city centerI’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

|12.39km from city centerMust begin thanking the front office staff for being helpful and concerned, to accommodate us at absolute short notice. Being ejected out of Mercure, despite having a confirmed reservation, we were desperate for a hotel to sleep over. Jardy popped up on bookings.com. The hotel staff had not received the bookings online confirmation, but the front office went out of the way to provide us rooms for the night. On entering the room, you realise it gets over before it starts. Very minimalisitc features and amenities. Not sure, who decides on the star ratings (Jardy has a 4-star rating!!!). a poor wifi connection. Very ordinary and inadequate lighting in the room. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel does not have a bar. The one restaurant in the hotel serves some food and also is the breakfast place. The comforter is kept folded in the cupboard. Dont be surprised not finding one on the bed. The rooms have split AC units and the unit in my room was not functional. Luckily the weather was nippy and i did not have a need for the AC.The hotel itself is located in a busy suburb, sorrounded by car mechanic shops. they do have a shuttle to and from the airport. It is also located not very far from the airport. The breakfast spread was ordinary, but decent. . i would not want to stay at the Jardy for comfort or ambience. Did see a lot of arab families staying there. i suppose the absence of liquor makes Jardy their prefered choice.

For me, coming back to Algeria was a great day after a very long absence and the Sidi Yahia hotel was a great discovery and a great surprise when it came to the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the richness of the breakfast and above all the friendliness Staff. I'm leaving in March for a one-week stay. Work and see my friends again.

The room was spacious and well appointed.
Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind.
If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.

|1.61km from city centerStayed here during our week’s tour of Algeria. The location is perfect in downtown Algiers and easy to walk everywhere you need to. Lots of restaurants, shops and attractions on your doorstep. The rooms are fairly basic, but quite comfortable, spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The lobby has an attractive appearance and all the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is a bit disappointing; pretty limited in the choice of cold meats and cheeses, but probably sufficient for many people. We did have an issue with the plumbing in our room, but the staff were quick to try and resolve it. There’s plenty of hot water from the shower. The bar does not serve alcohol, but we found a few places nearby that do. Overall, a good value hotel with helpful staff in an ideal location.

|21.58km from city centerThe hotel is good and the service is excellent.. the morning breakfast is varied.. the reception and treatment are very good and the workers are respectful.. but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to reach it from the city center of Algiers and the fault is not in the hotel but in the traffic lights in Algeria that make you lose the destination instead of guiding you.. Note Another is the lack of a private car park in the hotel where you park your car on the road..and this is not considered a big problem because the hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras and the place is quiet and safe..

|2.61km from city centerOn a positive note, the view from the sea-facing rooms is absolutely gorgeous and the private balconies are a great place to relax. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, however signs of age and lack of maintenance are starting to show. Whilst some staff are friendly and courteous, the majority behave more like civil servants than people in the hospitality industry. “The customer comes first” is definitely missing in their training manuals. Instead, one is made to feel that compliance to their rules is more important. I asked room service for an iron and was told no irons were provided because I “had to use the hotel laundry service”. My colleagues and I were told off by the security guard at the door for bringing bottled water into the hotel because “we had to purchase it in-house”. I waited over 20 minutes after a very long journey for someone to show up at the front desk and check me into my room. My check-in was interrupted twice by other guests requesting their room keys to be reprogrammed and instead of asking them to wait or refer them to a colleague, I was left hanging. The hotel is regularly used for ministerial meetings and visits, and the customer service declines even further as staff rush to cater to government officials and their entourages instead of their guests.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel se trouve dans un cartier populaire mais calme seul bémol la station de métro avec la chaleur semblait loin L'hôtel dispose de service de taxis conventioner à n'importe quel heure taxi présent. J'ai séjourner en demi pension malgré que je n'es pas pue assister au petit déjeuner ni au dîner pendant mon séjour cause d'événement familial j'ai pue voir un soir le restaurant le buffet est varié bon et savoureux en plus le room service est excellent plateaux chariot livré en chambre à n'importe à quel heure sa ma fait un grand plaisir de voir le personnel faire tous son possible pour satisfaire le client chapeau Le spa est très grand un grand merci à Mme malika la masseuse une vraie professionnelle avec un grand cœur Le prix est correcte pour un 4 étoiles avec un service parfait et en demi pension rien à dire je suis même un peut étonné car l'hôtel possède des normes universelle d'un 5 étoiles. La blanchisserie excellent service et prix très bas pour une veste que j'ai donner le soir a nettoyer elle est revenu le matin impeccable . La piscine était à moitié vide mais la saison estivale est finie donc je ne peux pas noté cette prestation. Point à améliorer à l'avenir privilégier beaucoup plus les touristes et étrangers car l'hôtel accueil fréquemment des séminaires et formations très souvent des groupe se formes à la réception ou à la l'entrée de l'hôtel et reste des heures à discuter pas très pratique quand ont veux rentrer ou sortir l'allée est toujours encombré. Le bar est malheureusement fermé dommage car l'hôtel possède au 13 ème étage une vue magnifique sur la baie d'Alger j'aurais aimer savourer un cocktail en regardant en plein zoom alger ... peut être ouvrir le bar quelques heures par jours serait une bonne idée .... Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je vous félicite pour le travail accomplis. Bravo

|12.93km from city centerBeautiful hotel, well located near the business district and the highway (2 miles from the airport). The rooms are nice and comfy and a good water pressure in the shower. The staff were very incompetent and uneducated, we booked before we arrive 2 separate single rooms, we waited at least 20min at the front desk upon our arrival while the receptionist was looking at his screen and slowly typing on the keyboard he left us several times alone and went talking with someone else. After we paid, me and my colleague went up to our rooms on the 7th floor and surprise: both rooms were occupied (thank God the residents weren't inside) we went down again to see him and they didn't even bother ask us to wait or take a seat or even say we're sorry! Another round of 15min waiting for the new rooms, dozens of people we're quarantined in the hotel after they arrived from abroad were roaming around in the lobby MASKLESS. We left early in the evening and went to a local restaurant in the area when I came back I found the door of my room wide open I called the receptionist right away he asked me for my name(?!!) And hanged up. No one came and fortunately nothing was missing from my stuff.. My room had a door communicating with room next to it and I was clearly hearing the guy as if he was in the same room with me. In the morning went down for breakfast around 0850am and the buffet was completely empty.. (it runs from 0600am to 1000am) I had to ask the grumpy waiter for everything: an empty glass, a fork, water, juice.. there were nothing except for a flan Parisian and few slices of a dry cake. It was completely uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience would absolutely never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

|10.68km from city centerWe took the plane since Istanbul because my daughter had to undergo a liver transplant. Arrival at the airport we were taken directly to the Hotel Grand Adghir... A CATASTROPHICAL welcome, the staff of the hotel do not wear the masks, there are no health measures. The room was in a pity condition, I doubt even they had cleaned it before we arrived. Since I had a baby in the low age I thought I had a baby bed in the room ... but I didn't have to do with the means of the edge ( stick 2 chairs so my daughter who underwent a liver transplant can sleep and rest ). When I went down to the hospital to ask for a baby bed, the receptionists didn't even answer me. The room was filled with cafards, the moquette was dirty, the bathroom was in a disaster, the washing machine was escaped, the WIFI almost never works, the doors of the balcony were not closed, The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. I could write hours and hours on this hotel that doesn't worth any star and doesn't worth its price, I just hope that health services will make a tour there ...
