Delano is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Down side is the $50 charge just for using the fridge or adjusting the items in the fridge (the fridge and items on the counter have weight sensors). Also, they automatically charge you their parking fee which is not bad at $22 per night for the Mandalay Bay/Delano parking garage. Using your room key to get in and out of the garage is easy and convenient, BUT, it took my husband over an hour and a half to find parking Saturday night after 8 pm because they had a concert or something at Allegiant Stadium. I was very upset that I was not able to get the parking that I paid for in a timely manner only to accommodate those who weren’t even staying in the hotels. Of course the hotel and everything in it is outrageously priced, but it smells good in there, and they have staff that can check you in through your phone rather than waiting in a long line at the lobby counter 🤷🏾♀️ The hotel was very clean and they bring you new towels and make your bed on the second day without requesting them. I thought there was room service, but when I scanned the QR code, it was only for the prices for the snack bar/amenities so we didn’t order any room service.

The check in process was quick and even though the hotel is huge there are plenty of signs to find your way to the right elevators and get to your room. The room was really nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However when we went to use the shower as soon as I touched the handle it broke so I suspect the previous occupants broke it and just placed it back together. I called the front desk right away and they said someone would be right up .... we waited about half hour and then called again and spoke to someone else who said the carpenters dont work at night so no one was coming and they will fix it the next day... we were only staying the one night and she said not to worry when we checkout we wont be charged for it, but it was annoying having a broken shower handle and having to wait around for someone that obviously was never coming. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released so hoping they havent now charged me for what was already broken. We enjoyed the ****** and food options in the Luxor. But when we checked out the next morning they said they would help us out with some vouchers and they sold us on discounted tickets to see cirqu du solei. After we paid for the tickets we were told we would receive an extra discount/partial refund and have to pick up the tickets by going to another location and listening to a presentation. He told us not to answer any questions to make it as quick as possible so should only take an hour. I admit we thought this was strange but he told us the hotel had opened a new resort and this wad just there way of trying to get everyone to see it and hope they will stay in the new resort in the future. So we got an uber to the place and it seemed dodgy, the staff ushered us in and gave us a form to complete, I refused to tell them how much we earned and they didnt like that. So after another lady came over and tried to convince us to tell them they accepted we wouldnt tell them but they said they wouldnt give us the presentation or our gifts because of it. We filled in another form or declaration and managed to get our money back but the whole experience was horrible and was a huge scam. 100% avoid any vouchers or discounts as the hotel staff are just trying to hustle you and get all your information, it is a pyramid scheme trying to sell time shares and we were lucky we got out of it, although it was not an enjoyable part of our holiday and the uber ride there and back was a waste of money. I wouldnt stay here again. There are nicer hotels and resorts all along the ***** that are in better locations.

The four seasons still have nothing to say to my satisfaction. The bedding is very comfortable, the overall environment is very good, and the service attitude is very good. There is room service twice a day. There is a place for spa and manicure on the ground floor. You can choose to park by others (Valet parking, more than 30 dollars a night), you can also park at the Mandalay Bay Hotel (free). The hotel can live under 21 years old, this time it is Christmas, there are Christmas tree and Santa Claus! It is in the same building as the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Below the 37th floor is the Mandalay Hotel, and above the 37th floor is the Four Seasons. It has a separate entrance and elevator. You can use all the facilities of the Mandalay Hotel or go to the Mandalay Hotel. Casino play. There is a sense of quietness in the middle of the noisy as a whole, and there is still a quiet and fresh place to live in a city like Las Vegas. The location of the hotel is not on the Las Vegas Strip. People who don’t drive by themselves need to take a taxi, but Las Vegas is really small. A few minutes. Most hotels in Las Vegas charge an additional resort fee of about $30 a day. Except for some express hotels, almost all casino hotels and luxury hotels charge it. Overall this stay experience was really great!

very good. The indoor atmosphere is very fresh and comfortable (as the store name ”nirvana Nirvana” shows), it is rare to have such a fresh and refined place in Las Vegas such as ”Sex and the City”. There are McDonald's, panda expressx and shops not far from the hotel. In short, I am very satisfied with the hotel. If there is a little disadvantage, it is that the sound insulation is not very good, and it is a little noisy next to the road.

Great value in a great location. It’s not as sleek as the newer hotels but it’s got its own charm - especially for those who have been to Vegas over the decades. The Tournament of Kings dinner and show is a must. Game was surprisingly nice and the buffet was good value for what you can find on the *****.

My mother and I visited the Desert Rose Resort, on October 1, 2022, for the first time. We had a great experience checking in, at the front desk with Ms. Savanna. She was very courteous, pleasant, and professional. Also, Ms. Barbara was accommodating, responsive to our needs, and provided outstanding customer service and support at the front desk. These two professional and represented your company and themselves very well and made it a point to greet my mother and I each day during our stay! We request you thank them personally, from both of us, for ensuring our 7-day stay, was enjoyable, memorable, and pleasant, because of their exceptional customer service and support. This resort was very clean, maintained, and located in an ideal with public transportation. It is located only two long blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. Mr. Renald was very pleasant, professional, and receptive in advising us the water fountains were not working in the pool and gym area. Also, he offered us complimentary water and informed us the water fountains near the front desk were operational. Most amenities, at the resort cost extra, e.g., coffee, and housekeeping. We did not take advantage, of housekeeping; when we called for clean linen, it was delivered within 20 minutes. The front desk receptionist was instrumental in fulfilling this request. My mom and I utilized the gym, and hot tub daily at no additional cost. Overall, our stay at the Desert Rose Resort was noteworthy and extremely pleasant!

We enjoyed the ambiance and service at the hotel. We stayed at the top floor of the New Yorker tower, which provides a view of hotel's rollercoaster ride but not the famous Vegas *****. Sound insulation from the corridor could be better - we were woken up several times by rowdy guests returning to their rooms in the early morning hours. The room itself was clean and large but no tea or coffee facilities. We also went to see hotel's Cirque du soleil mad apple show. Get your ticket from the hotel concierge - they can give you discounted hotel guest prices!

Well, if you want a place to just sleep and go, this is the place. As far as if it's a NICE hotel, not worth it. 2 of 3 elevators are the only ones working. No pictures or furniture in waiting areas in front of elevators on the floors. Just very bland. Bed was decent, and only a mirror was above the bed. Lighting in the room was terrible. On our 2nd day, something happened and all the slots in the ****** were not working. We ate at the Hooters inside, and that was fine. Didn't make it to the Steak and Shake. I did go inside the Cafe they had to buy water. No one greeted me for several minutes, so I moved around and found an employee making a pizza. Once he saw me, he rang up my items, then proceeded to touch a tip jar and say ”we do take tips”. No other conversation, nor a hello. Like I said, if your just coming to have a place to sleep and not spend time there, nor care about the other stuff, then go for it.

Aliante was the perfect resort for my recent work trip to Vegas. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the ****** area has enough f&b offerings to keep you happy if you don’t want to venture far. The area around the hotel is safe and pretty quiet with a decent amount of places to grab a bite to eat within a short drive. It is pretty darn far away from the “normal” Vegas action, but I have to assume you know that if you are considering staying here.

We went to Las Vegas for the Carrie Underwood concert and most of the hotels on the ***** were booked and over $500/night. We chose the Hampton Inn & Suites simply because we had very few options...we needed a room for two nights and just crossed our fingers and booked it. This little gem ended up being a blessing in disguise! In fact, we're going to be staying here on future trips to Vegas. It was beautiful, clean, modern, and had a wonderful free, huge breakfast buffet and a gorgeous (and quiet) pool! Our room had a refrigerator, and microwave and was beautifully appointed and most importantly, it was SO CLEAN! And it was a fast $9 Uber ride to the *****! If you're looking for a great hotel that's more low-key than the *****, this is it. The employees were wonderful & friendly...honestly, this was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time at a hotel!

One glitch--a consistent, persistent problem--but otherwise a decent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and modernized. Staff and hotel guests alike were taking proper COVID safety precautions. The problem area was that nobody was at the front desk any of the three times that we went there for something. At check-in...had to wait for someone to show up. At check-out...had to wait for someone to show up. Had a question about something during our stay...had to wait for someone to show up.

Be good to go to the supermarket to buy water reserves in advance, the waiter is very friendly, very enthusiastic and patient. The room was clean, comfortable and very atmospheric. First trip to Vegas after wife passed last August. Chose this hotel because it was the first place we stayed downtown. We had been coming to Vegas for many years and started to stay downtown. We have stayed here many times over the years. I checked in at 5:00 about on July 31 and stayed to August 4th. Check-in was fast and easy. The employee at check-in was ok. I spoke to 2 other front desk employees during my visit. Once to get a boarding pass printed off. Lin I believe was her name she was excellent and very friendly fun to talk to. Also at check-out at 3:45 AM. Another very friendly person considering the time. Check-out was simple. Food: Ate both at Magnoils and the Chicago Brewery. Had breakfast at Magnolis the food and service was great. Chicago Brewery was also excellent. Had Chicago Dog is was excellent. The bartenders were very friendly and fun to talk to. Loved being able to play video poker and eat and have a few beers. Very pleasant experience. Beverage service: Not a big drinker, but the severs were excellent and friendly. For me they came often enough. Table Games: Did not play much they seemed friendly what I observed. $10 and 15 table limits. I was there during the week. During the week table games close from 4AM to 8AM. Room: I was on the 5th floor by the elevator. Nice and close. I was on the quiet side, which is nice, but did not matter to me. Room had a coffee maker. One of the 2 elevators were out, but could use the service elevator so it did not make that much of difference. I did not have any real issues. My floor was very quiet and did see hardly anybody. When I arrived my room was very clean and did not have any housekeeping come into room, Did not feel it was necessary. The housekeepers I ran into seemed friendly. No issues in my room everything was great, beds were fine. ****** itself was clean for the most part, and the service friendly for me. A variety of machines new and old. I did not sit at either of the bars. My observation was people were having a good time. I had a very pleasant stay considering the situation. It was difficult without my wife, but the friendly staff helped. As everyone knows of course no resort fee and 4 Queens' is right in the middle of downtown. I would stay here again if I decide to return. Thanks again to the staff.

We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time 3pm but the room wasn’t available. So they just gave me the key cards and said they would send me a text of my room number when it’s ready. As I didn’t receive the text after an hour, I went back to the check in counter and needed to line up for 20mins to get my room number. After we got into the room around 4:45pm, we had to wait for another 25 mins to get our luggage delivered to our room. after we got changed and got to the pool around 5:25pm, the staff there just told us that the pool is closing at 5:50pm (it’s a bit strange as the bell boy who delivered our luggage to us suggested us visiting the pool as the weather was so nice but didn’t tell us that the pool was closing that soon). The pool is the main reason for us to choose the Palazzo and we were only able to spend less than half an hour there. my son was very disappointed about that. The room is spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved, e.g. the bedsheet was quite dirty and with little blood stein on it.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at the Downtown Grand. The location is within easy walking distance to Fremont Street, yet far enough away that the noise level at night was comfortably decreased. What stood out during our trip was the outstanding customer service given by two employees. The first was a hotel registration clerk named April. My husband has health issues and I had booked an ADA room. Unfortunately, this room did not fit his needs. The following morning we inquired about changing rooms. The hotel registration clerk, April, happily helped us in finding a room that was more suitable to his needs. From her friendly smile upon approaching the front desk to her quick and efficient ability to switch our room for better accommodations was heartwarming. She displayed truly impressive customer service. The second was Wayne at the rewards desk. When my rewards card was malfunctioning he was able to speedily fix the issue. All of this was done with a praiseworthy demeanor. Both April and Wayne sincerely helped make this a great customer experience.

I'm in between homes right now and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while I got things together. I was first booked in the bottom floor room, which was perfectly adequate, cozy and very clean. However they were in the midst of construction outside and it really messed with me for a day. The next day, I asked Josue how long it would go on for. About an hour later he offered me the nicer room at the same price which was on the floor above so I wouldn't have to deal with the noise. The room above is bigger, very comfortable, very clean and had a restful stay while I was there from that moment on. Everything is very clean there and I tip my hat to them for that. It's not a motel proper, but a house that's been converted to receive guests. Electronic locks everywhere, so I felt very secure. The showers even have complimentary soap and shampoo from a dispenser. Individual climate control for the rooms. The area is a bit seedy, but their prices are the lowest in town to reflect the location. The immediate surroundings of the motel itself are just regular families who mind their own business. I stayed there for 3 weeks had no issues. I'd recommend it and Josue is honest and easy to talk to and he will take the extra step to accommodate you.

I'm never really sure where to start with these reviews of rooms so here we go... I got checked in with no fuss and no issues, I arrived around 10-11pm and there was no lines to get checked it. Very quick and easy. I was staying here for 2 weeks. I was on the 9th floor, room 908 to be exact. The room was clean and had everything I needed (towels, loo paper, soap etc). You have to request housekeeping as and when you want it by either phoning down in the morning and asking for housekeeping or just popping to reception on your way out for the day and asking. Resort free at the time of my staying was $29.95+$3.89 so a total of $33.84 a day with $100 security deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. While I could hear the music from outside for me it wasn't really an issue, didn't keep me up or anything. Out of the 3 bars in the hotel and ****** BarCanada was by far my favourite with friendly bar staff and great drinks! I'd happily stay here again for my next Vegas trip. P.S - Pro-tip for any fellow Brits going to stay here and are unsure of the power outlets, in my room they had the 3 prong socket on the table by the TV and right by the beds there's 2 USB sockets, very useful!

My leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

My husband has won 2 hand pay pots and I typically hold my own. The dining between Market Street and the Garden Court Buffet meet our needs. I do hope the breakfast buffet returns to Market Street I miss it. Ethel M is one of my all time favorites and Lapperts has great coffee and sweet snacks. I do have one request gluten free options throughout the dining would be nice just some bread would be an improvement. I also miss having coffee in room and complimentary bottles of water. The fridge in the room is fantastic. The rooms are not to big nor to small we book 2 Queens because I'm up all hours. The beds are very comfy once I did have to rotate my bed because it was slumped. The bathrooms are totally modern as is the room with a big flat screen tv. Slots can be greedy but they can also be generous so not much different from other ******s. I love how spaced out slots are as I often rent a scooter due to sciatica. I want to emphasize the staff from the people cleaning to the wait staff and drink waitresses along with security and check in desk are all just so nice. The bell desk and club rewards staff and hosts have always treated us very well. We will be returning for my birthday in August 2022 and looking forward to it. I highly recommend giving this place a try it may not be for everyone but it's a fun place with good food options including a steakhouse I may try this visit called Redwood.

Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I will surely do so again if ever in the area in the future. Really would like to rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars, but I find myself having to give it a 4-star rating. What I found surprising and disappointing was that the courtesy coffee located in dining area was never fresh during the afternoon and evening hours....it was always old and cold. This is something I never experienced at many other Holiday Inn Express over the past 15 years throughout the country.

My husband and I have stayed at this property a number of times. Each time we have found the rooms to be very clean and with all electrical items in good working order. The staff is warm and the extra accomodations like the pool and gym make the stay feel like a great vacation. Love the free coffee in the lobby each morning.

They overbook and could cancel your reservation on the day of stay! Very greedy and unprofessional! I was traveling to Vegas with my family including 2 toddlers. I booked the hotel few weeks in advance and I got a call from hotel rep on the day of stay that they have to cancel my reservation. She said that I booked from Expedia and that Expedia didn’t have the correct data, so it’s Expedia’s fault for overbooking. After a few moments, I realized that I booked directly on their hotel website. So when I called back and told that I booked directly on their website, she said it doesn’t matter. The hotel overbooked and they have to cancel!!! I had to scramble to find another hotel on a Saturday evening at much higher price! So, book at your own risk! Apparently, they don’t know the meaning of reservation.. that you need to hold a room!!!

I travel to Vegas once or twice a year and this place is quickly becoming a favorite. I really like the large rooms and love having a sliding door to open for fresh air, bird songs in the morning and the view of the ”serene” courtyard with its palms. It's so much better than walking miles through a ****** to a claustrophobic sealed room. There is a convenience store close by with sometimes sketchy people hanging around, but if you're at all street smart, it shouldn't be a problem. There's a steady stream of tourists walking between here, Virgin and other hotels to the strip. I'm pleased that the management deters parties, noise in the public areas and has locked down access points where people could be let in anonymously. My only complaint is that there is no seating on the balconies. I'd have been happy with a $5 resin chair.
